Room was clean despite cobwebs - dust and a large water I had to kill! Couch had stains- chair was dirty - housekeeping didn’t refresh room as requested upon check in unless I called the front desk . Don’t buy anything from “store” room- overpriced and stale candy. Pool was disgusting and hot tub looked unclean as well. I’m the back of the property lots of transients were hanging out - alll day and night - going in between the dumpsters to use the bathroom -felt a bit unsafe at times going to the car. Was followed by a weird guy from inside the hotel all the way to where my car was . Overall- bed was most comfortable- along with the clean bathroom and great pressure in shower with steaming hot water . Good for a short stay .

Well we checked in they had 4 buses after us that checked in and of course pool jacuzzi was extremely full way to many kids there should of limit that cause my boys never got to swim after we went to eat waited 2 hrs and nothing so loud smelled nasty in there

While the staff was very friendly and bed was very comfortable, it was hard to enjoy stay because of overpowering musty/moldy smell from the minute you walk into the lobby even in our room. The hot tub was dirty and foamy and luke warm. Pool was small and not so clean. Breakfast was decent with warm waffles, sausage, cheese waffles, and biscuits and gravy. I wouldn’t stay again because of the moldy/mildew smell.

The hot water on our last night did not work! The couple staying in the room next to us were drunk (per the front desk) and were arguing starting at 11:00 pm until around 1:00 am. They did ask the husband to leave but the woman was allowed to stay and she continued to yell and cuss. The indoor pool was freezing and the chlorine in the pool area was very strong! They refunded one night of our stay for the HOT WATER

Comfort Suites Pflugerville is in a great location. Located within a walking diatance to gas stations, HEB and multiple restaurants. Front desk was great and very helpful. Property has an indoor pool, onsite laundry (which is extremely convenient for longer stays) and parking was no hassle. I would definitely recommend.

We NEVER in all our years traveling through the US experienced such a rude and inappropriate check-in as here in the evening of September 4. It was just disgusting but after more than 20 hours of traveling from Germany we didn‘t want to leave. But we should have as we later at night found four (!) roaches in our bathroom (#325). We will for sure never come back to this facility.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. My family and I were in town visiting for graduation, and will forever be haunted by the this hotel. After a very long drive from Iowa to Texas with three small children, I wanted to make sure our stay was clean and comfortable, considering we got there at 1am. The room we stayed in was 222. There was dirt and stains underneath the pull out sofa mattress. As well as some sort of "sticky residue" in the bathroom on the sink. The manager at the front desk, (Shawn) told me that "this sort of thing never happens" and gave me a key to look at a new room before moving the entire family to it. It\'s an understatement to say I was horrified by what I found under the mattress of the pull out sofa in room 223. Blood. There was blood in the top left corner. My family and I cancelled our second night, and thankfully got refunded the payment for both nights. I\'m very disappointed, as our family doesn\'t normally have problems with Comfort Suites. We will NOT be going back to this hotel in the future.

We arrive and the receptionist wasn't nice, she was talking to us while she had music blasting in the background so it was hard to hear and she was flirting with another costumer while talking to us, then we enter to the first room and we stayed there for like 1 hour and then 3 cockroaches appear, we went to the receptionist about it and she told us "what I'm supposed to do" we ask for a new room and the next morning we found another cockroach in the new room which was on the third floor, that afternoon our keys stop working so we couldn't enter to the room. On the last day of our stay i left for business and left my wife to tend to the room, she heard a knock on the door as someone exclaimed "housekeeping" and after she looked through the peeking hole she saw a man running away. Overall a very scary and horrible expereince, avoid this hotel if you can

Some pros and some cons that outweigh the pros and will keep me from staying here anytime in the near future. Pros- The property was nice overall, the staff was nice, the rooms had good layouts and I loved that they had a fridge and microwave in the room. Cons - The hotel smells of mold when you enter and the rooms wreak of mold smell. The first night, I arrived late and was tired so I just dealt with the rooms horrible smell of mold which was worse every time the A/C kicked on. I woke up with sinus congestion and headache. I asked to change rooms the next morning. The second room still smelled but not as bad. The wall paper in the bathrooms are peeling off and have mold as well. The bath towels wreaked of urine in both rooms. So gross, don’t they use bleach? The soap does not wash off at all, it has some oil in it that stays on your skin no matter what. The breakfast food and coffee and tea was gross.

The room overall was in clean condition. We stayed in a suite. The bathroom had some flaws. There were mold stains by the bathroom exhaust vent. The water itself felt what I can only describe as slimy. In the shower and the sink. I did find a small roach in the restroom and ended up killing it. The breakfast was okay. Normal breakfast foods. Overall, it was an okay stay. Nothing horrible to complain about, but small things that can be improved upon.

Nice large room, prolly bigger than normal bc it was next to elevator. Fortunately couldn't hear it at all. Breakfast is good, with waffles, eggs, and sausage. Parking is close by, Mexican restaurant one block away.

The hotel is OK. I am having to change hotels, however, because the wifi is non-existent. Over 2 days it has mostly shown as unavailable, and when active it is useless except for email, etc., and you will have to reconnect several times an hour when their network actually shows available. I checked with the desk and this is their "normal" wifi. You will not be able to stream, download, etc., but will limited to whatever your hotspot can support.

Room was nice. Very dark with not a lot of lighting. The locations leaves a lot to be desired. Worried the entire stay of my vehicle was going to get broken into. Had a jacuzzi tub but it didn’t work.

Overall was great. Our room was facing the street which was a little loud because of the traffic. The breakfast had descent options for to choose from. The manager was kind to let us check out an hour late. I will stay here again. Thanks

We have been staying there every month some times two or three weekends a month because our grandkids live in Hutto and this is the first place that we really feel comfortable. The beds are terrific, if I could I would buy their bed. See y'all for Halloween.

I have to say this is the BEST hotel to stay in Austin. Went here to get some work done and visit my brother. The staff was incredible! Management was incredible! The cleanliness and comfort from the beds, pillow and all was outstanding. Honestly, this is a high end service hotel. Everyone is kind and helpful. I have never seen this before.

My car was broken into, and when I let the front desk staff know, the overnight staff claimed several times he did his walk of the property and didnt see anything out of rhe ordinary. I asked for camera footage and all they could provide was a business card to call their manager. No can we help you, no here we recommend you call XYZ, just turn in the key and be on your way.

Checked in very late after walking in to another hotel( a different chain) and last minute. Robby was extremely kind and helpful. He treated me as though he really appreciated my patronage. Every time I walked in or out of the lobby he always said hello and asked if I needed anything. I would absolutely stay here again. I was made to feel special. The hotel was clean, it smelled clean, it did not disappoint.

Comfort Suites Pflugerville is in a great location. Located within a walking diatance to gas stations, HEB and multiple restaurants. Front desk was great and very helpful. Property has an indoor pool, onsite laundry (which is extremely convenient for longer stays) and parking was no hassle. I would definitely recommend.

We liked the free breakfast. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Our 9 year old loved the little pool and hot tub. It was also conveniently located within walking distance of several convenient stores, a grocery store, fast food and casual restaurants.

We have stayed at the more expensive hotels and non of them have true handicap rooms like they do and they are big rooms so my wheelchair has room to get around and doesn't block everyone. My daughter and grandkids love the swimming pool and I love the hot tub. They also have a decent breakfast.

Front desk attendant was so curtious and kind. Shocked pool in am so couldn't swim till later then check out time. Didn't seem efficient to me. Free breakfast made me sick and my son. Not sure what we had that upset our stomachs. Rooms needed updating and it was picked up not cleaned. Couch had stains .. corners had hair and such.
