Pool was not open.

Breakfast was sub par, and laundry machines were either not working and dirty.

Comfortable bed. Slept good! Hot tub was nice & warm. Pool was cold & entry was slippery

The folks working there could not have been nicer. The rooms were very clean. Beds were quite comfortable. Had to change rooms due to broken AC but it was quickly handled by staff. Other room was great with the AC. Breakfast was as expected. No frills but good to get you started. Was a problem with ants one time in the bread container. Everything was properly stored. One major disappointment was that the pool and hot tub were closed for about the previous month and it was not communicated to us prior to our arrival nor was it on the website. We likely would have chosen a different hotel to be honest. There seemed to be no plans to open it any time soon. Again, the staff was lovely and this was not their fault. Location was great right next to highway. If you are looking for more commercial look about 15 mi away in Belton.

Cookies and lemon infused water when we checked in. Help with a light that seemed to be not working. Well furnished. A little lacking in breakfast offerings.

Room was quiet, they have done some upgrades but need to make a few more, the pool area was nice. There was an abandoned car on the side of the building full of trash and looked like someone was living in it , kinda freaked me out a little.

Good price. Breakfast was ok. Has a pool.

My experience was good. Checking in and out was easy and had no issues. The parking was the only issue just with so many big trucks stopping in for a stay thru the night makes it hard to find parking or to even park with how small the parking spots were

Check in was very easy and staff was friendly. The room and bath were clean. The breakfast was good and the staff were quick to help if needed. I really appreciated the fresh lemon water in lobby, as well as the water cooler.

The pool was not functioning and they refused to discount our stay / we chose this hotel for my kids for that exact reason. The air conditioning took 3 hours to really cool down the room and the hotel was out of milk for breakfast one of the days. But, the woman who ran the breakfast area was wonderful / so kind and helpful.

Could not walk barefoot on the carpet, feet turned black. breakfast was not hot enough to eat.

It was a very nice stay. Great comfort and great staff. Very clean.

Blood on the first rooms curtains and then stains and floors that were sticky and not vacuumed in the 2nd. Comfort inn wouldn’t do anything about it.

Alters front staff of multiple cockroaches in room. Nothing was done or said.

First room a/c didn’t work. 2nd room had dirty sheets. My wife went and got fresh sheets at front desk and we replaced them ourselves

Woke up with black ants crawling on me.

Handicapped room was not fresh smelling & could smell odors from previous occupants. It seems this type of room is lacking in cleanliness. I’ve experienced this before.

We checked in, first room had a smell we were moved to a different room. AC in second room didn’t work properly had to be replaced next morning.

It was a fantastic stay. Everytime we walked by even into the night, there were atleast 1 or 2 attendants available at the front desk. First time I have ever seen a hotel staffed properly. They were kind and courteous. The lady that answered my call about 11am the morning of checkin/booking was extremely helpful. She was new and informed me immediately that she would call me back after she got the answer that was needed. And she followed through with her promise. I had originally booked for two people in a 2 bed room, but then found out a third person would be joining. They updated my reservation as I could not do so in the app, with it being the same day we were checking in. The only issue we encountered was that our room's ac was not cooling the room to 70 degree, it was warmer than it should have been per my Mother and Aunt (Room 212). Last, I had spilled orange juice on the entry way hard floor and wiped it up. The washcloth I used had a layer of gray on it. If the floor was mopped appropriately (unsure of state of carpet but it appeared clean) and if the AC was working properly, it would have been a perfect stay. I believe the hotel deserves a high rating still as other items in the room appeared clean and the front desk staff and breakfast clean up lady (unsure of title, sorry) were phenomenally nice and helpful. I would book again-to ensure a completely happy stay, please remediate the mentioned issues.Ensure to congratulate the staff mentioned above as they deserve it

Super comfy bed! Only down side is the doors slam shut very loudly. Would stay again.

It was a nice looking hotel which has some maintenance needs. The bathtub faucet had a small continuous trickle so I had to block the sound with a towel all night. The door or door frame to the room didn't fit properly so you could see through the gap into the hallway outside when the lights were off. Of course that means others can see into the room from the hallway. The breakfast was standard fare but the waffle maker would burn the batter since the timer didn't work properly.

We loved the mattress and bedding and pillows. Very comfortable!

Front desk staff was great, very nice. My floor was pretty loud, people next to me, doors slamming a lot, and since my room was on the same wall as the pool one of the days kids screaming, but the room was nice. The window seal in my room leaked with the rain storms that came through that week. Breakfast was pretty good, had a good variety of stuff. Overall, good stay. I would stay there again if ever in the area, but I would request a higher floor and not on the pool wall.

We needed a place to stay on our long driving trip and this worked out good for us. Big room, refrigerator, breakfast.

The bed was so comfortable we rested well. The bathroom is dared and shows the age of the hotel

Stay was good, room was clean and comfortable. Front desk gentlemen was not friendly and at times could be considered rude but we got past in and had a great stay. We would stay again.

It started off with the front desk clerk being rude and condescending to an elderly lady in front of me, so while I was helping her, my other traveling quest tried to get a room, and same thing rude and condescending, so I decided that It wasn't worth staying in a place like that, where managment let's there employees treat customers like trash!!!

Breakfast options were great, having wide variety. Check-in gentlemen was very condescending. Took a very long time checking in since we booked through Hotels.com instead of direct. He was not friendly, no eye contact, and sarcastic voice when we requested daily cleaning instead of no cleaning during three day stay. We simply did not want to have to carry our towels everyday to the front desk. He was also disturbed to have to leave his dinner hidden around the desk area when we arrived to check in. Overall, the hotel was nice, clean, great breakfast, quiet, overall we will stay again. The night gentlemen was certainly no gentlemen.

Location was nice. The area around the hotel was not in the best condition. The hotel was very accessible from the interstate but dining options were quite a drive. The hotel was clean and presentable.

The area around it is commercial which makes for a quiet experience but there is a bridge over the culvert to get into the area which has damaged concrete and looks unsafe and very bumpy. There isn’t necessarily a clear indicator of where to turn into the parking lot, especially at night.

I've been staying at this establishment over the coarse of 7-8 yrs. I have always encountered the best service, including a trucker discount. There is parking for roughly 10 semis. It's close enough, but still outside the City. Great location as far as being able to reach just about any part of the city within a 30 min drive. The prices are always feasible. Nice establishment.

Our room was clean, comfortable and when I let the staff know of an issue, they corrected it. A few electronics need to be replaced, blow dryer, iron, waffle maker(timer not working) There wasn’t enough batter for the waffle when we arrived at 8 am and only desk clerk to notify who was busy, so we didn’t. Our key cards had to be redone 3 times
