Very nice and modern room less then a 10 minute walk to the Promenade. The rooms are actually in a different location about 5 minutes from where you check in We found out at checkin that they only accept CASH for their rooms, no credit cards. If you do not have the cash on hand they direct you to the ATM machine outside their door that charges 19.9% conversion fee.

The staff and the service were great. The only thing I had trouble with was the steps going to and coming out of the room. As a disabled person who has balance issues, the steps are uneven and the handrail was midway of the steps making it difficult if you are not careful. I would suggest installing a much safer handrail that goes the full length of the steps.

Really disappointed. While our room was nice, the entire building was being remodeled around us, I would not be so bothered by this fact if they had told us before we arrived. At one point when leaving the building I had to yell for them to stop so we could walk out the front door because debris was falling from the scaffolding that was all around the building. Really NOT fair ☹️

The hotel staff was very nice and attentive. Our room was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevators. The stairs are steep and dangerous. My daughter fell on the stairs they were very slippery. Breakfast was good.

Let me start by saying I'd give the Authentic Luxury Hotel 6 stars if I could! First thing I noticed is when I would ask questions, I'd get a quick response via Expedia. And the staff would ask questions, i.e., do you need transportation from/to the airport? As soon as we landed in Split, our driver was there with a sign to alert us who we were looking for. He was extremely friendly and made us feel welcomed to Split. We arrived a bit early and were greeted by Ivana (who was fabulous). She told us we could leave our luggage in the reception area (a small office where breakfast is also served) and that they would put them in our room for us when the rooms are ready. Since Americans are used to a "hotel" where it may be multiple floors in one building, it is different in Croatia. The actual hotel has 2 different buildings - 2 of the rooms were just a few steps away in the same building as the office. It was extremely warm & humid so the air conditioning was a welcome! Breakfast consisted of cheeses, meats, croissants, bread, pastries, boiled egg, coffee and juice which was a perfect start to the day. Since we were boarding a ship the next day, we needed help getting our luggage to the boat and we were assisted by Mario (hope I have your name right!). To walk to your boat with luggage is not unusual and we appreciated his help! When returning from our cruise (which was also fabulous) we stayed again especially since it was so wonderful the first time.

Resepsjonen ligger for seg så du blir fulgt bort til en annen bygning hvor rommet ligger. Hyggelig personale som forklarte og anbefalte ting å gjøre og plasser å spise. Fint rom, noe utsikt. Noe slitt spesielt på bad. Nærhet til det meste. Frokosten var veldig enkel, men hadde brød, ost/skinke, yoghurt, kaffe, te... Alt i alt fornøyd med opphold og service!

My husband & I enjoyed our stay at Authentic Luxury Rooms. The room was beautiful & clean. Hotel staff (Ivanna, Mario and Maria) were so helpful and honestly, just the most thoughtful and kind people. Also, the hotel was within easy walking distance to the ferry and Old Town.

最高のアパートメントでした！予約した後すぐから丁寧にたくさんの連絡を頂きました。アパートメントはスピリットバスステーションから近く、観光地へもすごく近い最高のロケーションです。 スタッフの方々もとても親切で美味しいお店や観光スポット教えてくれたり、助けてくれたり、パーフェクトでした！お部屋も清潔感ありとても可愛いお部屋で、スーツケース2個広げても余裕があります。またいつかクロアチアに来ることがあれば宿泊したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

We had a decent experience at the Authentic Luxury Rooms. Neat and tidy little room within a short walking distance of the old town. Our sea view was only viewable from the bathroom, a lovely view when you’re sitting on the loo. We requested a deluxe double bed but this was two singles pushed together and unfortunately didn’t provide good support as the mattresses were too soft for our liking. The area is nice and quiet and close to a grocery store and to Split Ferry Port and main train station, very convenient location. Breakfast is very basic with mini croissants, spreads, a couple of cold meats and some cheese, fruit, yoghurt, coffee and juices. What really made our experience were the staff, everyone we dealt with were absolutely wonderful, and no request was an inconvenience. Everyone was very friendly and provided exceptional hospitality. Thank you for your excellent and gracious service.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted with airport pickup and gave us a map to get around town. We had them hold our luggage on check out day so we could tour the town. I highly recommend staying here. Note that breakfast was not included.

Let me start by saying I'd give the Authentic Luxury Hotel 6 stars if I could! First thing I noticed is when I would ask questions, I'd get a quick response via Expedia. And the staff would ask questions, i.e., do you need transportation from/to the airport? As soon as we landed in Split, our driver was there with a sign to alert us who we were looking for. He was extremely friendly and made us feel welcomed to Split. We arrived a bit early and were greeted by Ivana (who was fabulous). She told us we could leave our luggage in the reception area (a small office where breakfast is also served) and that they would put them in our room for us when the rooms are ready. Since Americans are used to a "hotel" where it may be multiple floors in one building, it is different in Croatia. The actual hotel has 2 different buildings - 2 of the rooms were just a few steps away in the same building as the office. It was extremely warm & humid so the air conditioning was a welcome! Breakfast consisted of cheeses, meats, croissants, bread, pastries, boiled egg, coffee and juice which was a perfect start to the day. Since we were boarding a ship the next day, we needed help getting our luggage to the boat and we were assisted by Mario (hope I have your name right!). To walk to your boat with luggage is not unusual and we appreciated his help! When returning from our cruise (which was also fabulous) we stayed again especially since it was so wonderful the first time.

部屋はとても清潔で内装もお洒落で快適でした。シャワーも清潔でちゃんと温水が出て快適です。そしてスプリトの港から徒歩3分位ととても近いので船でhvar島や青の洞窟等に行きたい場合にとても便利です。レストランやスーパーも徒歩５分以内にあってとても便利です。スプリトに泊まる方にはこの宿を心からお薦めします!

A very central location just a few minutes walk from the ferries and the Palace so very convenient for day and evening activities on foot. The room was very comfortable and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast is buffet style and enough to keep going until lunch. We had a small table and chairs for an outside space which was welcome.

The hotel staff was very nice and attentive. Our room was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevators. The stairs are steep and dangerous. My daughter fell on the stairs they were very slippery. Breakfast was good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They assisted with airport pickup and gave us a map to get around town. We had them hold our luggage on check out day so we could tour the town. I highly recommend staying here. Note that breakfast was not included.

Resepsjonen ligger for seg så du blir fulgt bort til en annen bygning hvor rommet ligger. Hyggelig personale som forklarte og anbefalte ting å gjøre og plasser å spise. Fint rom, noe utsikt. Noe slitt spesielt på bad. Nærhet til det meste. Frokosten var veldig enkel, men hadde brød, ost/skinke, yoghurt, kaffe, te... Alt i alt fornøyd med opphold og service!

We had a decent experience at the Authentic Luxury Rooms. Neat and tidy little room within a short walking distance of the old town. Our sea view was only viewable from the bathroom, a lovely view when you’re sitting on the loo. We requested a deluxe double bed but this was two singles pushed together and unfortunately didn’t provide good support as the mattresses were too soft for our liking. The area is nice and quiet and close to a grocery store and to Split Ferry Port and main train station, very convenient location. Breakfast is very basic with mini croissants, spreads, a couple of cold meats and some cheese, fruit, yoghurt, coffee and juices. What really made our experience were the staff, everyone we dealt with were absolutely wonderful, and no request was an inconvenience. Everyone was very friendly and provided exceptional hospitality. Thank you for your excellent and gracious service.

Excellent location for both ferry and bus terminal. Room was very comfortable with excellent aircon and was a short walk to Old Town area with restaurants and supermarkets nearby too. Staff communication was excellent with helpful suggestions on how to spend time in Split.

The staff and the service were great. The only thing I had trouble with was the steps going to and coming out of the room. As a disabled person who has balance issues, the steps are uneven and the handrail was midway of the steps making it difficult if you are not careful. I would suggest installing a much safer handrail that goes the full length of the steps.
