I would have liked the hotel to have had , either A safe in the room or a secure area at reception Where valuables could be stored when not required, To avoid either taking valuables with you at all times, Not a relaxing experience , or hiding valuables somewhere In your room , again an obviously worrying option

They have a shuttle to take you to the airport which is great. The rooms are clean and the hotel is clean and modern. The pool area was nice. Breakfast buffet was ok. There is a little market right outside the hotel that has good food and is cheaper. Being next to the airport makes for a noisy stay, but you get used to it.

The nearness to Suvarnabhumi Airport by using the Hotel’s airport shuttle is very convenient , though there May be a wait of up to 30 minutes at the airport before The shuttle bus picks you up The hotel rooms do not have a safe and the hotel Does not have a general safe for the use of guests Given that the wallet ,holding the room pass , indicates That is unwise to leave valuables in your room this Would appear to be serious omission. Guests do not Really want to walk around the area with their valuables On them

The hotel is ideal for people flying in or out of suvarnabhumi airport, also a place to enjoy a nice stay outside the main city, the hotel is up a quiet alley way. The rooms are clean and well laid out with a balcony. Breakfast is great and food in the restaurant is lovely. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free shuttle bus to and from the airport. Swimming pool is great for everyone, a lovely place to relax around the pool. I would stay here again and hopefully soon

The shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel can take a long time to arrive. The swimming pool is fantastic. Do not bother with the breakfast, it's not worth it.

I enjoyed this airport hotel. It has a lovely breakfast buffet and extensive menu for lunch and dinner (it might be time to replace the actual menus though - they look a little worse for wear). My hotel room was clean, spacious, and had a nice deck overlooking the pool. I would have loved a nightstand, but no big deal. If I were to need an airport hotel again flying through Bangkok, I would book a room here again.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed. Floors so dirty feet turned black, shower I would not dare to use, old rotten food in fridge. AC could not keep up with open window in bathroom so hot sticky night. Very noisy from permanently open in bathroom letting in street noise. Very unsafe, anyone could walk up to the room directly from street. That street not being in the best location. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The room is very convenient to the airport, with a free shuttle service. I couldn’t find the shuttle to get to the hotel, but a cab ride was only 200 baht. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was small by western standards. The bed was hard. The room did have 2 free waters and a small refrigerator. The aircon did not cool the room down completely, but made it bearable. Walls are very thin, if you have loud neighbors it will be annoying. The price was why I stayed here. Definitely would stay here again for a night just to catch a flight. I think that’s most of the clientele. 3 stars is right.

Hotel does not provide bar soap or liquid soap in the bathroom. Soap is in the shower section of bathroom. Expectation is turn sink tap on to wet hands then step into shower area for liquid soap then back to sink for rinsing...dumb! Anyone heard of importance of hand washing to minimize contagions?

the wifi was pff and on all the time with in the out buildings, it was hard to get on and it will drop off during your messages in the evening time. best time is to take the computer or phone to main building with the main desk and lobby as it, works all the time there.

Reception staff were rude and condescending, and it felt like they were trying to take advantage of guests. On top of that, there’s a nightclub right next door—our room literally shook from the bass until late at night. Definitely not a relaxing stay

Friendly and Smiling staff from you came out of the shuttle bus. Check ln was fast and one staff quick to handle your bags to your room. All in the room was good and worked as it should. Bathroom all good, soap, hot/cold water and toilet was good. Food and drinks were good as well. No complains. Thank you very much for a good ending for my holidays.

The checkin associate allowed me to have a very late checkin for a fraction of a second night. Great fast airport pickup and drop off. I stay here regularly for the airport convenience. The location is just not close to anything other than the airport .

1. Almost directly under the heavy jets landing at BKK definate noise. 2. Breakfast expensive by Thai standards and CRAP by any other standards. 3. When I asked about taxi to downtown the desk was quick to assist, but when I got a metered taxi back to hotel I discovered the hotel had charged Three Times the Rate. 4. They have no laundry services. 5. No security preventing a street person from accessing your room door. 6.Only 2 power outlets in the room if you want to use a computer on the balcony you will need a 5 meter cord. 7. No microwave. 8. No real security on sliding balcony door, latch would easily unlock from outside. 9. Inadaquate walkway lighting with many tripping hazards. 10. Location so remote from attractions any thoughts on savings on room is eaten by transportation. Nothing within walking distance, or hikeing distance for that matter.

Good location 10 minutes away from the airport. Free van to get to the airport. Clean and spacious rooms, nice backyard with pool and garden. Good breakfast and polite and helpful staff. Excellent choice if you don’t want to go into the city. I would absolutely stay there again.

If you’re looking for a place to stay close to the airport, this is a great hotel. We found the staff not so accommodating and probably not typical of other Thai people. There were great markets so that we could enjoy our last evenings of Thai food and we found a massage place that we could walk to. Locals are very nice and accommodating. The shuttle to the hotel was a blessing and was on time. Again a good place for anyone who might need to stay close to the airport.

Property said they don’t provide hand soap, shower drains were clogged so the water would over flow quickly, requested two more pillows and never received them, breakfast was pretty disappointing…. Even the cereal tasted off. Will not stay here or recommend this hotel for future use

I was only staying overnight & had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean & my bed had a comfortable mattress which I never take for granted when staying in Thailand. I arrived quite late & would've liked to have a cocktail at the bar before bed however it closed at 10.00pm which I thought was a little bit early.

We booked this hotel as it was close to BKK and after along flight from London we just wanted to get to a hotel quickly, which we did. The rooms and pool are good, there is a 7eleven near by, our evening meal was good but breakfast was a bit limited. I would definately stay here again if I was after a hotel near to the airport.
