The elevator was so slow. The room was so small. Beds were comfortable though and the hotel was clean. They only gave a croissant and coffee/tea/juice for breakfast.

La atención de Ángela y su equipo fue excepcional. Realmente atentos y anuentes a guiarte y ayudarte mientras te hospedas ahí. Hay lavandería y eso es un punto extra si viajas ligero.

This was one of my worst hotel stays ever. If I could, I would give this hotel a negative rating. The rooms were dirty, the bathroom had a weird smell coming from it. Breakfast was horrible with very little options, and croissants were limited to one per person. On top of all that, when somebody parked their car the wrong way, and there was no space for me to park my car. I asked a South Asian man at the front desk to ask the customer to move the car a little bit and park it right, but he started becoming very aggressive, yelling at me saying he would disturb the customers and started cursing. He even tried to physically assault my wife and son while we didn’t even do anything. He threatened to call the police and told us to get out. Don’t come here. This place is a nightmare. The employees don’t know customer service.

Bedding was stained and there was mold on bathroom wall. We ended up getting a different hotel.

The cleaning and quietness of the hotel. The staff was pleasant and well informed about the city of Venice.

The staff is nice and really helpful. The rooms are fine and clean, though the place does look old. For a short period of time there was a smell of cigarettes in the room of unknown origin. The area is calm but it is industrial so does not feel homey. Good small breakfast and good connection with city of Venice.

Die Zimmer waren super gepflegt, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt! Das Frühstück war toll und auch der Bus in die Innenstadt war ohne umsteigen einwandfrei!

The staff was kind at check-in and the check-out was smooth. However, the property is not at all as advertised. They did not specify that the washrooms were communal, and after driving for an entire day, we were looking forward to showering before our early flights the next day. The bathrooms were dirty, the bidet did not work and my friend had to fix the shower himself. There were also no blow dryers. Our room was stuffy and the air conditioning did not work despite using the remote to lower the room temperature. Overall, we had a very disappointing experience here and we would recommend you take your money elsewhere.

I reserved a room with private bathroom, but hotel gave me a shared bathroom. Breakfast is limited only one cheap bread and coffee per customer. No other food is provided.

Rooms were ok but hot. They do provide free pastries and coffee, and a free gift at check out. If the ac was working better I would go again but had to leave the window open which brought in extra bugs. The rooms with a shared bathroom were interesting too they need a better way to indicate its occupied.

A man who was at the desk in the morning for the so-called breakfast at the “Bed and Breakfast” screamed at me because I wanted a 2nd cup of coffee. He was yelling loudly and gesturing with hands which was threatening. He said no you only get one cup of coffee, one croissant and juice. Because I did not have a croissant or juice. I figured what was the harm in having 2 cups of coffee. I had reported the cigarette smell and nose and wanted to leave after the first night. The hotel blamed it on Expedia that I couldn’t get a refund so I called Expedia, which apparently led to the person’s rage. The man was yelling in Italian that I made a complaint of the very bad smell of smoke and then noise. when I reported it, I was told to open. I did open the window and the noise was so loud coming from right under the window that I couldn’t sleep. A lady that came in in the morning gave me the 2nd cup of coffee by that time it was too little too late. I felt so threatened that I shut up almost called the police on the night desk clerk.

All adequate for a 2 star hostal.

Man bekommt das wofür man gezahlt hat.Wer jedeglich ein Bett zum Schlafen sucht ist hier richtig,auch für mehrere Tage. Eine Mall befindet sich in ca.15 min Fußweg. Ein Lidl ist ebenfalls in der Nähe. Venedig erreicht man sehr leicht mit der Linie 53E. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und für alle Fragen offen.

The owners were so kind, friendly, and helpful.

Staff very friendly. Hotel is a little bit isolated. Shops and restaurants can be reached by bus only

Horrible place so creepy and does nit match any if the picture or description. Sont stag here its in a shady area and its horrible to say the lease

The location is far away from the Venice city, its located in a rural location, this place would ideal for someone who plans to spend a long vacation, its a bit far from the train station, I did not feel safe walking in the night, its pretty dark around that area. Staff was very friendly.
