Upon arrival the room we had reserved either did not exist or had been rented to someone else. The only room they had available would not accommodate our family. The (what I assumed were husband and wife) were having a conversation in a foreign language in front of me, prior to telling me the room I had reserved was not an option. They marked us down as a “no show” when it was their failure to honor the reservation. Disappointing experience and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

As soon as you walk in you get punched in the face with a smell that would make you want to walk out plus the heat was horrible The room was a little better but not by much I had to wipe everything down then check the bed the sheets were clean the AC worked if I could of found another place I would have everything was booked They need a full remodel The pictures fooled me that’s for sure

Clean, friendly staff! Bed was very hard, and Ill be sore for a few days. Thin walls; when my neighbors took a shower, it was like I was in the room with them. But, like I said, very clean, friendly staff, convenient location and reasonable price. Would consider booking again.

False advertisement. This property is not what is promoted. It's dirty and nasty and filthy. Rooms were not clean. Hair all over the bathroom. Room was advertised with 3 Queen beds, again false advertising. The beds were double beds. Shame on Hotels.com and for Executive Inns and suites. Do not stay at this run down motel! They advertise no smoking hotel. It reeks of smoke and weed. Torn carpet on the stairs is a death trap waiting to happen.
