Renovations are ongoing, with occasional impacts such as elevator outages and some areas closed; vending machines were sometimes out of service. The property is pet friendly, parking is generally well lit, and a few noted pool closures or messy back areas.

Many guests found rooms and common areas clean, especially in newly renovated spaces, but several reported dirty carpets or floors, lingering smoke or odors, and occasional pest or housekeeping issues.

Rooms are compact with limited storage (often no closets or hangers), but beds are comfortable and recent renovations add a modern feel. Some reported thin walls and HVAC not cooling well.

Staff are widely described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating with smooth check ins; however, a minority reported rudeness, missed requests, or slow responses to noise.

Convenient to I 85, Clemson, and many dining options, with several guests feeling safe and finding access easy. A few mentioned an isolated feel, trash behind the building, or a tricky intersection.

Breakfast is basic continental with limited variety and few or no hot items; several guests found coffee and quality underwhelming, while others said it was adequate for a quick start.
