Sehr komfortable große Zimmer mit schönem modernen Bad. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel oder am nahegelegenen Parkplatz. Wir haben das Restaurant nicht genutzt, es gibt in der Nähe eine Vielzahl an Restaurants. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt.

Everything was great from check in to check out. The room was spotless and modern, especially the bathroom. The king bed was comfortable. The steam room in the fitness center was a great free perk, and the breakfast was fabulous, with everything from eggs and bacon to fruit salad and yogurts and pastries, not to mention any type of breakfast beverage. Location was very close to the port and the parking was free and easy. You can’t go wrong with this place.

Very nice hotel and room, very clean. Very friendly and helpful employees. We could park our bicycle in an office for the time of our stay. Checkin and checkout were very easy and quick, no waiting time.

Great hotel in a terrible location. Everything good about Livorno — and there’s lots — is on the other side of the city. So you’ll need a car or cabs or good walking shoes if you want anything other than what the hotel provides. As for the hotel itself, it’s terrific, from the food to the room to the personnel. It does need to update its fitness center, which is more like a fitness museum.

The hotel was very modern and clean. We asked for a big room and the one we got did not have enough beds but it was just a confusion and jsut had to wait a little longer to get the right room. Close to downtown, space for parking, and easu access.

Bed was unacceptablely very poor quality and uncomfortable. Pillows were also very poor quality- not much of head support. Reception staff had very indifferent attitude.Not a welcoming place. Door stoppers are placed at wrong places- causing walking hazard in the room and bathroom. This should not be allowed as a safety issue. No kettle or safety clocker in the room.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Die Zimmer sind groß, äußerst sauber und bieten viel Komfort. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den hervorragenden Service am Empfang. Frau Francesca war äußerst zuvorkommend und hat uns sogar ein Abendessen aufs Zimmer organisiert – vielen Dank dafür! Etwas schade war, dass das Restaurant leider kein besonderes Interesse an den Gästen zeigte. Umso mehr weiß ich den Einsatz von Frau Francesca zu schätzen, die unseren Aufenthalt wirklich perfekt abgerundet hat. Insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Empfangsservice. Werden es wieder buchen für den nächsten Korsika Urlaub. Da perfekte Lage zum Hafen besteht.

For a hotel in such industrial area staff was not happy with clients I think . When check out nowbody ask how the stay was . With breakfast the staff was really not guest free . Breakfast was poor . This is a good hotel for just sleeping .

Wonderful hotel with amazingly helpful staff! Just after we checked in, we punctured our tire coming out of the public parking garage. The reception staff were very helpful as we contacted roadside assistance, the rental company, etc. They helped translate the phone menus and talk to folks for us. They tolerated the car waiting out front until the tow truck came. At the restaurant, our server, Francesco, was friendly and fun to talk to and the manager was helpful as well. Highly recommend it if you are traveling tomorrow from the port!

Hotel ist schön, Zimmer sauber. Lage zum Hafen perfekt weil innerhalb paar Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. In die City kann man mit dem Bus fahren; Hotel schon recht außerhalb. Für Urlaub in Livorno eigentlich zu weit draußen (Gewerbegebiet); wir mussten morgems früh zur Fähre, da war es perfekt.

Très bel hôtel. Restaurant excellent et abordable autant pour le petit déjeuner que le dîner. Excellent service partout. Il aurait manqué quelques tables à l’extérieur ou une petite terrasse. L'hotel est annoncé se situant près de la gare mais il faut marcher 20 minutes pour y accéder, pas pratique avec deux grosses valises. Il est préférable d'avoir son véhicule. Le personnel n'est pas très accueillant mais les chambres sont spacieuses avec un très grand lit, vue sur ville possible mais quartier industriel. Le petit déjeuner est suffisant mais pourrait être plus varié.

Mancava una coperta extra e ho avuto freddo nella notte. A colazione tempi lunghi per avere il caffè. In pratica avevo già finito di mangiare e ancora non avevo il caffè. Peraltro la scelta di cibo era buona. Ma l’aspettativa sarebbe di sorseggiare un caffè mentre si mangia un cornetto o qualcos’altro.

Quite frankly, this hotel was a disappointment in contrast to the other hotels that I have been staying in in Italy. Most disappointing was the food in the restaurant as the only thing that we felt was decent was the octopus. The rest was tremendously disappointing. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel nor would I be staying at it again.

Just 15 minute walk on sidewalks from the train station if you use the south tunnel that exits on the east side of the tracks. Excellent restaurant for dinner and a good breakfast. Good prices for both. Good wine and drink selection. Very nice bathroom. Would have liked a hot pot in room for early coffee in room or more than one cup of coffee with breakfast.
