Perfeitamente bem. Tirando o facto de que as camas são bastante desconfortáveis e praticamente não deu para descansar uma vez que os colchões precisam de ser renovados. Alguns equipamentos de piscina encontram-se avariados nomeadamente chuveiros e secador de mãos. Faltam cadeiras de piscina para todas as pessoas que se encontram no aldeamento. As entradas e saídas do aldeamento devem ser controladas com um cartão próprio para que exista uma maior segurança.

Enjoyed our stay. The property is old and traditional. The grounds are well kept. The staff were exceptionally courteous. We ate twice at the restaurant and the food was excellent. It is a 25 minute walk to the beach and a 8 euro cab back after having a few beverages. Feragudo and Portimao are close by and the grocery store is about a 10 minute walk. If you have transportation you will find it a very nice area without the hustle and bustle of the beach area. Not a new and splashy resort but an excellent choice regardless. Thoroughly recommend!

Return to the place after the first positive experience. First received a two family apartment for one family incl 4 rooms split in two floors with the two bathrooms and kitchen. It's a local habit that guests have to buy dishwashing fluid by themselves. Hmm... this is strange since the cost would be minimal and would encourage the guest to take better care of the dishes. Lots of space. AC was not cooling properly and TV programs disconnected all the time. Great outdoor and indoor pool areas. Second visit to the place one day later we received two room family apartment with kitchen on the 2nd flr. AC not much better and 'fresher' air. Site offers possibility for tennis too. Two courts in perfect conditions, but where are the players. Free parking at the site great, but guests should respect that each parks their car in front of the apartment door. Once paroking sport per apartment. Looks like this was too demanding for some guests

Tres joli logement ds le style traditionnel avec tout le necessaire, menage fait tous les 2 jours, parc tres verdoyant, belle piscine mais non chauffee, restaurant traditionnel correct mais service tres long. Je conseille pour des vacances en famille en toute simplicite ds un joli cadre.

Nice hotel, little dated... Would have been nice to have been told the indoor pool was having work done, otherwise we would have booked somewhere else.. Tennis courts €6 per hour but didnt end up using due to rain.. Pool would have been great for those days. Breakfast was €8 but wasnr much to choose from so we didn't opt for this in the end. Rooms were huge and great value for money.

Local muito sossegado, para descansar. Boa piscina interior e exterior. Existe tranporte gratuito para duas praias. O complexo necessita de alguma atualização e manutenção. Muitas cadeiras na piscina em más condições. Pequeno almoço muito basico. Para quem opta por meia pensão, o menu é muito limitado e repetitivo. Nao gostei de algum aparente mau ambiente entre os empregados do restaurante.

O hotel é lindo, super agradável, próximo à praias lindas, com uma boa estrutura de lazer, piscinas grandes, coberta e descoberta, quadras de tenis e um café da manhã muito gostoso e com boa variedades, apenas as mesmas todos os dias. Se os banhos forem longos ou muitas pessoas no mesmo quarto, a agua quente da caixa acaba e é necessário esperar uma hora para encher novamente. Ficamos em um quarto no andar de cima em que é necessário subir escadas. Estacionamos o carro na porta do quarto sem problemas ou custo. O atendimento é solicito e pudemos deixar as malas após o check out.

Adoramos várias coisas deste hotel, como o café da manhã muito bem servido, atendimento da funcionária Tatiane que nos ajudou muito. O visual externo do hotel é muito bonito tanto os jardins como a piscina externa. Mas tem alguns pontos que podem ser melhorados. O cheiro no banheiro que deve ser por falta do sifão. O chuveiro que é dentro da banheira e que sai um cheiro de gordura corporal. O ideal seria ser um box. O sistema de aquecimento da água só aquece 30 litros de cada vez então você precisa tomar cuidado na hora do banho pois se usou a torneira na pia da cozinha ou banheiro antes e uma pessoa tomar banho a segunda já fica com a água fria. Isso aconteceu comigo no primeiro dia pois não sabiamos deste fato. E demora para a caixa de 30 litros encher e aquecer. Então a dica é usar primeiro o chuveiro e ser um banho mais rápido principalmente da primeira pessoa que tomar banho, para a segunda não ficar na água fria. Porém numa estadia com crianças já vai ficar complicado. Outro porém é dizer que a piscina coberta é aquecida e a mesma não é. Só é coberta. Os hóspedes europeus usam até a descoberta e não sentem frio, mas nós brasileiros não gostamos de água fria e quis relaxar na piscina coberta e não consegui pois estava muito fria. Avaliação final que apesar destes inconvenientes gostamos muito do hotel, da atmosfera de um pequeno povoado, bom atendimento, dos jardins bem cuidados, o que nos fez achar que foi um ótimo custo benefício também pelo tamanho da acomodação.

Appartement spacieux et bien équipé, sur un tres beau site,bien situé. Par contre, des rénovations devront être faites, surtout la salle de bain car la baignoire était rouillée et le tuyau de la douche pissait partout, d'où l'eau en grande quantité sur le plancher. Et il faut s'habituer a aller autour de la piscine pour le Wi-Fi ou à la réception (quoique le signal à cet endroit était variable). Avec le prix hors saison à 48$ la nuit, c'était quand même un bon rapport qualité-prix pour une personne seule.

Cute place overall. Very removed from other places, so was not able to get our pastry for the morning or any fresh fruit. They are very eco friendly, have a garbage bag for all recyclables, which is fabulous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean, but VERY dated. The furniture was warped, which made it look bad, but a sanding and a coat of paint would have worked wonders. I would stay here again, but definitely would prep for not being near a mercado, etc.
Cute place overall. Very removed from other places, so was not able to get our pastry for the morning or any fresh fruit. This is a cute little resort although it is dated. The restaurant and bar on site is a bonus. The apartments are spacious. We stayed only one night and it was adequate.

O sistema de aquecimento da água só aquece 30 litros de cada vez então você precisa tomar cuidado na hora do banho pois se usou a torneira na pia da cozinha ou banheiro antes e uma pessoa tomar banho a segunda já fica com a água fria. Isso aconteceu comigo no primeiro dia pois não sabiamos deste fato. E demora para a caixa de 30 litros encher e aquecer. Então a dica é usar primeiro o chuveiro e ser um banho mais rápido principalmente da primeira pessoa que tomar banho, para a segunda não ficar na água fria. Porém numa estadia com crianças já vai ficar complicado. Outro porém é dizer que a piscina coberta é aquecida e a mesma não é. Só é coberta. Os hóspedes europeus usam até a descoberta e não sentem frio, mas nós brasileiros não gostamos de água fria e quis relaxar na piscina coberta e não consegui pois estava muito fria. Avaliação final que apesar destes inconvenientes gostamos muito do hotel, da atmosfera de um pequeno povoado, bom atendimento, dos jardins bem cuidados, o que nos fez achar que foi um ótimo custo benefício também pelo tamanho da acomodação.

Appartement spacieux et bien équipé, sur un tres beau site,bien situé. Par contre, des rénovations devront être faites, surtout la salle de bain car la baignoire était rouillée et le tuyau de la douche pissait partout, d'où l'eau en grande quantité sur le plancher. Et il faut s'habituer a aller autour de la piscine pour le Wi-Fi ou à la réception (quoique le signal à cet endroit était variable). Avec le prix hors saison à 48$ la nuit, c'était quand même un bon rapport qualité-prix pour une personne seule.

Se os banhos forem longos ou muitas pessoas no mesmo quarto, a agua quente da caixa acaba e é necessário esperar uma hora para encher novamente. Ficamos em um quarto no andar de cima em que é necessário subir escadas. Estacionamos o carro na porta do quarto sem problemas ou custo. O atendimento é solicito e pudemos deixar as malas após o check out.

Enjoyed our stay. The property is old and traditional. The grounds are well kept. The staff were exceptionally courteous. We ate twice at the restaurant and the food was excellent. It is a 25 minute walk to the beach and a 8 euro cab back after having a few beverages. Feragudo and Portimao are close by and the grocery store is about a 10 minute walk. If you have transportation you will find it a very nice area without the hustle and bustle of the beach area. Not a new and splashy resort but an excellent choice regardless. Thoroughly recommend!

Nice hotel, little dated... Would have been nice to have been told the indoor pool was having work done, otherwise we would have booked somewhere else.. Tennis courts €6 per hour but didnt end up using due to rain.. Pool would have been great for those days. Breakfast was €8 but wasnr much to choose from so we didn't opt for this in the end. Rooms were huge and great value for money.

Location for Carvoeiro / Portimao is excellent. About 50 minutes out from Faro airport. The property is in need of a little repair / maintenence and updating. However, the team on site are excellent and value on site is great. We would stay again and hope that some of the updating has progressed. Really helpful arranging hire car*, service at the restaurant and bar were excellent. The town of Carvoeiro which has some fantastic restaurants is a 10 minute drive/Uber and the supermarket Apolina and Lidl or Aldi is only a 10 minute drive/Uber away also. All in all a really nice stay for a one week family break. *for our family the conveneince of a hire car was essential. However, Uber prices are very reasonable and may save you against the cost of a hire car, the responsibilty and the hassle of dealing with airport hire car locations.

Cute place overall. Very removed from other places, so was not able to get our pastry for the morning or any fresh fruit. They are very eco friendly, have a garbage bag for all recyclables, which is fabulous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean, but VERY dated. The furniture was warped, which made it look bad, but a sanding and a coat of paint would have worked wonders. I would stay here again, but definitely would prep for not being near a mercado, etc.

Apartamentos agradáveis, embora antigos. Espaço exterior bastante tranquilo. A nível de Wi-Fi é para esquecer e preparar se para ficar sem internet nos apartamentos e restaurante. Em relação á comida, não há muita variedade, mas não se come mal… excelente a simpatia dos funcionários. Foi uma boa estadia em relação à qualidade/preço.

Local muito sossegado, para descansar. Boa piscina interior e exterior. Existe tranporte gratuito para duas praias. O complexo necessita de alguma atualização e manutenção. Good property. Nice pool. We got a family apartment. A lot of space, like 2 bedroom with kitchen. The only problem was air conditioner didn’t work in one room and it does look it was like this for a long time. They pretended that they will check it and fix it. The problem wasn’t resolved
Good property. Nice pool. We got a family apartment. A lot of space, like 2 bedroom with kitchen. The only problem was air conditioner didn’t work in one room and it does look it was like this for a long time. They pretended that they will check it and fix it. The problem wasn’t resolved

Great location with lots of space. 2 bedrooms on lower level and 1 bedroom upstairs. Each room had their own bathroom which was great! It was a total of 6 people and we were very comfortable. It felt like home there.

Very clean accommodation, great staff who go above and beyond. Pool area is clean and tidy, although the indoor and outdoor pools are not heated. The facility is in need of updating, in some ways this adds to the charm of the Portugese style of the apartments. The bar and restaurant was very quiet in April with no entertainment and closed at 10.30pm. The premises are out of the town and beach, Taxis are approx 7 euros to the beach and the nearest supermarket. 20 minute walk to supermarket and a good 40 minute walk into Carvoeiro. We were a 3 generation family of 7, we booked a one bed and a two bed apartment, they were spacious, clean and very good value.
