Situated at very scenic spot, great views from the balcony and restaurants. Gym is very well equipped. We had dinner over the sunset. Food was delicious and the sunset was spectacular. The big pool unfortunately was not operational, yet, at that time of the year. We will come back, it must be great.

Great location! beautiful view! Yummy breakfast! The room with the pool table is very hot - a fan or A/C would be nice in there especially since you have to pay to use. Beach access fantastic!

Sehr gute Lage direkt am Meer, sehr guter Pool, der aber tagsüber auch für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglich ist. Man darf auf nachfrage aber auch schon früher in den Pool. Beim Frühstück war das Personal etwas überfordert und man kam mit dem nachfüllen nicht mehr hinterher.

We are so glad that we inserted a night at the coast, into our busy vacation. Arribas Sintra Hotel has a modern vibe, an incredible pool with a back drop of the ocean. Seeing Cabo da Roca in the near distance and a beautiful sunset was wonderful. The staff was helpful, rooms were large and clean. There was a gym, as well. We will stay at this hotel next time in Sintra.

Place was very nice Rooms were clean. Good food on property. Sad thing was the their HUGE outdoor pool (100 meters) was not filled with water. And checkin time took some time as there was one service servicing our group. Would recommended this place to friends. Right next to beach!

Frond desk staff is very attentive and friendly. Breakfast is also very very good with many different type of breads, fruits, cheeses and pastries. Sea water pool is very nice and clean, it is a massive! Overall amazing experience staying at this hotel. I wish we had similar hotel right on the beach on the east coast in the USA. I highly recommend this place for wholesome family experience!

Overall, the Arribas Sintra Hotel was very nice. The location was central to our excursions and worked out well. The onsite guest "parking" was very difficult to navigate. So, we parked outside the hotel grounds. The Front Staff clerk "Beu" or Just "B" was awesome!! She assisted us in printing our train tickets. Very patient and kind.

Stayed on level 1, the corridor and room smelled musky. The shower in the room is clogged and takes a long time to drain. The swimming pool was drained and unsightly.

The children room is without window. I found dark spot on on child’s beadhead (vomit, coffee?) as well as dark spot in the toilet. The front door was dirty (as from pictures) We booked for 5, only got 4 towels, thankfully we had personal ones. The parents’ room had separate beds. Our room was located near a machine (outside the room) which kept working the whole night and did not let us sleep. The children refuse to sleep in their own beds as they were scared by the noise. In addition, the fridge is not closed in a cupboard so it kept doing noises the whole night. The ventilation in the bathroom brought in bas smells. The whole room was outdates, very motel style, not at all a 4 stars standards. The dinner as well the breakfast was average, breakfast products quite industrial. We raised the complaints to the management the very next morning after our first night as we realised most of the issue after 10pm. we asked for a partial reimboursement (3 nights over 5) but the manager refused. we decided to leave the hotel in any case as the hotel was horrible

The staff is extremely friendly and kind. Hotel is nice with a good breakfast spread. There isn't much to do around the hotel, but you can drive to the nearby city and explore. Pool cushions were a little dirty. Hotel rooms are neat and clean.

Lo que más nos gustó fue la orientación de todo el hotel hacia el mar, las instalaciones y el personal que atendía en los desayunos, con un trato muy profesional, siempre atentos y resolutivos. Habitación amplia y muy confortable. Lo que menos nos gustó fue la limpieza de las habitaciones, en el sentido de que había días que cumplía el estándar de un hotel de esta categoría pero otros en cambio dejaba mucho que desear. Es claramente un aspecto a mejorar.

For an old hotel - built in 1965 or something, it’s a refreshing stay and almost perfect for families. Super views of the ocean from just about any room. Rooms cleaned every day. Restaurant menu not super for kids - but their breakfast is 9.5 out of 10 for me. Would return.

While my room was a bit musty smelling, it was very comfortable and had ocean front views and a balcony. The pool was amazing and the free breakfast was very good. I also dined at the restaurant and cafe and both were very good and had ocean views. Great beach location if you’re looking to just relax. There are a few good restaurants nearby.

Alle Zimmer haben einen Balkon zum Meer hin. Je höher die Etage, desto besser der Meerblick. Zimmer sehr sauber. Personal überall sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Gutes Frühstück. Um das Hotel herum keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ohne Auto ist man „aufgeschmissen“. Ansonsten reines Surferparadies.

When we asked to check in 1 hour early the staff was RUDE. The restaurant breakfast was awful. The pool was under construction and the parking sucked. Do not recommend - the location is t worth it. Great place to eat right up the hill - get a VRBO

You can't beat the view, and the staff of the restaurants were mostly excellent. The night shift man with the glasses was very rude and condescending. The shower drain flowed too slowly, even after we complained of a clog. Other than the lack of evening hospitality and one instance at breakfast of a rude attendant, it was a nice stay.

Everything was great except checkin. It took over 30 min. to check in due to staff being inefficient & frazzled with our reservation for 2 couples. The hotel is beautiful as are the views and rooms. Lunch & breakfast were good.

Hotel is very nice, desk staff was super helpful. Nice buffet breakfast was a bonus as well. Location is a little remote from Sintra but bus service is just across the way, half hour ride to city. Also, hop on/off bus accessible there as well. So if you want a nice area to relax away from the tourist stuff but still have ability to access, this is your spot.

Absolutely stunning location. The 100m pool was fantastic as was every view around the property. We enjoyed watching the surfers. Close proximity to do day trips into Cascais. Easy transport from the Lisbon airport. The food at the restaurant was fantastic - we went every day.

Beautiful area. Rooms are amazing with spectacular views. All rooms have ocean views so no need to worry there. The restaurants on site are very high quality and reasonably priced with a menu that should make most people happy. The pool is fantastic though a bit on the chilly side but that should be a plus on a hot day. Had a slight billing issue but was eventually resolved with the superb staff. Be aware that the coastal temperature is about 5-10 degrees cooler than inland so bring a sweater for mornings and evenings along the beach.

Zonder twijfel is dit het beste eten dat we ooit in een hotel hebben geproefd. Het personeel was uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en attent, wat ons onmiddellijk op ons gemak stelde. Ze deden er alles aan om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken en waren steeds beschikbaar voor al onze vragen en wensen. Hun hartelijke houding droeg absoluut bij aan de warme sfeer van het hotel. Daarnaast was het uitzicht adembenemend. Of we nu genoten van een kop koffie in de ochtendzon of de zonsondergang bewonderden, het uitzicht voegde een magisch tintje toe aan elke dag. The hotel is located right next to a huge sand beach with the biggest outdoor swimming pool I ever seen. The view from balcony is excellent. It has an excellent breakfast and dinner options. The internet was excellent.

Hotel, Zimmer, Aussicht phantastisch! Bei Halb- oder Vollpension kein vegetarisches Angebot. Wer Fisch oder Fleisch liebt, erhält absolut zu jedem Essen die gleiche Beilage, was für jeden Tag suboptimal ist. Die Küche beliefert die Bar nebendran mit Pommes, Pizza, Hamburger. Trotzdem ein Traumhotel!
