Taking into account that Ibis Hotels are not in the luxury segment, I must say that the rooms are generally well-maintained and clean. The bathroom, and especially the shower, is very comfortable and spacious. One of the most positive aspects is the mattress, which is extremely comfortable, and the fact that Ibis Hotels are pet-friendly is a great advantage. However, my only negative remark is not related to the hotel itself but rather to the reservation process. In this case, the booking was made through Expedia.com, which did not provide an option to request a receipt with the VAT number (factura com NIF)—something I require for company expenses. Additionally, there is no straightforward way to contact Expedia to resolve this issue. I managed to call an Expedia number, which cost me nearly 6 euros, only to be informed by the representative that I had reached the wrong department. They provided me with another paid number to call, but that number does not work. If I am unable to obtain the receipt with the VAT number as needed, I will stop making future reservations through Expedia.

Tutto perfetto. Conmfort ottimo. Stanza grande , letto matrimoniale super comodo . Bagno di giuste dimensioni. Staff super gentile e disponibile. La struttura offre anche un ristorante con dei pasti pronti ma comunque buoni e a prezzi modifico. Parcheggio gratis un po’ piccolino ma c’è la possibile di poter mettere la macchina in un garage a soli €3 al giorno. Colazione ottima e molto varia.

Désolant de voir un hôtel de 200 chambres proposant 50 places de parking et qui continue à indiquer parking 3 euros la nuit... La mention Place de parking limitées ne correspond en rien à la réalité. La situation est chaotique sur place et il serait beaucoup plus approprié d'indiquer clairement que seuls 1 chambre sur 4 pourra profiter d'un parking sur site, alors même que l'hôtel se situe en pleine zone industrielle, et que la notion de parking inclus fait clairement partie de mon choix au moment de la réservation. Si vous êtes en vélo ou à pieds c'est peut être un bon hôtel, sinon passez votre chemin.

While it is outside of the historical centre, we still enjoyed our stay at the ibis Lisboa Sintra. We did have to Uber in and out of the historical centre (about 8-10 Euros) but the facilities were reasonably priced and it was nice having an on-site restaurant.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. We arrived super early to see if we could have luggage storage but surprised to be able to check in early so big bonus and thanks. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Bus stop within 2 minutes of hotel (we had a car so didn’t use but considered taking into Sintra to avoid hunting for parking). They do offer breakfast (we didn’t use) and have a bar/restaurant available. The only negative was they didn’t have a small fridge or microwave in room but reception did heat some items for me that I bought from a local grocery. Staff very helpful and friendly. Free parking up top and if full can pay 3 euro to use underneath parking. Easy access to highway to see the sites we visited! Would stay here again.

The staff here are AMAZING. The hotel has a great vibe and the friendly staff made us feel like real guests. My only complaints are the air conditioning in the our room never worked and there was an odd smell coming from the sink in the bathroom. We did ask someone at the front desk to help with AC our first night, it did seem to help for that night but after it returned to not functioning. Thankfully our last two nights were a bit colder outside.

Staff were great. Air conditioning wasn’t working which made the stay hot to the point of being uncomfortable. Was called by the front desk at 2235hrs to ask to move my car as it had charged and someone else wanted to charge. Completely understand the charging requirement but at that time of day, you have to wonder!

The hotel, room and location were all good but I found the staff to be super stiff and unfriendly. On the plus side I asked for a change of room as the night before we had v noise neighbours. In the morning staff member Carolina apologised and resolved the situation but when staff realised we have a 5yo child staying with us, the wheels came off. They made such a big deal, escalated to management and moved us (without charge). We were made to feel like criminals they way they handled it. The female manager took me to task and had an assertive word with me and then made sure I paid for the child's breakfast. I liked the hotel and Carolina but the other staff seemed to be on-edge and with attitude. Didn't think this would ever be Ibis culture

It was an ok hotel. Really far from Lisbon city center. If you take the bus to Lisboa, it will take 1.5 hrs. I would spend more money and stay at city center so you don’t have to worry about transportation.

Muy bien situado.Cerca de Sintra ,Cascais ,Mafra y con la estacion de tren de Sintra para viajar a Lisboa. Ademas si quieres comprar algo de ultima hora tiene un Auchan(alcampo)cerca .Ademas enfrente tiene un hospital.El desayumo super.Muy recomendable, sinduda volveria.

el hotel se encuentra en un poligono industrial de sintra, al igual que otros ibis, recortando en servicios, el desayuno falto de productos, atendido por los recepcionistas, los cuales no dan a basto para todo el servicio, la calidad de los productos es mala, nada recomendable siendo una cadena de hoteles de prestigio, han cambiado servicio y calidad por ahorro maximo de costes.
