We love this place, all was perfect, kids enjoyed the pool, breakfast and supper had many choices. We really liked the location! The only negative review I have was the sofa bed no comfortable. However, we will definitely come back but without a sofa bed option.

This what a great place to stay. We only stayed 1 night but our experience was great. The room was spacious and clean. The view from our balcony was amazing. We did not use the amenities (pools) but we could see them from our room and they looked very nice. If we ever go back, we will definitely consider this property.

Can someone explain this: I booked this hotel for 5 nights, however due to my flight being canceled I contacted Expedia to contact the hotel and adjust the 5 night's to 4 night's. Instead of reimbursing me, the hotel adjusted the daily rate so that the refund was zero. WHO DOES THAT!

The property is modern and clean. The restaurant on the 4th floor provided excellent meals. Its a great family hotel. The hotel can improve. There are no irons or ironing boards. This was important as my family was attending a wedding. They should have better concierge services booking excursion, calling a taxi. The hotel is not within walking distance to anything.

The hotel grounds are beautiful. I love the modern interior. The staff was excellent. Very friendly and attentive. Its a great hotel for families with small children. The restaurant on the 4th floor was really good. The cons: No iron or ironing boards in the room. The bathroom is not so private. Glass door for the toilet. You can see when someone is there and you can hear everything. No airport transfer. No coffee machine in the room. Be prepared to Uber it! The location of the hotel n Sintra offers nice vistas. There isn't anything within walking distance. The ride to the historic town center or train is about 15 minutes. Sintra is absolutely beautiful! The food is amazing! I was traveling with my elderly mother. Its not an ideal place for people who physical challenges walking. The sidewalks (where there are sidewalks), are cobble stone. The roads and streets are extremely narrow. Driving is a bit stressful as the roads are winding and curvy.
