I traveled with my family in early spring of 2026. This was a very disappointing stay. The man at the front desk was not friendly, which set the tone for an unwelcoming experience. Upon our arrival, after the stated check-in time of 3:00 PM, our room was not ready. One of the mattresses was worn out on one side, making it very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. There were a few minor cleanliness issues, such as dust in the corners and a hair on the floor. There were also a few broken items, including a sink stopper that did not work properly, which caused the sink to drain very slowly. Overall, the property appears older and somewhat dated and, in some areas, felt a bit neglected. I do feel the housekeeping staff works hard and were friendly and helpful. Taking pets outside at night did not feel safe, and there were not many appropriate areas outside for pets. There were people hanging around the parking lot and walking around at night, and there appeared to be little to no nighttime security. The parking lot was lit up like daylight, and the curtains did not block the light, making it even harder to sleep. There is not much around this location that would explain that level of activity. There was also a noticeable marijuana smell outside. During the day, things were calmer and better, but the nighttime experience was very different. This wasn’t my worst experience with this motel chain, but not my best either. Overall not a comfortable stay and I would NOT return.

The room was good for just a night's stay. The fridge worked well and everything else did too. We just got some small bar soaps and some shampoo. I called the front desk once and the guy on the phone answered my question all rude.

Pets welcome. Clean property

Bathroom had floaties in toilet bowl. Pubic hair on toilet seat. No mini fridge, coffee maker or microwave.
