We were very displeased when we arrived after long travel to find the advertised restaurants and bar not open! The staff were not very interested- just passed us a paper with restaurants that we needed to call with an order. The restaurants had high delivery costs complex ordering and long wait for food. We did appreciate the ability to book a taxi for next day right in the hall. The room and bathroom fine. Long walk with stairs to get to many of the rooms. d

Pretty disappointed our stay. I was traveling with my teenage son so we got two twin beds. The room literally had a foot between each bed and the outside of the beds were a foot from the wall. One of which was the bathroom which we had to squeeze in the door sidewise. Amenities available and they wouldn’t even give us an extra pillow. A couple positives, close to a lot great pubs and it was close to Paddington Station.

Is an okay room and hotel. The adjoining pub is dirty and disgusting.

Not very disabled friendly the doors are always closed every couple of meters so with cases and someone with disability it was very very difficult. Bed was very comfy and had good shower.
