The one disappointment was I had expected a hot tub and was told it wasn't available. I assumed it was to save operating costs. If a place advertises and charges for a feature, it should make every effort to meet the customers expectation.

The location of the Willow Creek Inn is very convenient. It's a very short short drive from the freeway exit. There are restaurants nearby including a Chinese restaurant right across the street. The property is clean and the staff were very friendly. The property could use some updating, but was comfortable. There was a problem with the internet when we tried to check in causing us and some other guests to have to return 15-20 minutes later to check in. The desk clerk was nice and apologized for the delayed check in. We were traveling with our dog, and had requested a pet friendly room a few days before our arrival. The room was in good condition especially being a pet friendly room. There is a grassy area behind the hotel for dogs to take care of their business. There are also poop bags and a waste receptacle to dispose them in. The grass was in good condition considering that dogs go potty out there frequently. They have a very nice hot tub. The water was clean and there was plenty of seating available. There were pool towels available with a laundry basket to drop them into after use. We enjoyed our stay!

The sliding door wasn't working so entering and exiting the building was a pain. The "fitness center" consisted of a beat up treadmill and an exercise bike with a few dumbbells.The staff was great and breakfast was wonderful!

Willow Creek Inn is right on the main road in the heart of Ephraim. Nice rooms and good warm breakfast. The whirlpool was nice .

Good price and location. Very small breakfast. Every single piece of gym equipment was either broken or only partially working. The fridge in 324 was on the lowest setting and froze all of our fruits and vegetables, needs repaired or replaced. The bathroom pocket door had no latch and a big hole to see right through to the person inside. Needs fixed. Overall fix-up, spruce up of hotel interior is needed. Mesh wreaths and colored pictures in napkin holders quite tacky. Eliminate half or more for a classy, clean look.

This was the only property available so we booked it. Sad to say it had bed bugs and the air conditioning didn’t work. Very hard to get any rest here with no AC and getting bitten in bed.

TV didn’t work when we arrived. We contacted the front desk for assistance which took 2 hrs as he forgot that we had asked for his help. He got it working by exchanging the cable box. When we tried it again in the morning, it didn’t work again … time to leave this venue.

For the price this place is fine. It’s old, run down. Odd furniture in halls and corners. It smells funky, the beds were not comfortable. All of that is doable for what you are paying. The worst part was the rooms were SO HOT. We knew people in 5 other rooms and all said the same thing. The air conditioners were terrible. This was February. I can’t even imagine what summer would be like. It took until 5am til the room was even bearable to be in.

My husband and I love this place it is quiet and clean. I didn't look the bed it was to firm and the pillows were tiny. Also the bathroom door is a sliding broken door with a screw sticking out very easy for someone to get hurt. The hot tub was dirty! The last time we stayed there the bed was soft and everything about it was perfect . So I'm not sure what happened if we just got stuck with a bad room or what. Also it was very hard to regulate the heat in the room it was blowing cold air. We had to turn the heat way up for it to blow hot air at all. And they only took cask for snacks we had to find an atm.

We had a excellent stay at this hotel. The wall are a little thin but that did not disturb us after 10PM. The room even after remodel is a little dated but it was clean, the bed, matress and bedding were all new or like new. Restaurant choices are limited in Ephriam but not a food dessert.

The hotel was a tad dated. The shower was very dated. And our door did not have one of the locks, which was a little concerning. However, it was very clean and the staff was extremely nice! Kyler checked us in and he was a delight.

Although I had no real problems to report, the place is just very dated. It is in dire need of a massive renovation. The rooms and overall appearance of the place are old and tired looking. You can only put lipstick on a pig for so long. All staff were friendly and accommodating.

This is a nice, basic property. The room was clean, a little dated, but we'll maintained. Walls were very thin and we were able to listen to our neighbors conversation (no raised voices). We just needed a one night stop over and it met our needs.

Very thin walls. A man next door coughed and vomited all night and we heard it all despite putting on white noise and having a/c running. The lobby echoes so much we thought there was a crowd having breakfast on our way down and it was just two employees talking at reception desk. There was a large crusty carpet spot. The a/c smelled like mildew the whole time.

My experience at this hotel was mixed. The rooms were impeccably clean, which was a definite plus. However, there was an issue with one staff member who was rude and talked over us while trying to resolve a problem, which was quite off-putting. The first thing I noticed was that the elevator floor appeared not to be cleaned regularly. The color of the rugs in the hallway and room made it feel dingy. The room itself was clean and beds ok. Good shower. The only hotel I have stayed at worldwide that left me a note saying I had to allow room access because they were required to clean sheets every other day. It didn't matter the fourth day when I was present and they did not change sheets at my request. Breakfast was pathetic albeit present. Coffee was brown water. The town is severely economically depressed though so I understand choices made.
