I have stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites and have enjoyed it every time I have visited Exeter. We have been very pleased with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness and the proximity to quite a few great restaurants and attractions. (It is only 15 minutes from the beach)! The hot breakfast selection was also very good. The only downside was that the business center was temporarily not available due to renovations this trip. It is a good hotel at an affordable price and well with the money. Overall, it would be my first choice if I needed a hotel in the area.

Didn’t know there would be construction everything was a mess son was very disappointed the pool wasn’t open wasn’t mentioned on website and I booked for his birthday. It was honestly disgusting

There was construction going on in the rooms surrounding ours. ( we were not aware so that wasn’t great ) and our room was in need of updating! Pretty shabby. Poorly patched tiles in the bathroom, old phone hanging on the walls! Also , the indoor pool was nasty green. We paid well over $300 per night. Not at all worth it.

Property was under construction but this wasn’t noted anywhere during the booking process. As a result 60-70% of the. Parking lot was filled with storage containers. Smoke detectors were missing in the hall ways. Breakfast was provided but quite average. Fitness center consisted only of 2 treadmills an elliptical and a handful of dumbbells in a very cramped space. Overall unfortunately a disappointing experience

Our room was not serviced at all. Bed was unmade. There were no clean towels, so we left immediately when we got back to the room after the event that we were at. We forfeited one night stay at the Fairfield by Marriott. I have never had such horrible service in any of my hotel stays

The room was spacious, clean, bright. I was only here for one night, in town for a family event, but it was a place I would stay again. It is convenient to Exeter center. They offer breakfast. With two entrances hot options cold options grab and go options. It was lovely! Staff was very friendly. Highly recommended.

The front desk and breakfast buffet gal were very helpful, courteous and friendly. The bed & linens were super comfortable and we liked the huge TV and channel selection. The sink in our room’s bathroom sprayed water everywhere! The shampoo, conditioner & body wash were very pleasant smelling and I liked the volume control on the shower.

Ot happy with the condition of the room: closet door was damaged and not working well, The interior door lock was broken so no extra security. No housekeeping services on the day after arrival - not notified of this upon arrival. Staff was very pleasant and helpful but unable to fix the problems - stated the first floor was to be renovated "this week".

This stay was for a family wedding. Our room was large, clean, and very comfortable, especially the beds. We got there at 11pm and we're greeted warmly by the desk clerk on duty. My only suggestion would be to extend breakfast on theMonday holiday to at least 9:30, hopefully later, to better serve guests, but I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We checked into our room on the second floor. Things were good. Two days later we were told we had to move to another room. This room was clean but had no closet space, no hair dryer and had difficulty with the lock on the door not operating correctly when you went to leave. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good.

They were renovating the property, which I did not know until I got there. But staff was very friendly. I did get a renovated room. Which had an open shower with no curtains. Didn’t like how close the vanity was to the shower because the vanity would just get completely wet. There was only one mirror in the whole room and it was tiny and not the best lighting. No full length mirror. I would stay again, but it is very pricey, especially for the renovations and the quality of the renovations.

Made a reservation couple of weeks back for room with 2 double beds. Front desk guy says I don’t see that request. I show him the confirmation email. He has a meltdown, yelled and left the hotel - terrified my son There’s no one at the hotel for 1/2 hr. Finally a lady comes in, still can’t find our reservation. Ends up giving us a mattress which broke 2 times during the night. A nightmare!!! They’re blaming Expedia - I require a call back please! Thanks

At night it was a little difficult to see where the entrance was to drive in. Although we liked that the main entrance was towards the back of the properly, maybe highlight the way to enter/drive in when coming from Portsmouth Ave.

Opportunities all in all our stay was wonderful. When we first arrived, we had a hard time finding the hotel because the sign on the street was missing. Once we pulled into the parking lot, we had a hard time finding where the check-in door was. There is no outside signs or markings of any kind to show where the main door is. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower with a nice treat. The bed was comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. The breakfast was wonderful. Eggs, bacon, quiche, pastries, and fruit were wonderful. They were toppings for the eggs, blueberry compote for the waffles and a nice assortment of juices. Everything was kept nice and clean and full. I would highly recommend this hotel.
