To noisy, from upstairs rooms

As other reviewers have mentioned, the room was spotless. Yes, it’s a little spartan, but has everything you need. Bed very comfortable. Fresh bagels in the morning. Check in was efficient and owner very kind. Only downside for me was the noise of the heating unit, next time I’ll be sure to pack my ear plugs. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and have recommended it to my family.

brand new room. looked freshly remodeled. affordable prices, decent breakfast. no decaf coffee and walls are pretty thin. but we will definitely be back.

For the price, was great. Was small room but enough for us. Clean, comfortable bed and shower. Nicely renovated. Appreciate the microwave and refrigerator. Basic continental breakfast was fine. 15 minutes to get to Cornell univ. 20 minutes to town of Ithaca. Went for hiking and scenery in the Finger lakes. Was wonderful driving around.

Small but nice hotel.
