Pool was closed, but it had more of a 'hadn't been used in years' appeal, with ladders and equipment all over and the pool cover on that looks old and molded. The sheets in the bedroom were stained, pillows looked like they were brought from home all used and frumpy. Had to check for bugs, to make sure. Very sketchy parking lot with a car jacked up missing cad. converter. No breakfast, plus there was a tanning bed in the dinning area, not even working! Security camera in hallway was hanging by cord. There was glass from a smashed beer bottle outside of the front entrance when we "checked out" (by putting our room number on our key card in a locked clear box) along with one of the "workers"? Car, or her babysitter for her child who she had hanging out there. The passenger side window on one of their car's smashed, which was the same car that was there when we checked in the previous night with no smashed window or smashed beer bottle in the front entrance. Just woke up early and got the heck out of dodge!!.

Reason for rating 3 stars is the place was under construction there was no free breakfast like advertised there pool and spa area was not open the rooms where outdated overall this place was quiet and was in a good location for the event I attended most likely wouldn’t stay at this location again for their rates could have been a little better

Hotel was once very nice, currently quite run down. Remodeling in progress. Pictures on Expedia do not represent the current hotel, and there is no Casino on site. Need updated information on Expedia

The room was clean. Nice shower. 2 towels, 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel. No Kleenex in the dispenser. No coffee in the entire place. 1 tiny thin bar of soap. There was 2 of us. No maid service but we weren’t told that. Pool was still covered.

The only real problem was the elevator was broken and I’m on crutches..but I did notice we were the only guests

The pictures displayed are so old from 2007 everything about this hotel was misleading. Cobb webs dead bugs everywhere stains on the sheets. Stains in the tub the carpet was wet. Furniture was broken, the bulbs were taken out of almost every lamp. For the price I would say it needs to be cheaper. The amenities listed are not included, gym was closed, the pool looks like it has not been in service in years. The kitchen had a tanning bed and want accessible. Just not a great stay I felt filthy laying on the sheets.

You can tell they are and have been in "remodeling " state for awhile. Website amenities do not reflect actual.

1st the parking lot was totally empty giving a very uneasy and unsafe feeling 2nd there are slot machines all over the lobby 3rd no restaurant. No Route 66 memorable anywhere 4th no one is at the desk..bell doesnt work..had to call twice then someone came to the desk 5th there is no breakfast the area is filled with stuff 6th there is construction everywhere 7th elevator doesn't work 8th every room we passed to get to our room was open not cleaned The room : TV didnt work would only turn on unable to get any channels 2 AC didnt blow cold 3 Tin foil around the head of the shower head and no pressure 4 Would have called front desk but phone didn't work either 5 Many of the outlets didnt work 6 The plug for the one lamp that worked in the room was bent I go to the desk...our room was switched to a 2nd floor room upstairs and the manager did help us move our stuff when i looked i made sure tbe TV and AC work which they did 2nd room The smoke alarm is hanging about 2 to 3 inches from the ceiling no battery and could tell it was very old and not up to code The fridge was not cold and there was some kind of yellow substances all over the bottom of it And when we looked at the mattress there was bed bugs blood spots and we only pulled a corner back and there was at least 6 spots After that we got our stuff and ran out of there and went to the car and starting online chat with expedia and they made it right and i was refunded

When website and reviews we’re deceiving. The host was friendly but the facility is in the middle of remodeling. The pictures were not current. There was no ice, no breakfast, etc. and the host didn’t mention anything about it.

There were dead n alive roaches all over..no fitted sheets on the bed..no comforter on the bed..broken smoke alarm..no coffee maker in the room or any anywhere..clogged drains..i will never go to that one again!!

Lobby and hall smells like weed, dog poop by the front door, pubic hair in the shower, the bathroom floor was dirty, the carpets were all stained, blankets on the bed were dirty, no breakfast, the room smelled, and the front desk was not attended when I needed to check out.... I would never stay there again.

Rooms are nasty. The bears had blood and come stains in them. Everyone had to go out and buy sheets and pillows from Walmart. Almost getting a fight with the Indian owner told us it was not a Hilton. It was just terrible.

What a joke. First the lobby had to be 85 degrees and stunk. We went to our room and it wasnt any better. The room didnt look like the picture. The floor was sticky. I guess they cleaned it with kool-aid. There was paint falling from the ceiling. There wasnt a smoke detector. The chair they had was flaking off all over the ground and there was bugs. We decided not to stay there. We went to the front and said we needed a refund that the room was gross. He said we would have to go through expedia and get it. So i try to go through hotels.com. They called the hotel and they refuse a refund. I called the hotel and he still refused the refund. The town should demolish this hotel and run the owner out of town so nobody else has to go through this crap. This hotel is a nasty stain for the town. Only book the honeymoon suite if you want a divorce.

Used soap and wrapper on the edge of the bath tub. Used wash cloth behind the bathroom door. Toilet needed cleaned. Food crumbs EVERYWHERE. Heater would not warm up the room.

This was by far the worst stay ever. We were supposed to have a room with jetted tubs but they don’t have them their, no pillow cases on pillows, a breeze stain on the chair from peoples hair, bathroom light over the sick did not work, only a shower, the internet is week so the smart tv kept freezing, there was no breakfast they had building materials in the space for breakfast, not to mention the condition of the room was horrible, the bed was was rock hard, the blanket had burn marks in it, the tv was at a slant because it was sitting on a table and a dresser, the would around the door frame was chipped and coming off, (I have a picture of what I believe to be black mold), I took a ton of pictures of how horrible it was. This was supposed to be a wonderful weekend celebrating 15 years of marriage. Long story short this ruined our weekend. We are on a limited income so we couldn’t just go stay anywhere else.

The toilet did not work the room was dirty. So bad you did not want to touch anything. Had to stay one night too late to go any further. Went to leave next morning and they would not return our money for the next two days I had paid for earlier. Terrible experience!!!

The hotel has a makeshift casino in the lobby area. The lobby smells of smoke. The room wasn't cleaned at all. There were stains all over the room and dried blood on the pillows. There were dead bugs in the ac and window out in the open. I even found live bugs in the bed. We were in that room all of 5 minutes then decided just to make the 6 hour drive back home same day instead because that was the safer option.

The jacuzzi tub was putting out a brown film in the tub. The fridge didn’t work

Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Rooms were cold and drafty. Handicap accessible rooms were not really Handicap friendly

Pictures on hotels.com are really really outdated. The guy who checked us in was super friendly. That’s the only good thing about our stay. Room was not clean, no phone, alarm clock, hair dryer. Shower curtain rod was hanging from wall. Hardly any water pressure from barely warm shower. Key card wasn’t needed to get into room, but wouldn’t open outside door. Elevators didn’t work, and some kind of construction was happening behind huge black tarp hanging at the top of stairs. Will not be returning any time soon.

The ceiling in our room had dust on it. Our rooms refrigerator wasn't working. We had to ask for toilet paper because there wasn't any. We didn't even have a garbage can. I'm currently on crutches and we had a 2nd floor room and the elevator was out of service

Rooms in very bad condition. Multiple broken or loose sockets.

I felt so uncomfortable that i checked out almost immediately. The cincher for me though, was that my room, which was on the first floor and facing that back, had a window with no screen and no lock. There was absolutely nothing to prevent somebody from gaining entrance.

Prepaid for room when I arrived at 10pm after being on the road for 9hours already was told my r reservation was not found, and even with the confirmation code, I could not be found let alone she kept telling me my credit card was denied. it was prepaid and I never once gave her my card! Was not helpful at All THANK GOD I GOT MY REFUND

Staff is amazing. Room was very clean.

Room was clean halls were clean but some of the areas were cluttered with random stuff. Neat that the world's largest covered wagon is just outside. Was informed that we had no hot water when we arrived. Staff was very friendly and informative about the situation. And since we were arriving very late and just needed a place to sleep for the night we stayed.

This is an abandoned building. It's condemned - with a "NO TRESPASSING" sign - on the front entrance. Upon attempting to check in (no one was there), we walked around the building and there are no door handles on the hotel rooms. It is very unsafe, appears there is likely illegal activity going on (drugs, trafficking, who knows?!). It's very scary! We went up the street to another hotel and were told by the manager there that the property owner at Hotel Lincoln Inn "lives on the property" and just takes peoples' money and refuses refunds. The owner of the property called us about 30 minutes after we left, yelled at me, denied the condition of the building, refused a refund, and hung up on me. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY - don't go here!

Welcoming staff and clean rooms!

Staff was awesome and attentive. Overall hotel needs some repair/updates, bed was a bit stiff. Room did have a stale smoke smell, but room was clean.

Staff not present upon check in. Sign on window to call for attendant. The attendant appeared to be sleeping in one of the guests rooms. The room smelled stale, the elevator had plants in front of door appears that it hadn’t worked in long time. Outlets in room were inoperable. Linen on bed was dingy and smelled stale . The towels where supposed to be white. They looked like someone had wash cars with them. They were so thin you could through them. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed and it smelled as well. I will never stay at this hotel and recommend others not to either,

My husband paid for two nights but the man at the front said we only paid for one night. I had our receipt that day two nights. But the front desk service would not let us get in our room for the second night and the service was very rude .. we had to get the police involved. The room was dirty and had spiderwebs , we only stayed because we didn’t read the reviews and it was to late at night to go anywhere else . DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES. DO NOT STAY HERE EVEN ITS YOUR LAST RESORT.

There was an old broke down vehicle in the back lot and multiple personal construction projects in different stages of progress out in the open for the facility

Dirty it is a rent by the month motel and all the people that live there hover over the people staying there. They smoke right at the door so I smelled like cigarettes and I dont smoke. We were on motorcycles and the parking lot it full of potholes

The atmosphere of the motel is happy. The saff is extremely helpful and polite. The building is older, but improving. If you want a resort, this is not for you. If you want a decent night's sleep in a comfortable room, this is the place for you. Located along old route 66 if that's your travel plan.

There are only a few positives to the stay here. The staff was friendly. The jacuzzi in the room was delightful. That's it. **The pictures on line are a bait and switch. The signage outside is barely visible. I literally walked in thinking the hotel was closed. Once the staff made it to the front desk, he was friendly. However the sheets were dirty (ICK), he replaced with a flat sheet because there were no available fitted. The tv eventually worked.... the bed was doable for A night. The towels were basic. There was minimal soap, shampoo, conditioner, and zero lotion, coffee, coffee pot, or food offered at all. The breakfast area was storage for lawn equipment, cleaning supplies and dust. I do not recommend....ESPECIALLY for the price. $50 at best should have been max.

Common items like bar soap were non existent. bath towels stained. Full eatinf area, but tables & chairs removed & someone had their bike parked in the space. No one available at checkout.
