Holiday Inn Express Lodi by IHG

After check out be prepared to be hit with MULTIPLE ADDITIONAL charges. This hotel is running a fee scam and has invented a bunch of fake fees to add onto your bill. Even when pre-paying for your stay. Door locks were broken and the bathrooms were icky.

This hotel will be our go to when in the area. Staff was very friendly, and courteous. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Look forward to our next stay.

Check in was terrible. Noone was at the front desk for over 20 minutes so we left and came back after having dinner. At 10 pm we get a call threatening us to “be quiet because theres noise complaints and if we dont, theyll make us leave”. We were in bed asleep! We asked the day morning and they said they called 10+ rooms. How about you get up and walk the hallway to find out versus waking people up mid sleep?! Breakfast… the guy didnt restock half the food items and we were there for an hour. The lady the next morning was great and friendly, restocking everything. Pool was dirty and gross. Would not stay here ever again with 2 options next door. The only benefit was the access close to freeway

Stay was terrible and they wouldn’t allow me to check in after receiving payment. And then when I requested a refund over the phone they stated I never showed up at all. Very unprofessional.

Adequate hotel. Not great value including taxes and "resort fee". Sad LOL because it's far from a resort.
