The pool is inside and FREEZING! It was 100 degrees out and the pool was still cold because it was inside. I wish it was disclosed that it is not a heated pool. They "ran out" of towels. We asked for them in the evening and she said they would bring us some, in the morning we called and she said that there may be towels ar 11 am ( which does not help when we are supposed to check out by 11) my husband went down to talk to them and they begrudgingly said they can go check the storage on the 2nd floor and miraculously found towels. We wont stay here again.

The room needed a lot of touch ups - missing edge on corner of wall, frayed carpet edge, nicks and marks all over front and back of doors. Breakfast was a joke. The first morning there was no milk for the cereal and the waffle maker was broken. The second morning none of the hot food was available, including the still broken waffle maker.

However, the trip was planned for our kids to enjoy the pool, only to find it out of order and the hot tub removed a year ago. Breakfast was decent, but the pancake maker was broken, disappointing the kids again. Our room had cleanliness issues: dirt along the wall by the bed, garbage under the couch bed, and missing caulk around the tub, which left areas of dirt and slime. The bathroom faucet made a loud screeching noise when you turned it on there was a short in the bathroom light and on the bathtub The water kept dripping we had to keep going and pushing the knob and turning it so the water would stop dripping. This was in room 216. In room 212 couldn’t get the heater regulated just right it kept either getting too hot or way too cold

We arrived to find we were assigned a room on the second of three floors. We immediately found our room to be Totally unacceptable. There was a boys high school group staying there who were So Noisy. Elizabeth at the front desk Rescued us by upgrading us to a suite. She knew we would never get any sleep on the second floor and without being asked we were upgraded to the third floor.

Makayla at the front desk was more than amazing and accomodated us with anything we ask! Very friendly and professional at what she does. Breakfast was good, Room was clean and comfortable, property was clean and quiet. Hotel is also close to hwy 99 which makes it easier to jump onto the fwy. We will definitely stay here again. Thank You again Holiday Inn- Lodi for an amazing stay.

Fairly new hotel, definitely recommend this hotel. Staff is courteous and friendly. The rooms are well equipped and very clean. Convenient and close to downtown Lodi for restaurants and shopping. Especially for all the great wineries in surrounding area. They also have an indoor pool which is very relaxing.

Stay was great but upon arrival the hotel said someone digitally checked in and ended up waiting about 20 min for the front desk to figure out if someone was in my room or not. Besides that, everything was great. The continental breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel and I'll come back here again just for that. :) The crew was very happy.
