The restaurant and bar were great. The pool and hottub with the fireplace were great.

Only negative would be the pool. It was full of bugs and leaves.

This is a perfectly adequate hotel for a pass through trip (Houston to San Diego). It has a retro-Southwest aesthetic that I rather liked. Some reviewers might say it needs updating, but I liked it as is. The pool area looked appealing, even though we didn’t utilize it. The heated pool was clean and there was abundant shaded seating. The small gym was also good. I have no complaints and would stay here again if I was in Las Cruces.

Checking was very quick and easy. Staff provided info regarding accommodations, breakfast area as well as location of all facilities. Room was very clean and comfortable

The room was not cleaned after 3 days. I had to request the room to be cleaned. Never heard of such a thing for a especially for a Hilton. Despite the sign in the room indicating the rms are cleaned every other day.The online reservation, using the Hilton app, was incorrect when picking my exact rm. The front desk indicated tey had no record of me reserveing rm.

Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn was very pleasant. We have stayed here a few times and we will definitely be stayung here again. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms and the entire facility is always well mai tai ed and very clean.

I thought the hotel was fine until I saw one of the pillows was stained and yellowed with some dark spots on it. Surprised they left that side exposed in the pillowcase but happy they did so we could avoid using it. On the positive side, the facility felt safe and the shower was great.

Once you hit the 4th floor, it smells entirely of sewage water, the running water in the bathroom makes the room smell like a portable bathroom. I ended up finding a sweater from a previous user of the motel room still in the room.

I knew I would be spending the evening in Las Cruces, and after researching the options I went with Hilton Garden Inn. I am so pleased that I did. The hotel was really beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly. Parking was easy and there were plenty of available luggage carts to help me unload. The room was comfortable and spacious. I also needed to conduct a virtual work session that evening and the internet was reliable and the surroundings were quiet so my 1.5 hour Zoom call went off without a hitch. There are a lot of food options in the area and I had a great dinner down the road at an Italian restaurant called Lorenzo’s. The amenities were great - there was a heated pool, but I didn’t have time to take advantage of it. Breakfast was an additional charge, but it was worth the price. I’d stay here again for sure.

Room 318 had water hammer noises all night long. Everything else was 5 star

Great place to stay near to Highways. The only thing to consider is the papel walls,, you can hear everything next door. Other than that,, it is perfect.

This hotel is beautiful and we always stay here but it's desperately in need of updates. The carpet, drapes, walls, etc are old and shabby looking. There's still an ethernet plug in device in the rooms and not a single USB for charging. These are simple upgrades that would make staying here better. The pool is gorgeous and well maintained but the lobby and restaurant are also old. There's nothing wrong with keeping some of the character and charm but an overhaul is necessary.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We didn’t have the breakfast or use any of the amenities so I can’t speak for those.

There was a horrible noise all night! Sounded like I was at a snoop dog concert. so freakin loud. turned out it was the ac so we had to suffocate all night.

For a newer hotel the Hair dryer did not work, outlet plugs in bathroom did not work. Absolutely no USB plugs anywhere. Small TV for room sizes, not smart tvs (for linking phone for Netflix or Hulu movies). Damage on ceiling and wall (possible old water damage). Just very disappointed for a Hilton Suite.

We have been staying at Hilton in Las Cruces for a few years. We've celebrated our grandsons birthdays at the pool/patio area. They love it! We have 5-8 people total. We have sandwiches, chips, fruit, water, cokes, & cake/cupcakes. We have fun & clean up after ourselves. Again, we've done this multiple times- last time was 6/2025. We planned it again for 8/2025 - our grandsons 6th birthday. He was SO looking forward to having his party next! We planned, purchased all we needed, spent time & money driving 5hrs from our home in AZ, paid for 3 nights at the Hilton, & took time off work to celebrate this special day at what was our favorite hotel. On 8/16/25, at approximately 11:30am my family and I started to take things from our room to the patio only to be stopped by the receptionist, informing us that such a thing was not allowed and never has been as per hotel policy. We shared with her that we were not aware of this supposed policy as we had done this multiple times before. We asked to see the policy but she could/would not produce it. We looked online but did not find it anywhere. We assured her it would be a very small celebration and we would keep everything clean, as we have in the past. She said NO-no outide drinks or food were allowed. We pointed out there were multiple guests out there now with outside food & drinks. She threatened to call security on us for questioning. We abided by the supposed rule. Our grandson was crushed!! We will NOT be staying there again.

Wow what a terrible experience. Do NOT stay here. Families in town for a soccer tourney, kids playing in pool…. Staff called the cops on families!!!

Unusually good front desk clerk. He was very busy, bombarded with interruptions from guests and phone calls that he handled perfectly. A classy, well maintained property that exceeds my expectations.

Everything was smooth sailing except we had to wait for the room to be ready after our planned check in time. It was a minor inconvenience.

Front desk staff were very helpful. They allowed us to check in a few hours early and extended check out a couple of hours to allow us to attend a funeral.

Great clean safe and easy stop over from our drive from Texas to Arizona. We passed many questionable cities and hotels on our way and this property and location was perfect! We felt confident and secure with our belongings in our U-Haul overnight

When I parked my car I was walking back to the entry door and there were two people sitting on the curb asking for money. I felt unsafe and had concerns that my car was going to be broken into.

Next to a Circle K with a lot of traffic and loud motorcycles.

Friendly staff. Suite was nice after being on the road all day. Plus, they accept large dogs. Sadly, no room service; you have to pick up your order at bar/restaurant.

Shower was great. Bed comfy. Surprised extra charge for breakfast. Most hotels have at least a continental breakfast included. Also room was very noisy. Next door room as well as above us. Decided to stay elsewhere on our return trip through Las Cruces.

The breakfast offers cook to order a/o buffet. We booked the room with breakfast voucher included. Glad i did it. The burrito with green sauce is so tasteful. The Belgian waffle is very good too. The staff at the dining are very helpful and spirited. We extended one more night and really enjoyed.

Nice hotel, clean and decorated nicely. We would’ve given this hotel 5 stars but they falsely advertised having room service. We specifically picked this hotel over several in the area for the simple fact that they offered room service. When we called the front desk to order room service for breakfast we were told we would have to come to the lobby to pick up our food. Other than that, no complaints.

I had opted for with breakfast and I paid extra money while booking the hotel. When I checked-in I was told that breakfast is not included in my booking

Thought the breakfast was included because worded on site that cost is associated with take away, not if you stay to eat. Incorrect. There is a fee for breakfast whether you take it away or eat there. Misleading.
