The facility is in much need of a revamp. The carpets were stained, sink leaked, shower barely produced any streams of water and worst of all the a.c. didn't function and hovered between 70-72 even when set to 68. That being said... the staff was helpful, friendly and respectful.

The shower didn’t work properly. It’s a 20 min walk from the convention center.

This hotel is clean and the restaurant is nice. The rooms are not very soundproof, especially if you are on the ground floor. And if there's an issue with the power, they prioritize the casino with a big loude generator, leaving everything else in the dark.

Did not get the Room I pre-paid for, instead got the handicap accessible room with 1 bed, instead of 2queens and the room looked like it was out of motel out of the 70s. The reason I was given was that they were full. The man at the counter was not helpful and when I had an issue with the room key, he asked me lots of questions like I didn’t know what I was doing. The hotel took a deposit because Hotels.com hadn’t paid them for the stay at the time I checked in, so I was out what I had already paid plus the deposit, which I have not gotten back after 2wks, don’t know if that is a hotel issue or Hotels.com issue. Not recommending this Hotel unless you are someone I don’t like.

Great location, ok breakfast, clean enough rooms, and "meh" staff. Some things need to be repaired. Don't be surprised you have a hard time falling asleep from loud noises or offputting smells that come and go. I love to give it a higher praise, but needs some TLC.
