The hotel was to my standard nice clean quiet good customer service and fast checking in and checking out the only thing I did not like and appreciate was I had to pay four dollars per day for parking that should be included with the reservation for the two nights I stand I’ve never heard and I have traveled to didn’t location and they charged for parking!!!!

BEAUTIFUL hotel! The housekeeping girl was so nice, should have asked her name! The indoor pool and spa were gorgeous! Really enjoyed it! And I especially enjoyed the extended hours it was open, made it available to enjoy even longer! We were in town for a Reading Royals hockey game at the Santander Arena, which was just a short drive away. Highly recommend!

We go there every year for an event and it became a family tradition to stay here. I love the fact that we can actually walk to a restaurant, get an ice cream or just a coffee. Has a great location. walking distance to everything one needs. We love the pool and jacuzzi, always clean and well maintained. Going there for 5 yrs in a row now and never disappointed.

One of the downfalls to f booking with secondary sites like Expedia is not getting up to date info on the property. I only chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub both if which are under construction and not available. Very disappointed.

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay overall. The only issues we ran into were that the hot tub and pool weren’t very clean, and when my husband and I went to the bar, it was disappointing that they weren’t stocked. I asked for a Bailey’s martini, but they didn’t carry Bailey’s. I then asked for a Sex on the Beach, but the bartender didn’t know how to make it, and even after looking it up, they didn’t have the liquor to prepare it. In my opinion, if you’re going to have a bar, it should be well-stocked and the staff should know how to make basic drinks. On top of that, we had to pay for daily parking, and if we wanted breakfast, that was an additional charge as well. I feel these items should be included in the overall price. The bed was a little firm but still comfortable, and the receptionist was very kind and welcoming. At this point, I probably wouldn’t return. However, if parking and breakfast were included in the price and the bar were better stocked, I would definitely consider coming back.

The hotel is in a convenient location, within walking distance to Penn Ave. The beds were comfortable. Hotel lobby was bright & clean. We used the fitness room - it’s small, but had everything you need. We were disappointed that the lounge/restaurant had limited hours. Also it is not a separate but in the hotel lobby. Our room was spacious and clean for the most part. The floors could of used a better vacuum. Over all it was a good stay. Starbucks coffee is a nice touch!

The gentlemen at the front desk is great! The rest of the property is SAD! It is going under renovations. The gym and pool are closed, although it is not posted on Htels.com. I would not have stayed here if I knew this information before hand. The third and fourth floors are being remodeled as is the lobby. So, during the day if you are working in your room all you hear is workers and hammers banging. They should discount their rooms until the renovations are complete. The renovations go through March. Don't stay here until after the renovations are completed.

The room was nasty, we had to buy and infection spray to clean the beds. We asked to change rooms but was told that there were no more rooms. Room and bathroom stink if fecal matter. The bed and linens felt like there was bugs. We could not find somewhere else because we came in late at night. Would never stay there again. Asked to be reimbursed and they communicated that I need to speak to hotels.com. Not good at all

The hotel is under construction. We endured banging til 6 pm. Elevators didn’t work well. There were dirty clothes left behind in the room from the prior guest. My spouse fell in the poorly treated parking lot and finally, there was no water in the morning. There was zero refunds from the hotel or even an apology. Stay away.

I checked in late, 10:30p, with no issues and checked out around 8:15am so I wasn’t there long. The room was clean, a king with a pull out sofa. The bathroom was clean, shower was nice with good pressure. The shower had body wash, shampoo and conditioner on the wall. I didn’t get breakfast, but I believe you have to pay for it. I’d stay again if needed.

For a Friday night with a number of people hanging out outside the space should have been bigger with more seating and the bar should have been open past 11 pm especially on a Friday. Room was dusty and there was a floss stick on the floor which to me is completely unsanitary and clearly room was not thoroughly cleaned

The hotel seemed very nice upon check in. Easy process and friendly staff. The room wasn’t the cleanest. Hair comb and Bobby pin left on floor, no hand soap for the bathroom and only once wash cloth. Wasn’t a huge deal but an inconvenience to call and have stuff brought to the room.

The room was clean, the bathroom modern and updated, the bed comfortable, the pool and hot tub very nice, the staff friendly, the area safe and convenient to restaurants. Unfortunately the wifi was unreliable and the TV channels did not all come in, and ones that did come in, did not have a strong signal.

The bed is situated in such a way that if you’re on the far side of the bed, you can’t watch TV if the other person is laying next to you also the HVAC doesn’t work if you’re not in the room with a sensor so it gets super hot while you’re away during the day and then in the evening you come back it takes hours to get to the temperature that you want it to be Charged four dollars for parking did not advise me that parking had a fee. She just said I was taking a $20 incidental on your credit card. They don’t change or fix your room on the daily so we ran out of towels and the staff downstairs was nowhere to be found after 8 o’clock at night.

Great stay. I contacted the staff prior to visit and asked possibility of an early check in since I was arriving from out of town for a wedding. They checked and said they could accommodate. We checked in with no problems. Each of the front desk clerks were very friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean and comfy. Great stay.

I reserved two rooms with two queen beds in each. The rooms they gave us at check-in each had one king sized bed. When I explained to the desk clerk that I needed at least one room with the two beds, she said they didn’t have any available, and that reserving a particular room didn’t mean that’s the room I’d get. I asked to speak with a manager, but told none were available. After several minutes of back and forth and being told a room with two queens wasn’t available, I was finally given one. For some reason, initially the clerk was unwilling to switch our room. To say that the room you reserve might not be the room you get is absurd.

The property was fine. The 2 male associates at the checkin desk were not very friendly and quite rude when asked why we were paying a service fee. Complaned that we paid through a 3rd party and was rude when they insisted to start check in with the party who was moving the car. My husband paid for all 3 rooms and both him and my son was right there but that is not how he wanted to start.

The hotel was recently renovated so it was clean. However I booked 2 rooms with 2 Queen beds. When I arrived at the hotel to check in I was told they no longer had any 2 Queen beds available. They only had rooms with 1 King bed and a pull out couch. This was a guys trip with 4 adults. The pull out couch are far from comfortable and was not what I booked. I made this reservation exactly 1 year in advance. I feel as if I should be compensated either by receiving some reimbursement off the total costs or credited for 2 rooms to use at a later date. I was over 3 hours from home and had no other options of places to stay.

Great place to stay. I would definitely stay again, only thing that was a slight problem is when we ask for more towels- the receptionist said she was the only one down there and no one could bring them to us. They brought them the next morning.

Save your money on the breakfast. It's over priced microwaved star bucks. If you prepurchase breakfast make sure you look at your bill on your room. I had to call and fix it due to incorrect charges for breakfast.

Main issue for us was they advertised a restaurant on site open for breakfast/ dinner (the Bistro) which is NOT there. The only restaurant is a Starbucks counter with limited breakfast menu. Also construction was going on which was heard from our room during day. Otherwise was ok and was clean.

Claims it has a Bistro Restaurant and Full Breakfast, the Bistro is closed and has been for over 2 months according to an employee, its closed due to no chef, breakfast is outrageously priced limited 4 items menu, $54 for a small coffee, small tea, small muffin, yogurt and a 2 egg omelet. Better off paying more for a room with full free breakfast. Hotels are supposed to be built with concrete fireproofing around each room, no way these rooms are concrete since you can hear people walking above and around you, way to noisy to get a good nights sleep even on the 3rd floor. Not worth the price.

The hotel is fine but I paid extra for breakfast and no one could find any record of it or seemed to care. Instead of a buffet, they have the "Bistro", which consists of a bunch of overpriced items. You can't even get a cup of complimentary coffee. You've got to pay Starbucks prices, and it's not available until 7 am.
