Unfortunately after many stays at this Hotel, that night there was absolutely no parking at all. I walked into the receptionist desk who said that i had to park across tge street at a business shopping center, which was not acceptable at all due that i paid almost $200 for the night....

I loved everything about this place. The staff was really amazing very efficient but yet natural and friendly. The parking was very convenient and the indoor pool is a plus the room was super clean and the maid service was amazing. I’m very appreciative of the wonderful day that I had.

No restaurant or bar. Pool was mostly in shade along extremely loud freeway. Not conducive to a relaxing day at the pool. Room had poor lighting. Even with all the lights on and shades open it was very dim.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. When we had trouble not getting hot water, a very professional maintenance man came quickly and solved the problem. Would have liked more bath towels and shower cap. The travel sight we booked with said there was a jacuzzi and Manager's Cocktail hour and there was neither. Nice, clean, comfortable room/property. Loved the breakfast! Superb!

My room had a musty dirty smell. Put in my kids Lunch in the refrigerator overnight and the refrigerator stop working had to throw away my kids . The bed was comfortable, was hard to fall asleep with the bad smell in the room

The first thing we noticed when we entered the room was that it smelled MUSTY! There’s likely a mold or water issue in the entire building. We had friends staying in two other rooms and their rooms also smelled musty. The mattress wasn’t soft and the pillows weren’t great. We all woke up with neck pain. The bathroom shower had someone else’s hair on the wall.

I stayed at Springhill Suites - Marriott in Temecula form 12/26/23 to 12/28/23 and I must admit that the quality of the room was horrid. I walked into dirty carpets, a weird odor, a light would flicker every 10~ minutes, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the ac was stuck on blowing 60 degrees, the shower head had a large amount of buildup, and there was a large mysterious stain on the bed sheets.

Hotel was fine and check in was easy. But when we finally got into our room it was obvious it had not been cleaned after the prior guest. A bit disturbing but they immediately gave us a new room. They may need to spray for bugs as there was one on the outside of our door as well as a spider in the bathroom of our second floor room.Breakfast was great! So over all the it was not too bad.

Stayed two nights with a family of five. Got in late the first night. I requested extra blankets thru the app but never got them. So went to pick them up from the front desk the next morning. Breakfast is pretty standard but felt a little subpar compared to other places. We discovered there were ants in our room on the third floor in the bathroom thru a bit of rotted wall. The shower was really difficult to use and we almost thought it was flat broken. I slept on the sofa, which you just sleep on the regular sofa cushions, there’s also a roll out for a sixth person to sleep. It’s very uncomfortable. I woke up both mornings not feeling well rested and sore. Not my favorite stay.

Stayed for 3 nights and was told we would get 1 house cleaning service - fresh towels, etc, well, that never happened. The walls were so thin we could hear people talking and packing at 4am. Someone flashing the toilet next door was so loud it would wake us up despite ear plugs. Water in the shower was barely warm, loose floor tiles, loud motel style ac in the wall.. just to name a few. Continental breakfast was good and tasty. The indoor pool was nice and warm, but the pool towels were very frail and lint covered our bodies and clothes as if we died ourselves on a shedding dog.. Maybe our expectations were too high, but it’s just felt more like a motel level. Rooms certainly need updating, room service to be more reliable.

The room was large, clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the AC unit did not work well and there was a wooden bench covering the vent for the air, which made it uncomfortably hot, especially while sleeping. If they can fix their temperature in the rooms it would be an excellent hotel room.

Hotel conveniently located in walking distance to Old Town Temecula. Located off main road in a safe area. The King Suite clean & neat. Having the desk/sliding glass partition a plus; separates bed from mini living room. Staff friendly, courteous & efficient with servicing guests. Definitely a hotel to come back to.

We had prepaid for our room and were not allowed to check in due to an issue with the registration. The staff was not helpful and seemed annoyed when we asked for ways to resolve the problem. The following day we received a receipt from the hotel stating that we checked in and out, but no one ever used the room.

Let me start by saying, we have been staying at this hotel in Temecula, California a couple times each year for about 15 years. We have kept going back because we liked the customer service, location, breakfast, and decent accommodations. I am also a rewards member for this hotel chain, so I expected at least polite treatment at the front desk. This trip the front desk employees exhibited TERRIBLE customer service. We do not plan to return to this hotel. After standing at the front desk for a while with no one helping me, the male employee reluctantly came to the front desk because his supervisor / manager told him to get out of the back room behind the front desk, in order to help me at the front desk (not sure why the supervisor / manager could not help me since she was right there). When I requested to check in, the male employee told me that I could not check-in until a little over an hour later. Usually, this is not such a big deal to me, as I told the employee. However, this trip, I had heat sensitive items in my car and it was 100 degrees outside. Again, the waiting was not as much of an issue as the rude attitude and inattentiveness. These employees both need some customer service training, and maybe a lesson in economics, as they have lost our business.

Central location that was great for both Old Town Temecula and Wine Country! Staff was very helpful and friendly, made us feel very welcome. Hotel is very loud though. There were multiple traveling sports teams in the hotel and the kids were running around all night and jumping off of beds, made for a day of drinking into a night of headaches. Continental breakfast was really good but get there early the line gets backed up quickly!

It's surprisingly quiet being next to freeway...I stayed on side opposite freeway and didn't hear any traffic. Nice location fairly close to old town and main road into the wineries. Fast food nearby for night time binges. Breakfast is good, to make use of it at the hotel. This is pretty standard for Springfield...better than most other hotels in this price range.

Great stay and great location. Hotel is 1/2 mile from old town so walking is an option. The back side of the hotel is near the freeway but request a room on the (front) city street side as opposed to freeway side so noise was a non issue for us.

This was a perfect location for a night stay after the wineries and close to Pechanga Casino. The breakfast was good with more variety then just a continental breakfast such as waffles, oatmeal, great coffee, eggs, sausage, bagels, fruit and cereal. My only complaint was don't sleep on the freeway side because it's hard to sleep with the car noise especially once traffic starts picking up. Also, parking is free. Additionally, the room was clean and reminded me of a little suite.

We were disappointed on the breakfast… we had stayed at a springhill in Vegas and it was great!!! We would have even liked fresh fruit …bananas or apples but it was very limited…staff was awesome!!!

Had a great experience, facilities were clean, service was great. The only negative factors that I observed (although not deal breakers), the freeway noise was very loud in a room facing the freeway, and the free breakfast offered was okay but the eggs were liquidy and not good, and not many other warm options were offered. Overall was great, and would stay there again.

The breakfast was fantastic, and I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of options available. The room was spotlessly clean, and there were no issues at all. I made the most of the efficient workout space. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and there were no complaints whatsoever. The breakfast staff was incredibly friendly and amazing, and the staff we encountered during our check-in and check-out were also very welcoming.

I left our swimsuits in a drawer & called lost & found after we go home. Received a call that all was found. What are the chances of finding something you left behind in a hotel. Thank you for your prompt service after finding our suits. Breaakfast was good too.
