The room smells. Loud freeway noise. We couldn’t sleep all night. And when we ask for another room there was no employee for that service at 4:00 am

This was the worst Marriott I have EVER stayed at. Not worth the $300 weekend rate. I’d pay $125 tops to stay at this place. Staff were terrible. The AC in my room did not work. Trying to get a credit was impossible - the manager wasn’t available and they said she wouldn’t be in until Tuesday and would call me (I checked out Sunday). Haven’t heard anything back. DO NOT STAY HERE - it’s a total rip-off. Property is very dated. I arrived at noon, I didn’t expect a room, but checked in so a room could be assigned to be when available. When I returned at 5:30pm to pick up my room key, found out they never checked me in and they said there were no rooms ready. Check-in time was 4pm. I had to wait for a room. Disorganized and awful.

The hospitality industry is rooted in intention and defined by genuine, person-to-person connection. Upon my husband’s and my arrival, both associates at the check-in desk appeared to be engaged in a disagreement, and their rude demeanor toward one another was immediately apparent. This interaction set an uncomfortable tone from the outset and reflected poorly on the overall guest experience. Unfortunately, neither interaction demonstrated the level of warmth or professionalism one would expect. The young woman with long brown hair came across as dismissive and unwelcoming, while the associate who ultimately checked us in delivered a noticeably transactional and impersonal experience. As first-time guests, this initial interaction was disappointing and left a lasting impression. Regrettably, it has led us to conclude that this will also be our last visit.
