Clean and efficient hotel very convenient

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great! Surprised by the charge for parking.

Everything was really good until we got up in the morning to take our showers! The shower was terrible, we had but a trickle come out, not merely enough to shower with. My husband went down to complain and he was told that they can do nothing but open up another room for us to take showers! They could only point us to Hotel.com since this is who we booked through. At this point we were already dressed and to us it would only be an inconvenience, as we were dressed to leave at this point. I did purchase insurance for us when we booked and couldn’t even get through to file a claim because the app would not let us past putting in my number! This is not good business. You should step up to the plate and handle this matter as your website describes when purchasing insurance for instances as this. I do hope you do.

My room smelled like pot smoke. The shower took 10 minutes to even start flowing warm water. Ironing board was broken, but I managed with it. Overall seem outdated.
