This place was okay. I come from a small town where there isnt a publix so ye this hotel was okay for us. If you are coming just to sleep and be out and and about this ppace is nice. The bed wasnt as comfortable and the pool was dirty. Also if you want a cold shower after a hot day than you wont get that. The water is so hot but if you like hot showers this place is for you. If you want a high end hotel dont go to this one but if you want a cheap place just to just sleep in this place is good. Dont expect a high end hotel.

Front desk staff was outstanding and very helpful. We really liked Ralph and Matthew! I was glad to see a fitness center and the pool was nice, but the Peloton had a broken basket pedal. There were also several lights out and the hotel itself could use some TLC. The shuttle was great and convenient since if you wanted to go to a nice restaurant, you had a cross the highway. Really convenient location relative to the airport.

the AC/heating unit had mold the whole room smelled like mold. We felt we only stayed 6 hours at the hotel. I have videos and photos of the condition of the unit. *Cannot believe this is a Hilton* Booked this hotel based off of other reviews and stars. Lobby and amenities appear great but it is superficial. Hallways as rooms have not been renovated in many years it seems. Stayed in a king suite and the carpet, furniture and bathroom fixtures were old, worn and grungy. There was visible wallpaper peeling, light switches that didn’t work and the clean towels were laying directly in the back of the toilet. The worst part was in the morning packing up to leave a cockroach crawled from the bathroom vanity up the wall to a door jam. That was the point I decided to write this review. I took a picture of it as proof. This hotel did not live up to the Hilton name.

The hotel staff was very friendly however the property is outdated. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and unfortunately were not impressed. The shower heads didn’t work properly and the water pressure was very low. My daughters had the pull out couch but even that was super uncomfortable. They need to put a bit of work and updates throughout the property.

Nice and clean facility, friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint was the bed was a little firm, and the water pressure was really low. The shower head needs to be repaired or replaced. If you adjust the water setting it hits the ceiling and could cause damage.

A nice stay overall. The room was clean and spacious. The restaurant served a good breakfast with a very pleasant staff. The location worked for me and there were a few places to eat in walking distance.The shuttle to the airport comes in handy as well. Having said that, the shuttle never showed up at the airport when I arrived. I called 3 times to let them know I was waiting and kept being told he would arrive shortly. I gave up after an hour and took a 4 minute, 22 dollar cab ride.Going back to the airport via the shuttle was a totally different experience. An older gentleman who was terrific got me there quickly. Outside of that failed shuttle, a very nice stay.

I was very disappointed with my stay. After a long day of travel from Seattle, my mother and I checked in on May 16. At 1 a.m., the fire alarm went off and blared nonstop for 30 minutes. Some guests evacuated, others ran downstairs. We were on the second floor and decided to exit the building. There was no clear protocol. The front desk staff stood by without giving any information or instructions. No announcements were made, and guests were left confused. There was no communication from management. The next day, I spoke with the front desk (supervisor). She gave a dismissive response, saying it wasn’t their fault and that the fire department had to clear it. She also said no manager was on duty over the weekend. There was no apology, no concern for the disruption to our sleep, and no effort to please or make it up to us. I told her I chose Hilton for its reputation, but the service I received felt more like a low-end motel. If I could attach a video, I would — it speaks for itself.

Staff upon Checking in, seeing them in the hallways, outside, at the pool and upon chicking out were wonderful. always smiling, helpful and held conversation. Makes a big difference when you are staying out of town. Made me feel very welcome. Top notch place to stay, i would definantly recommend this Inn to anyone whom is going to be in the area. The convenience to not only the Airport, but the rental car place i used as well as plenty of dining and shopping options all right there.

I didn’t like being awakened by a fire alarm at 1 am walking down several flights of stairs barefoot into a parking lot. None of the staff was even visible. The firemen never said a word to any of us. Then the lady at the front desk was shocked that I wanted a refund.

I love everything about this Hilton. I choose this specific location because I’m never disappointed in the services. Everyone is friendly, always smiling and happy to make my stay comfortable. House keeping makes sure the rooms are clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows are super comfy and smells good. My super kool bartender, serving drinks, conversations and sharing places to visit. I met a very pleasant, professional and welcoming waitress at breakfast. Let’s not forget about the front desk, everyone is professional and always amazing. I’ve dealt with Sharlyn on most check-in. She’s friendly and helpful, always making sure that I’m happy with the service and she always checks in. I saw new furniture in one of the rooms I stayed, loved it!! Will stay here again!
