My day was excellent. I was greeted by a very friendly sweet lady. I stayed here because it said it was pet friendly, and because I was traveling with my 15 year old dog she put me on the first floor right by a door that lead to there dog area, which is very nice. It has artificial grass a bench, and it is shaded by gigantic tree And it has a trashcan and dog poop bags. I will definitely be staying here again.

There is no elevator. So if you’re on the 2nd floor it’s pretty hard to get your luggage up there. Staff said they get complaints all the time about this issue. All the first floor rooms go first because of this.

This is a decent place to stay in Chino Valley. The ONLY kicker here is there is NO ELEVATOR, you need to use the stairs to load in for the second floor.

The property has changed from last time we stayed just over a month ago. Not nearly as clean more run down. Tv not working front desk not showing much concern especially when we found long black hairs in the shower!!!! My elderly mom with recent knee replacement had to walk up 2 sets of stairs and go completely to other end of motel took is over 10 minutes then we had to ask for a footstool so she could climb i to the bed. The whole stay felt like we was in a run down not caring motel as if franchise owner has given up. The positive the gal taking care of the breakfast area was still there kudos as she takes great pride in Her job and it shows!!! Thomas the morning manager was nice to see as well and was very apologetic for what has transpired. Told him tho we will not stay there again. Just a very bad experience.

We had stayed only for few hours to freshen up after returning from 4 day camping. we had couple of backpacks, suitcases and daypacks. There is no elevator so we had to take the luggage’s by ourself on the second floor. The bedsheet and blanket had blood stains and dirt stains on them. Luckily we didn’t stay the night so didn’t have to use the bed. Bathroom was kept clean at least.

The motel was very clean. The employees were all amazing. Kaylee and Tiffany as well as the cleaning service kept the place extremely clean. 24 hour great coffee. Saw families enjoying the indoor pool and jacuzzi.

All in all this place was lacking in a lot of areas. To start with, there was no elevator which means you have to carry your bags up and down the stairs. Then, the maintenance guy just walks in the room; no knock or anything. Just barges in. And then the room just wasn’t very clean

Great service. Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable for my week long stay. I stayed at this location 16 years ago when it was newly opened. It is showing its age a bit but still comfortable and a good value.

Hotel was noisy. Able to hear my neighbor snoring through the night. A lot of outside noise till about midnight. Staff was good. Helpful and quick Front desk area inviting. Breakfast was really good. Clean area and sitting area. Attendants were curtiious and nice.

The rooms were clean which is great. Bathrooms clean - great! The walls are paper thin so you heard every single footstep above you and we had to bang in the walls in the early hours because the neighbors were so so so loud! Both night we had issues with all the noise. But the rest of the study and the breakfast was as it should have been.

Pretty basic but nice. As others have said, you can hear a lot of what's going on in other rooms or the hallway. The room temp was set to 70 which is ok but we wanted it cooler. I turned down the AC temp and it recognized it was set lower but the AZ would not cool the room. But otherwise, we had a decent stay.

The staff were very gracious for all our needs. Within the first two hours Thomas, the manager bought and delivered a new mini fridge to replace the not so cold older fridge. Karly was prepared with coins and tips on laundry as well as a happy smile! The hot tub had a problem and the maintenance man came in on his day off to fix it!! Wonderful people! The building itself was clean and fresh as was our room. I was disappointed that the room chair I saw in the online photos was missing, change advertising pictures or replace the chair ( watching tv from the bed isn’t as comfy, and I was there for a week). The king pillows were so nice as was the Farmers Coffee! Way to go !!

Inflexible management - got Covid and found out checkin day. When I spoke to the front desk, they said they allow same day cancel. He even mentioned that it’s the third party, Expedia in this case who would insist on not allowing refund. But he lied, it is actually the hotel’s policy and refusal to give a waiver and that’s why I was not able to cancel reservation. I would not recommend this hotel.

It was a really nice hotel. The check in lady was super friendly. The indoor hot tub was nice. And it was on the edge of Chino Valley, so it was nice and quiet. Also, the hot breakfast was good. Nothing to brag about but they did offer scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage links along with a waffle iron. Lots of other options, too, like bagels. The juice machine wasn't working, unfortunately. But they did offer hot chocolate which I'm always a fan of. Just Swiss Miss, so nothing fancy. For the price, we had a great experience. Will very probably stay there again.

Super-clean room and grounds with very nicely thought-out dog area and safe parking. It was nice having the residential acreage right next door for a country feel. Construction going on in front of and behind the hotel, so not sure what's being built, but at least the farm next door isn't going anywhere. The front desk staff seemed friendly and the food prep and room cleaning workers were the best. I did get the impression that management was bullying the cleaning crew a bit, but I could have misinterpreted whatever was going on. The only two things I was unhappy about with the stay was first, the breakfast: the bread and muffins seemed very stale, like leftovers. And the fruit was appreciated, but also seemed like it had been sitting too long. I also suspect that the eggs were maybe powdered or something? Kinda spongy and weird. But otherwise there was a large assortment of foods to choose from plus a waffle maker, and the sausages were great. The second thing was that the walls are SO THIN and it's not that the neighbors were necessarily noisy... it's just that every single thing they did, every conversation they had, all the way down to the guy's loud ban-saw snoring all night, came through loud and clear! Aside from these minor things, this was a very nice place to stay with people who work hard to keep it that way. One of the best places I've gotten to stay while travelling with the dog and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

2 things. 1. Your eggs for breakfast need to improve. The egg was too watery. Don’t let the eggs be obstacle for customers to go somewhere because of your breakfast. 2. Enforce your quietness rule.
