Pay to park $15 rooms were clean but outdated low price but not the most outstanding crowd around. Balcony has chairs .so.ypu.can sit out and smoke or go on deck to do that. Ok.to lay down on a very firm bed.

The additional parking of $15 CD was a surprise at check in. There was no elevator to the upper floor. The difference in floor elevation between the upper hall way floor and the entrance to the room is a tripping hazard. The faucet handle of the bath tub fell off (no retaining screw between the handle and the valve stem). Coffee is only available in the hotel office.
