Unfortunately, my fiancée experienced minor food poisoning during our stay. The staff acted professionally by assisting with calling the ambulance and went above and beyond, providing water and cookies for our ER visit. The attention to detail throughout our stay was impressive, contributing to an overall splendid experience. A special shout-out goes to Eddie, the experience manager, whose efforts significantly enhanced our stay and made it thoroughly enjoyable.
