Great location, lobby, hallways and for the majority of the room was super clean, we found some hairs in our bedding which was pretty gross but everything else was nice. The front desk charged security deposit for a service dog which is against the law and we still havent received back but didn't feel like fighting or causing a scene.

Room was super tiny for a family of 4 we couldn’t fit our luggage open. Service was ok, when we arrived, there were only 2 towels, when we asked for 2 more for the kids, girl at the front desk told us we had to go down to reception to get them because they didn’t have room service. Not what you would expect at a hotel, they should have at least one person to fix issues like this, because it was their bad not to have room ready for us. We Didn’t feel welcome. The location is great but that’s about it.

Mal, al llegar no estaba la reserva registrada, el chico de recepción trato de solucionar pero no nos dieron una habitación con cama king o queen nos dieron una con 2 individuales. Lo peor fue que por la mañana íbamos a desayunar y se nos negó el desayuno de una manera muy humillante por parte de la recepcionista, jamás me habían tratado tan mal en un lugar.

My 3rd stay here but different experience. Staff was not welcoming. Front desk staff did not seem happy to be working today. We arrived at noon knowing checkin was at 3pm. Nothing we could do about our arrival time. This is the first time I’ve experienced staff wait until the stated checkin time. They stated they did not know when a room would be ready. 3 hours later a young lady stepped from behind the front desk with a huge stack of room keys and started to pass them out to several people waiting patiently. I’ve stayed at Ibis in Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and now a couple of times in Mexico and this is the first time I’ve seen this. Add to the staff not being friendly or welcoming…I’m disappointed. I stayed here during the holidays when it was very busy & hectic and staff handled it with warm smiles & grace. But new staff and poor customer service today. Let’s hope this stay gets better

This is a really well-managed hotel. The staff are universally courteous and helpful. No one working there had to look up from their phone when I approached them. The interior was immaculate. They vacuumed the hallways two or three times a day. It's on Calle 60, which is just under a mile from the center of the historic district and walkable when it's cool. I love this place.

The value for the money was excellent. Breakfast was surprisingly good, offering a wide array of Mexican options and fresh fruit. I lost a hat, we were pleased that when we returned in the evening, the staff was holding it at the desk for me. all in all an excellent value.

La habitación es básica pero muy cómoda y limpia. La atención del personal muy amable, desde el primer minuto hasta tu salida. Hay estacionamiento. No recomiendo el buffet, o pagar el desayuno, es demasiado básico y el primer día había moho en el pan. Así que ese punto me decepcionó. Por lo demás, muy bien

Truly a 5 star experience. I was blown away by how clean and modern the property was. The staff was very friendly and efficient and they provide FREE purified water, which is like handing out free gold in a lot of Mexico. Wish I had time to stay more nights, it was genuinely better than my twice-the-price resort in Cancún

The staff was very friendly and efficient and they provide FREE purified water, which is like handing out free gold in a lot of Mexico. Wish I had time to stay more nights, it was genuinely better than my twice-the-price resort in Cancún
