Its just simply not a 5 star experience at all. The facade of the building is worn The lobby is too dark Te staff at the front desk doesnt welcome you like a 5 star hotel should. The pool is freezing and not super clean. The airconditioning in the was inconsistent The parking lot smell is horrific However, Quick check was good The room and bathroom were a great size The bed was comfy The room has a balcony but the door doesnt open. Location was good Parking waa free
