Our stay was terriffic, the breakfast was good and the pool towels were always full every time we went swimming. However, the one thing was the hot tub wasnt the hottest, and it wasnt very big. Im recommending this place to my family & friends!!!

The pool was not monitored well. The first night there were children taking up the entire pool throwing a football. They later came to sit with us in the very small hot tub that only holds five. When my husband told them they shouldn't be in there, one said our parents are right out there..pointing to the courtyard. One child that was in the pool even threw the football to the ones in the hot tub. My husband immediately asked them not to do that. They then left and resumed playing catch in the pool. We should not have had to say anything. The second night we went to the pool, hoping for more relaxation. We walked in to a family playing music so loud we had to shout to hear each other talk. I would have expected this in a cheap run down motel but not in a place like this. The pool was packed and the poor lady in the hot tub looked bewildered. We turned around and left. Also there was a hair clump in our tub before we even used it. We will not be back to this facility.

If you want a nice quiet area, this is the place for you. The room was fantastic! We enjoyed the spacious area. We also liked the gym on site. They had more than enough equipment and a peloton bike. Breakfast was great! They had 4 main course options with one being breakfast burritos. They even allowed us a late check out when check originally at 12. The only thing we would have liked more was if it was within walking distance of food. We have to drive 5-10 minutes to get food.

Stayed two nights for a Minnesota loons game. A king suite with family and we all loved it. Free parking and breakfast was a plus for us. Stores and restaurants are not too far around 10-15 min. The only complaint we had was having the suite next to the elevator sucked hearing it all day and nights also the breakfast isn’t great they offered the same thing Saturday and Sunday which wasn’t great but free.

Not all amenities are available. Specifically booked this hotel because of the basketball hoop. No mention of it being closed during the winter months. My kids had been playing for 10 minutes when an employee came out and said they couldn’t be on it for safety reasons. They close it because the salt that they use to melt the ice could cause a safety concern. There was no snow or ice, and hadn’t been for months. She told us they could play for 10 more minutes and wouldn’t offer any type of compensation. Fast forward to our family trying to use the pool. A group of 10 kids, maybe ranging in age from 3-10 were using the pool/hot tub without any adult supervision. They were yelling/screaming and running around. We ended up leaving because it was chaos. Our room was nice and big for our family of 7; 2 adults 5 kids. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Breakfast was like any other complimentary hotel breakfast so expectations weren’t very high to begin with but the food was enough to fill the younger three’s tummies for a couple hours.

The facility and staff did a poor job with communication. They gave us pool hours but failed to mention that the pool wasn’t working as they saw us walking to it in our swim suits which was embarrassing. Then later in the evening, we wanted to watch some tv, but those weren’t working either and haven’t been for over a week. Poor communication and rude staff. We checked out and refused to stay.

The ladies responsible for breakfast were outstanding: attentive and very willing to warm up my oatmeal. The only issue I had with cleanliness was the glasses in our suite. They didn't look clean at all. I ran them through the dishwasher just to make myself happy. No change. I still didn't want to use them. I could have scrubbed them myself, but didn't really need to use them with paper products around. So I shouldn't be complaining! We love this hotel. Have stayed here at least a half dozen times. Will stay again, I'm sure.

There was hair in between the sheets of the main bed. The pull out bed had food and toenail clippings underneath the mattress. The crib had what looked like chocolate ice cream dried on the bars. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Bed was a little too hard for my liking.

Overall ok. We booked a suite and room was a bit smaller than I would have thought. We have a baby so we appreciated they set up the crib ahead of time! There is not much food in walking distance, but a nice safe place. Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Overall ok stay. Beds were comfortable.

Our air conditioner was terribly loud. We only slept a couple of hours due to the noise in the room. The smell of the room was horrible. It seemed to be clean, but room 301 was not great to stay in. Would not stay here again.

Huge rooms! Love the comfortable beds! We enjoyed having a suite so when some of us get up early, we can start the day in a separate room and make coffee and breakfast without waking those still sleeping. Staff was excellent. The kitchenette was helpful to store and warm up our leftovers as well! Free parking was a plus as well. Close to the city! Highly recommend!

This place has been a favorite of ours. It is close to where some of our family lives. We enjoy walking in Long Lake Park. We like the breakfast here. We like the rooms that have plenty of space and conveniences. This is the first time, however, that we haven't LOVED the room. (This is probably at least our fifth visit here.) I did not enjoy being right next to an elevator. I could hear the elevator going up and down. Of course, that is not much of a problem unless you are sleeping. Granted, I am a light sleeper. Next time we stay here, though, if we are assigned a room next to an elevator, I will ask for a different room. I would not recommend the room.

Facility and room were clean, quiet and up to date for being a dog friendly facility. Furniture was in good condition to minimal wear and tear. The mattress is on the firmer side. Breakfast was excellent ranging from cereals, waffles, eggs, sausage, hash brown patty, make your own breakfast burrito, yogurt, juices, fruit and breakfast pastries. There are not stores or restaurants nearby but easy access to the highway to get where you need to but I didn’t mind. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

This hotel will be my go to...it feels like it's off the beaten path but yet it's just a block from I35. I felt comfortable. The bed was a little off couldn't put my finger on what was up with it but slept ok anyway.

We only stayed one night. Had two rooms. One room did not have any heat. My family froze. Hotel couldn’t do anything about it at the time. Overall a nice hotel. Driveway was very icy after a small snowstorm.

I’m always nervous staying at hotels out of town because you just never know the conditions your walking into. So when we walked into the lobby we were greeted with smiles and a big hello from the staff. They were very welcoming and accommodating. We checked in late so the staff gave us food options in the area. That was helpful. We walk into our room AND IT WAS CLEAN!!!! Honestly the pictures on their website really do the room no justice!! The rooms are so much better in person. Our room was clean and spacious with a full kitchen and everything we needed to be comfortable for our stay. There was 7 of us and 5 being children. Our room was big enough for everyone to have their own space. 3 big tvs and 2 bathrooms. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend, especially if you are looking for a clean home like stay! Loved it!!

We arrived very late for check in, and the very kind man at the front desk suggested for a late check out, so we could rest. I would've loved it, but we had an appointment early morning at 9am. The hotel is very clean, layout of our room was excellent. Checkout was as good as the check in. I couldn't be happier with this hotel. Highly recommend!

Staff was very helpful. Easy access to parking. Delicious breakfast! I wish they had better shelves in the shower. There really isn’t room for you to hold your stuff.
