The hotel is in a great location, close to the outlets, downtown, and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, our room and the hotel were clean, and I loved the hot tub and fire pit. It's super cute that they have s'mores supplies at the front desk, for the kids to make on the fire pit in the evenings. I've stayed here a few times now and will definitely be staying again.

Staff was absolutely wonderful. We switched rooms because the first one was dirty. The second room was a little better but there were still stains on the furniture and splatter/drip/swipe marks everywhere. The pool was too shallow and cold, and the hot tub was too dirty to even get in. We were in the room for less than 4 hours (just long enough for take out dinner and a shower after a quick dip in the pool) before leaving at 11pm to drive home.

Bed was to hard. I liked the two comfortable chairs by the beautiful fireplace to bad they weren’t in the rooms so that we could comfortably watch tv and or read. The pool was too cold. The hot tub was just right. The staff were very nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn in North Conway. The property was walking distance to the outlet stores and only a two minute drive to the main part of town with all of the shops and restaurants. The hotel room was big and nicely laid out with the kitchenette, living room, dining table and bedroom/bathroom. We also enjoyed the courtyard with the fire pit and appreciated the beautiful stone fireplace in the lobby area. The staff was very helpful and we loved that they supplied the guests with cookies each afternoon and all the makings for s’mores each evening. We will definitely stay there again.

Cute hotel. Hot tub works and pool was nice. Pool room is nice and warm so you’re not cold during winter months. Free breakfast and free smore packs to cook over the fire. Love this place!

My family and I had a good stay. I am housekeeping manager at Omni hotel and I try not complain and take care of issues on my own but Our only issue that we ran into upon our arrival was the cleanliness of our room. The bathroom floor was not swept or mopped a lot of hair on the floor, the toilet was dirty, looked like it was missed. Lastly, the sheets were not changed, hairs on the bed. Spoke with a women at the front desk (did not catch her name) she was very nice and offered us to change rooms but I preferred our current room compared to the new room. Sean, I believe the house person or maintenance man walked up with us to see the cleanliness issues and took care of everything. My family and I went to grab food by the time we got back to our room, everything was taken care of. thanks to Sean. Thank you! Breakfast was good, We enjoyed the coffee and cookies in the evening and sitting by the fire pit

Both trash cans in the room were full of trash from the previous guest. The furnace was so noisey that it kept us up most of the night. I finally had to flip the breaker to shut the system down but that meant no heat. Fortunately, that was easier to deal with because they had warm comfy blankets on the bed. Also, there was a $40 fee added to the room but no explanation about that charge.

My room was not cleaned on check in. The bed and bath linens were clean but there was trash in the kitchen and trash elsewhere in the room. There were medications left in the bathroom cabinet. The housekeeper cleaned the room but again not thoroughly - there was hair in the bathroom sink and on the vanity (not belonging to anyone in my party). The manager said she couldn’t offer me any refunds because the booking was done through a 3rd party instead of directly with the hotel. Not likely to come back.

There was still dishes in the dishwasher.I wouldnt have known but I needed a spoon and none in the door and they were not cleaned I didnt turn it on I was discusted cause marriot is a great hotel told front desk they did nothing.had staff up in my room to turn heat on and it sounds loud all night kept me awake

Staff was really friendly and accommodating, but the room itself was pretty sad. Broken couch (cushions sagging to the middle), toilet that barely flushed, and a bedroom that smelled like urine. Didn’t figure out the bedroom until or last day, so I didn’t dare check where it came from. Just felt overall dirty. Breakfast was decent, but no rotation of items. Wouldn’t stay again.

This was an excellent stop on our journey. The hotel was very nice and well maintained. Our room was really clean, and spacious. The offered s’mores by the fire pit which my kids loved. Staff was also really friendly. Truly one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in.

Mostly a great room, the couch in the room was terrible, it was a pull out couch for an extra bed. It was very uncomfortable to sit on, too low to the floor, sagged to the middle and was just not usable as a couch. The rest of the room was very comfortable, other than the couch I recommend it very highly

This hotel is conveniently located, is quiet and shady, clean and comfortable. The only thing I did'nt like was the HVAC in my room (305) was very noisy.

It was all ok. Was able to get into room a tad before 4 but the refrigerators constant running kept me up all night. I literally timed it. It ran for over 2.5 hours before stopping then after 20 mins it started again. So not to happy with that.

Good location, staff are super friendly, nice to have your own cooking amenities. The only negative thing I have to say is that we stayed for 4 nights and they do not do any form of housekeeping, I don’t care about the bed not being made, but it would have been nice for them to come and grab the garbage and top up the bathroom essentials, the lack of service is not reflected in the price.

We had a lovely vacation at the Residence Inn! We go to North Conway every summer, and this was our first time staying here. It won't be the last! The hotel is well staffed, and they are all so friendly and helpful. There was an older gentleman giving out stickers to the kiddos at brunch and walking around to make sure everyone had what they needed. So sweet. And a different gentleman who was checking on the pool and taking care of maintenance throughout our stay - we saw him buzzing about everywhere we went. He stopped to talk to my kiddos and compliment my 5 year old's swimming. The new trend with hotels seems to be understaffing and cutting corners in every way possible, and we were pleased to see a bustling property. Things were being cared for-- the facilities- and the guests! The landscaping is lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was great. The extra touches-- like the firepit and the smores-- really made the stay welcoming. The desk staff were pleasant and friendly and helpful. We had an issue with my son's convertible car seat, and decided mid-trip to upgrade him to a tall back booster (since he's almost 6!) but we had no room in our car with all of our luggage to fit the old car seat. The receptionist offered to take and dispose of the car seat. A lifesaver! Plus it's next to Luchador Tacos, which was a gem. Definitely recommend a stay here! :)

April at the front desk you can tell is a hard worker and customer service focused. She was multitasking and there was a long line of people and items she was trying to complete. Please make sure to appreciate her! She did a phenomenal job. Hotel and room was clean and the cookies/fresh lemonade was refreshing and delicious.

We had an excellent experience. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. We were greeted with cookies and hot cider. There was a movie night with popcorn for the kids. The pool and the room were extremely clean. Breakfast was great. It was also amazing to have a room for a family of 5 with a king bed, queen bed and single pull out. Also a full kitchen and full size fridge. This is truely a unique property that goes above and beyond. The property was at full capacity and you would have never known it because of the staff and how well they ran everything

We like staying here because they have a full kitchen in the room and we can cook our own food! We also enjoy the hot tub but this time there were a lot of children in the hot tub and the parents allowed it, that’s not very relaxing for us having children splashing around in the hot tub! We also usually enjoy they’re breakfast but this time we found a hair in the sausages and a hair in the eggs, cooks should be wearing hair nets, doesn’t make us want to eat there anymore! Overall the rooms are enjoyable and guest service was good!
