I needed an ambulance. I called the front desk. Woman said she would call 911. Thirty minutes later no ambulance. I called the front desk again. This time I was told to call 911 myself. I did and I asked if they had received a call from the hotel. 911 operator said they had no record of a call from that location. This hotel is careless with the safety of their customers. 2 elevators and only 1 was operating. Then that elevator quit working

Parking was unsafe. Parking lot was being repaved and majority of it was unavailable. I was told I would need to park quite a distance away and walk. I was not informed of this situation prior to my arrival. Also, checkin was backed up and disorganized as rooms were not available at checkin time of 3pm. I did not checkin and told them to cancel lthe room. I intend to contact Expedia to get my money back. I had to go elsewhere for a safe place to stay.

There was no mention at booking that the pool and hot tub were not working. Sign at the desk said they were opening on the 28th, yet they were closed until furthur notice. I would not have stayed at this hotel if there was any mention of the pool being closed. Also had nothing in the small area, saying they hadn't been stocked up for a long time.

We enjoyed our stay. We are a family of 5. All children 8 and under. The breakfast was fully stocked both mornings. We had the pool and hot tub all to ourselves. The hot tub jets are strong (beware). Any staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. The only downside to our stay is that some of the parking spaces are not very wide. We parked our van within the lines and another car hit our van hard enough that they put a dent/ding in the passenger door. They were within their lines but still too close because the space is too small. Be careful in the parking lot. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

My grandsons loved the indoor pool, I loved the hot tub. The room was really clean and comfy. It felt safe and it was quiet. Close to food and shopping. Only negative was the scratchy towels.

Although the rooms were larger than a normal hotel of this nature, the beds were uncomfortable. As well, the workout (fitness room) did not have mats to put on the floor. It was convenient to what we needed to do, and get to, in the area; but, all-in-all, an average property.

Besides the overnight counter help sleeping in the lounge area, no complaints. Room did not get cleaned and fresh towels while staying there. We had to get towels from the hall cleaning carts

Their policy for housekeeping is every other day. I was there for four days & housekeeping never entered my room. The trash cans were full, dirty towels in the bathroom & bed never made. I requested housekeeping 3 times at the front desk I was told they had already left for the day. I was able to pick up clean towels on the 2nd night. On the On the third evening, the gentleman at the front desk went to my room & emptied the trash & left clean towels. I have tried calling the front office manager twice. I left a message the first time & never received a return phone call. Second time her voicemail was full & I was told to call back again.

I’ve noticed this problem with Hampton lately. They say housekeeping is every other day, but that day never arrives. After three days I asked if I could get housekeeping and of course they said yes, but when I get back that day…no service. Four days at $160+ a day and they could never bother to empty a trash can or exchange a towel.

This was a good stay not a great stay. The balcony rooms are awesome, wonderful to be able to get fresh air in the room. Down side, the pillows are the worst, if staying more than 1 night bring your own; our room wasn't super clean, my dogs found food under the couch and finger prints all over the windows and the young women at the front desk in the mornings seems just so bothered by having to do her job. Decent hotel just needs some tweaks.

There was no tv remote, it took several attempts to find a working unit. Ultimately there was a problem with the TV. There was only one staff person around as it was after 5pm. Not acceptable for a hotel!

Desk agent Stephanie went miles beyond expectations to help us with arrangements for a wedding. She provided a room to store bunches of flowers and to cool the room to preserve them. She was an amazing help throughout our stay and deserves a great recognition.

This was a good stay not a great stay. The balcony rooms are awesome, wonderful to be able to get fresh air in the room. I liked the quietness, the location, and that I felt safe. In-house breakfast choices were plentiful and yummy! The restaurant next door made my evening meal easy too! The back door of the main lobby area was not functional for entering, which would have been better for parking. It did not pose a safety issue, because it still could be used for exiting.

I stayed here because the wedding hotel everyone booked was full. This one was a bit cheaper and literally across the street from wedding venue. There’s one restaurant within walking distance. I ate here for breakfast one morning. When I came downstairs at 8 am, they were ALREADY out of coffee and it took 20 minutes to get some. WHY have coffee ONLY in the lobby and not also in the buffet line?! So inconvenient. Poor design and huge service Error. After crappy breakfast and bad coffee, which there was a line for because people were desperate and it quickly emptied AGAIN, I met friends at other hotel where the breakfast buffet was much better. So the next morning I walked next door for breakfast for good coffee and plenty of food on buffet. Room was fine and clean. Location works if you’re going to a wedding. Plenty of parking and area seems safe.

My only complaint is the breakfast - coffee was empty when I arrived, I alerted kitchen staff, and they said the machine was slow and needed repair. About 5 minutes later I again reminded them, and they had a full pot ready but had not put it out. When they put it out, there was already a line. 5 Minutes later it was empty again and I had to ask again for more coffee. Fix the machine, please.
