Hilton Garden Inn Bethesda Downtown

We were very disappointed in this property. The room carpet needed cleaning, the towels and coffee bar were not changed/resupplied even though we asked, the toilet didn’t work properly, often only one elevator was operating even though the hotel was hosting several tours, morning coffee was minimal, and room was not ready when we arrived.

The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. Easy to get around the area as well.

Didn't eat breakfast and saved $40 parking at public lot across the street. Nice hotel. Good location. will visit again.

Reservation was for two queens — they only had King available. No one contacted us prior even though they indicated it was a known room issue. Very frustrating. Nothing was done to rectify the problem.

Elevators were not working , tub floor was stained
