The room was clean, BUT, there was so much moisture in the air that the bedding felt damp. The pool and the laundry facilities were out of order. Breakfast is served from 6:30-9:30. I went at 8:30 and found that they had run out of several items and not restocked. No pancakes, no muffins, no creamer, no chocolate milk, no omelettes, no sausage. Very disappointing stay.

It was fine. Nothing overly remarkable, but no unpleasant surprises. It was clean, modern. My only complaint is the pool. It was indoors and entirely too hot to use as was the water itself. We stayed 5 minutes and had to leave. The breakfast was very good, decent selection, hot (if that's what you wanted) and plenty of options. I would definitely stay again.

This room was booked for FSU parent’s weekend… it was almost an hour away from FSU but the rooms in Tallahassee were so crazy expensive we had to go farther away to make it affordable. We paid almost $500 for 2 nights. Our room was not even close to being acceptable. It smelled like musty, moldy grossness. The carpet was damp and the humidity in the room was unbearable. The sink did not drain properly and there was black mold in the grout of the shower. I spoke to the staff…they were wonderful and came to look at the sink immediately. We ended up having to remove the stopper so that the water would drain out of the sink. We spent two sleepless nights in a damp, musty room. I hope that they deep clean this room before putting any more guests in it.

Toilet ran constantly. Had to turn off water to sleep. Reported to front desk nothing done. Heat/air unit would not stop running. Finally unplugged . Reported to front desk. Nothing done. I think the building is fairly new. I see bad management.

I enjoyed swimming in the pool and sitting outside on the bench in the front of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and I got good sleep. The lady at the front desk was very nice and I enjoyed talking with her. Couple of things I did not like the water pressure in the shower was not very strong and the little fan kept coming on because of the motion sensor that was aggravating.

Our stay was great. We were in town for a family funeral. All staff was very courteous. Andrew at check-in made that process simple. The women handling breakfast did a good job of keeping everything stocked. Housekeeping kept our towels replenished.

I arrived a little after 2:10 PM, tired from the road. Unfortunately, my travel was due to losing a church and family member. The clerk said she was sorry for my loss, but I would have to come back after 3 PM, as there were no clean rooms. It was okay that I could not check-in, but the hotel was not full. There were only seven cars in the entire parking lot.

I was checked in with an assistant who was fast, efficient, and so very helpful! He even called to set up a taxi for me for the next morning since they do not shuttle to international. Went above and beyond to explain parking and shuttle process to me! Highly recommend

Good location, not too far from Doak Campbell Stadium for the FSU-Memphis game. Great mexican restaurant and a liquor store within walking distance. Walmart short drive. Go Tigers !
