Our family loved Turquoise Place and this condo. It was clean. The beds were so comfy with soft sheets. It’s a very spacious condo with all the beach gear & kitchen gadgets you’d need! We loved the grill & hot tub on the balcony. We used the lazy river daily, also the tiki bar and restaurant by the pool…! Beach was gorgeous. Blake was responsive for any needs we had. What more could you ask for? We’ll be back!!

Very nice property. It was well furnished and we enjoyed the stay. We would rent this again, though cleaning and owner fees were exorbitant. Unfortunately the wet bar icemaker also never worked. We were very disappointed to have an elevator out if service for the entire 4 day weekend. That should have been a priority for Turquoise and management.

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed what the Turquoise had to offer. We loved the hot tub on the balcony and everything about the room was wonderful. All of the staff were helpful and courteous, parking was easy, security was perfect. I did not eat at any of the public spaces. The pools and gym were great as well. I only had one issue, the main shower head in the master suite was a little leaky and allowed for some water to shoot over the glass onto the floor. That could be a trip and fall hazard to some. I thought maybe some teflon tape for the threads may help stop the leak.

Excellent view and location. The resort has a lot of things to engage the kids. This was helpful since one of ours got stung by a jellyfish... The pools, slide, and lazy river gave the kids an entertaining break from the beach.

Great location and complex. Little disappointing as hot tub wasn’t usable for the entire vacation. Also the jacuzzi in the master wasn’t functioning. Indoor pool and facilities were great. Unit is definitely for rentals as TVs are very old and mattresses weren’t comfortable. Overall, good price and great trip!

The property and condo were beautiful. Clean and very well stocked with kitchen items, pool and beach supplies. Only complaint was not enough time! We needed several more days to relax. Pool had a chiller and stayed cool which was nice. Slide was fun! We even used the gym.

This property is AWESOME. Our teen daughters and nieces (as well as us parents) had an amazing time even in colder weather. The amenities were great- great gym, hot tubs, indoor & outdoor pools, laundry, etc. Grocery delivery was easy and plenty of restaurants, entertainment and shops are nearby. Staff was so nice and helpful. Our condo was fabulous- spacious, comfortable, private, & well equipped with a beautiful view. We will definitely be back!

I do not go on vacation to be interrupted everyday by aquatics to service a hot tub that didn’t work properly the entire week. Then one day they drained it so it took even more time to heat up but never above 80 degrees. Kitchen faucet needs replacing and I had to screw the bedroom door knob back on myself with a butter knife. These units used to be great. The last few times have been a let down.

This condo is very nice! Comfy beds, great furnishings and the balcony was our favorite! We did have an issue with the dryer that was promptly tended to with a temporary fix to get us through the week! We found several dirty dishes in the cabinets and the condo needs a good deep cleaning. However, We would definitely stay here again!!! Turquoise place is a great complex and this condo was perfect.

This was our 4th stay at Turquoise place, we generally stay through spectrum resort, but did something different this year. There was definitely a lack of cleanliness, we had a 10 month old who crawls around and the living room rug was filthy and covered in dirt/crumbs, the couch was full of crumbs, there were legos and pistachio nut shells under the living room chairs…my husband had to vacuum before we could let the baby down. One guest bathroom had something red splattered all over the wall and door that my parents ended up cleaning and under the bunk steps, which are open and you can see to the carpet from there were chips all over the floor. When you are paying this amount of money things like this are rather disappointing. We love the turquoise place, the amenities are amazing, but if we return we will book through spectrum.

Upon arriving we thought the condo had a stale odor. We thought maybe it was closed up for a while without ventilation. The next day, we thought it was the front loading washing machine. Upon further inspection and a call to maintenance, it appeared that perhaps this condo had water damage. They came and took pictures, but didn’t address the situation. We were with a group of friends who all had their own condos and ours was by far the worst. Living room furniture was worn and dirty, patio furniture was worn and rusty, master bedroom carpet was disgusting with stains. There were lightbulbs out in the half bath, and queen front bedroom. We couldn’t get the lights to turn on all week. Another call to maintenance would’ve helped, but I don’t feel comfortable with maintenance people in and out. In addition, being right on the beach brings in a lot of sand. There wasn’t a broom to do a quick sweep of the floors, only a loud vacuum. Keep looking… Our friends had beautiful condos at Turquoise Place, clean, nicely decorated with updated flooring etc… Turquoise place itself is undergoing a lot of upgrades as well. Building c pool was drained, building d pool under tile construction, no balcony hot tubs (which we were compensated for,) gym equipment removed, all during our stay.

We love Turquoise Place as a whole. The property is wonderful and when we have stayed in the past we booked through them directly. The room itself is spacious but when we walked in the ice maker at the bar had an alarm going off and had mold in it I had to turn it off and we didn't need it but it was disgusting. The tv remotes in the 3 smaller bedrooms did not work which again wasn't a huge deal. The hot tub on the balcony was disappointing as the guy came to check it within minutes of us being in the room and it wasn't plugged in and was only half full. He said it needed to be drained and cleaned and refilled. He then said he would notify the team that does that yet no one ever came to fix it and it was in the same condition when we left. With 55-60 degree temps and wind it would have been nice to have. I'm hoping it was just oversights in this unit but it mar me reluctant to stay there again.

This unit is the best of the best! The entire condo was spotless! Fresh bed liens on all the beds! No complaints at all. Customer service was excellent! Be sure to book with host Alabama getaway vacation. I highly recommended them. I did a YouTube video of this unit. Search this unit #C2509 & Turquoise Place and it should come up.

Awesome condo and experience. 4 items that were problems:1) hot tub would not heat to correct temp2) TVs were old and outdated. We wanted to use an Apple TV while we were there and play some Nintendo trivia games but the TVs were so outdated they would not run properly. 3). The TV for the first bedroom was found in the 2nd bedroom closet. Not sure what the issue was. 4) the chair next to the sliding door in the living room was broken. These things did not distract from a restful vacation in a fantastic condo.

The condo was perfect! Large bedrooms with private baths and the bonus room was perfect for our kids. Enjoyed the balcony each morning and night...just so sad to leave the great condo! So much to do at Turquoise Place....just perfect for families with young kids.

Exceptional room with awesome views. Room was very clean and spacious. Everyone enjoyed the resort and there were plenty of amenities for everyone in our family. Will definitely recommend staying here and we will return for another beach trip.

This property was clean and lovely - 3 king beds were great, and we also had a 4th bedroom that was unused that had 2 queen beds. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out, nobody having to share bathrooms. (At least in our party.) The only thing I would add would be more seating in the living room - a large sectional and two chairs are a lot, but it would have been nice to actually use more of the abundant space as a living area. We would definitely stay here again! Oh - one negative - communication between the property management and Alabama getaways could be improved - we didn't get to use the hot tub at all after being told we would. They came one day and shocked it and had to wait until the next day, but by that time, the people in our party who wanted to use it didn't have the time.

Great location and floor plan, BUT this property needs updating. Bed mattresses, couches and chairs are worn out. Kitchen pots and pans need to be replaced. Balcony door does not seal, causing loud annoying whistle when the wind blows. We did not use the hot tub enough to justify the inconvenience of the aquatics staff letting themselves in the condo (especially when you are taking a nap).

Asked for a little earlier check in weeks ahead of arrival . was told could not guarantee but would try made several .calls told would try no guarantee. did not happen in addition we did not get a message untilll 4:15 pm. got to room hot tub was marked closed do not use. next day non english speaking came to room to clean and make hot tub work , well it never worked could not get temp over 86 degrees. so in summary no hot tub ,which was on our list to enjoy. Called office several times and there was no one to answer phone . The location not worth the price. customer service is not high on the agenda . Would like a slight refund for services not provided.

1st day upon arrival master toilet blocked. Day 2 dryer won't start. Day 4 hood vent and light won't shut off. Aquatic staff coming in when family in shower. They come in every day. This shouldn't happen!

All of the staff were helpful and courteous, parking was easy, security was perfect. I did not eat at any of the public spaces. The pools and gym were great as well. I only had one issue, the main shower head in the master suite was a little leaky and allowed for some water to shoot over the glass onto the floor. That could be a trip and fall hazard to some. I thought maybe some teflon tape for the threads may help stop the leak.

Just what I expect from a condo at turquoise place - it was clean, beds were comfy, extra blankets in every closet! If I’m going to get really picky, there was only one baking sheet in the kitchen, but it certainly didn’t ruin my stay, and the kitchen was well stocked otherwise. Communication with the property management staff was super great and easy and they let us add additional night AND check in early. One issue with a toilet that wouldn’t flush, I text them about it and it was fixed within an hour. Great vacation for me and 5 kids!

Turquoise Place is beautiful but this unit is managed by Liquid Life very poorly. The icemaker was broken when we arrived and was never fixed. After 4 days, they promised to bring ice, this happened twice in 7 days. They confirmed a sleeper sofa was in the unit but there was none. Pictures also don’t match furniture. Property management company was not easy to contact and did not take care of issues. They offered a refund of $50/day but reduced that offer after we checked out. Overall great location and unit but should be managed properly.

We absolutely loved this condo! It had everything we needed and more. The owners thought of everything from hand soap in the bathrooms to boogie boards and a rolling cooler for the beach! All of the extra amenities like a huge waterslide and lazy river were awesome! The location is great as well. Blake responded quickly to any questions we had. Our stay was great! The condo was nice, clean, and well decorated. The resort is outstanding. Tons of staff, always friendly and keeping things cleaned up and organized. Our kids love the lazy river which is heated so it’s comfortable any time of the day. Can’t beat the location.

Excellent view and location. The resort has a lot of things to engage the kids. This was helpful since one of ours got stung by a jellyfish... The pools, slide, and lazy river gave the kids an entertaining break from the beach.

Great location and complex. Little disappointing as hot tub wasn’t usable for the entire vacation. Also the jacuzzi in the master wasn’t functioning. Indoor pool and facilities were great. Unit is definitely for rentals as TVs are very old and mattresses weren’t comfortable. Overall, good price and great trip!

Our family loved Turquoise Place and this condo. It was clean. The beds were so comfy with soft sheets. It’s a very spacious condo with all the beach gear & kitchen gadgets you’d need! We loved the grill & hot tub on the balcony. We used the lazy river daily, also the tiki bar and restaurant by the pool…! Beach was gorgeous. Blake was responsive for any needs we had. What more could you ask for? We’ll be back!!

This condo was so perfect for our family. Easy parking, check in, and access to the beach. We enjoyed the indoor pool, outdoor pool, the lazy River and the beach. The bed in the master was very comfortable. We enjoyed eating lunch on the balcony. The cafe was great as well. The Turquoise has been the best place that we have stayed in !!

My family and I stayed 3 nights to celebrate Mother’s Day! We had an absolute blast! Everything from the unit was as described with the most spectacular views! The beds were super comfortable! We loved the convenience of having a grill in the balcony since we love to cook out. We also enjoyed the hot tub. The indoor/ outdoor pools, lady river, splash pad, and slide kept the children entertained without having to leave the resort. Everyone was so helpful and friendly if we had any questions. Great property. Enjoyed the condo. Facing west but in the east tower was great for time on the amazing balcony. Furnishings could use some updating but overall it was great for 6 adults and 2 kids.

Chuck, the air conditioning repair man is our hero for the week. He was quick to come out when called, honest about what had happened with the electrical issues and showed us how to reset the unit when power came back on which was simple to do. The BEST thing is he called me to make sure we were able to do it or see if we needed him! What wonderful follow up! The unit was okay, the children enjoyed All of the pools and we had a wonderful week.

This unit need attention - duck tape holding tile on tub; trip hazard in living room because of loose and raised tile covered by a rug; one of the drawers in kitchen are hard to open and close.
