Start with the good, room was clean and beds were comfortable. Service was good and people was polite. Now the bad was supposed to be 2 queen beds and they were both fulls no pool that we could find didnt ask because was not there for the pool. Was told they had a hot breakfast, it was a pancake machine and some cereal. No coffee and the coffee in the Fourier was out of order. There was no orange juice had to ask for plates and plasticwear. No elevator.

The faucet in the tub would not completely shut off. The side doors were not locked as the nearby signs indicated and this caused some concern about security. The staff seemed to be inexperienced.

My stay was very pleasant, the room was nice and clean and there were no loud noises throughout my stay. There was continental breakfast but they only had muffins, cereal, orange juice, Apple juice, milk and coffee. I did not see an elevator and it’s two levels just an fyi for anyone who may struggle with stairs. Overall I would definitely stay again.

I stayed three nights in the hotel. Overall the stay was okay. The hotel has a dated look. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke; though my room did not have a cigarette smell. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel - I opted to eat at local restaurants. However, the coffee machine near the reception desk was out of service during my stay. The staff was friendly; checking in / out was quick.

They really need to CLEAN the rooms. Lamp shades busted and very dirty. Mirrors you could not use them as they don't use a window cleaner, they were all smudged and cloudy. Cob webs underneath the microwave sitting on top of the refrigerator. Towels stained, shower curtain had mold on the bottom and tub facet. Never came in to change bedding or replace fresh towels. We had to go and ask for towels and toilet paper. Front desk was super nice.

Check in was the only thing good with our stay. Arrived around 8pm was greeted by the front desk quickly and she was very friendly and quick. The hallway to our room had a bad oder and could use a vacuuming. The only thing that was clean in the room was the bed had clean sheets and the bathroom. Nothing was dusted, mirrors and TV was smeary and the floor had so much dust and dirt on it,it was obvious it hadn't been sweeped or mopped in some time. I do housekeeping at a hotel and could tell the room only had maybe 10 minutes of cleaning done to it. I was thankful the bed had clean sheets and the restroom was clean.

Cockroaches coming out from behind the wall mirror. I tried to kill it. It ran back behind the wall mirror. So maybe the next guy in there will get it? People at the front desk are pretty rude. Not friendly at all. Do better!

Price was ok, but the smell in the room was unbearable. Smelled like four people had stayed in it previously who hadn't taken a bath in over a year. The body odor was sickening. Advised the front desk and all they gave was a can of spray. That spray did absolutely nothing. The stench was overwhelming the spray! Whoever clean this room had to have smelled the body stents in the room! Tried to open the window but there was no screen on the window! Who cleans these rooms?!?!? Be prepared to have a smelly experience if you book here!!!!!

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. The area was sold out so there was no other option. Carpet dirty! Restroom floors dirty! Shower dirty! Walls dirty! Streaks on all the glass, tv, mirror etc. Pee on the toilet from previous user! Sink was either stained or dirty! Stayed on second floor, was told there was a fine if we smoked in our room (we are none smokers). First floor was a smoking floor. Our room smelled horrendous. Holes in our sheets! Not one good thing to say about this place. Sleeping in our car would have been a better option!!!!! The reviews posted that we read about this hotel had to be lies. Had to be padded by owners! No way someone wrote great reviews!!!!!

We stayed the night for a concert at a nearby venue. King Room. Clean. Typical Super 8 maybe better. Only complaint is that our heater/ac unit either blew "Volcano Mode," cold or off. No happy medium and was a little loud. Same as most of hvac units in these level hotels. Did ruin our stay, just a little bother.

Cheapest hotel we could find while staying in Cincinnati. The front desk lady was very nice at 11:30pm. The bed was very comfortable and it was clean. I loved the no carpet room! Makes it feel cleaner. I would stay here again

When we got there the drapes were hanging half way off the rail where you can see in room! Both lamps next to the king bed didn’t work! When I took a shower the bathtub was half full of water and wasn’t draining properly! Breakfast area could use more variety !

It started out so nice with a room change to a “quiet” place. Then the adjoined neighbors had a fight for a out an hour. I called the front desk and they did take care of it within about 30 minutes. We just started dozing off and the heater kicked on. When I say kicked, that was accurate. A leprechaun must live in it because he consistently kicked for about 2 hours. Super 8’s are always a crapshoot.

I was a little nervous about the super 8 from some of fhe reviews I had read and because the rate was so good. But we had a very comfortable, clean room where we stayed for two days and it was perfect! The staff was kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Worst stay I have ever had at any hotel or motel. For starters nobody is ever at the front desk to great u. U have to call the hotel number more than once to get someone. I stayed for 3 nights… and NOT ONE PERSON from house keeping came to clean my room. I had to call several times to get someone to bring clean towels. One of the times I call the front desk told me to meet her at the stairs. One of my nights there the front desk lady clearly had been drinking. This is not an up to date motel. They don’t even have an elevator. I also had to go to front desk 3 times to get my key card reactivated because it would randomly stop working. The amount of money I paid for this hotel is NOT worth it at all. These rooms should be 40/50 dollars a night if that! Will never stay here again!

Understanding that their checkout time is 11:00 and voicing the fact that I worked overnights beforehand I still had somebody barge into my room at about 9:00 every morning. Do not disturb means nothing here I also voice my concerns more than once throughout the stay and they were ignored each time. That was extremely rude and inconsiderate throughout my stay.

Understanding that their own policy means check out time is 11:00 a.m.... staff continue to rudely enter the room around 9:00 a.m. throughout our stay. Even after mentioning our concerns it continued. Also each interaction for a basic assistance such as forks or a new key card was greeted with attitude from the staff members.

I rated it five stars as a Two star hotel. When we go on vacation we stay in cheap hotels because we spent the day visiting others places, so we use the hotel just for sleeping. Said it this, a recommend this hotel and a give five star. Location, location, location. Quiet, acceptable and good price.

The Check-in person was wonderful. But, Morning breakfast was terrible. Hot food was gone by 7:15 am and when i checked an hour later still no hot food.
