We had a king room with a jetted tub. It was wonderful! The fireplace, shower and jetted tub were great! Staff was so friendly! My daughter and I had fun together in the arcade. Really nice place for dogs. The fire pits outside were really nice to sit at and watch the rain. Pool is NOT heated and was freezing. It really needs to be heated. It was not enjoyable at all. Crystal, a waitress in the restaurant was terrible! She sat us outside, brought our water and menu’s, then NEVER returned. After 30 mins, we left and went to the Hilton next door to eat.

The check-in staff was excellent and responsive. We had TV trouble and she went out of her way to find a solution. The property had a couple of wear & tear issues in the entry areas. And the property’s hallways have a set of steps halfway down the hall, with no ramp or way to use the luggage carts the 2nd half of the hall. We are slightly handicapped and had to call for help; they helped immediately, but had no plan to avoid the problem.

The pool and hot tub need serious cleaning and repair. The floors creek and you can hear everything. However the spa is amazing, the staff is excellent and the location is heaven.

Great place to stay at Brian Head, nice rooms (fireplace and kitchen). However they require to confirm each day the cleaning of the room for the next day... why if this is a full service hotel ? also swimming pool very cold, and lack of towels most of the times. Outside jacuzzi very nice though. Overall good value for the money.

It was clean, quiet, and overall a really good place to stay! The only reason it is 4 stars is the hot tub wasn’t working (this wasn’t communicated until we got to the pool area) and there isn’t a pool/ping pong room as advertised. Also, the hotel is a bit of a maze because some of the rooms on 2 of the floors are not connected to the other ones, so if you start on the wrong side you have to go back down to the lobby and take a different set of stairs or elevator to get there

The lodge was nice. We arrived early, but our room wasn't ready, so we ventured out. We came back at 4:00, which was check-in time and were able to go to our room. The room was okay. The cleanliness was questionable. I did have to pick up hair off the floor in the bathroom. They need to vacuum after they clean to make sure they got all of the debris. The place where the carpet meets the tile was raveling and I could feel the carpet tacks underneath. There was hair between the box spring and mattress that I could see beneath the headboard. Those are the type of things you notice when you spend 6 days in a room in a town with very little infrastructure. We skied and then spent a lot of time in the room. The hotel staff was friendly enough. The restaurant was just okay. Overall our stay was good and I would probably recommend the property, but some small changes would go a long way to make it above average.

Our second stay here and we were looking forward to it. Quite disappointed this time as the best had hairs all over. Very dark hairs under the covers. As we liked the hotel we asked for some clean bedding and had to make the bed ourself. I think considering we had to make our own bed I would want some sort of compensation but other then that the building is lovely.

The hotel is very old and not updated. The room is not cleaned well especially the bathroom. There’s dark stains stuck around the drain of the sink and the bathtub as well. There were two different ladies during our check in and check out. The one doing our check in is much nicer than the other who has done our check out. We stayed for only one night and we probably would not choose it again. I think the hotel is overpriced considering the outdated condition and overall quality of service.

Food options okay but no other choice. Room was AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE!!! Great shower and water pressure!!! Wish we could've taken advantage of the waterfall pool and hot tub, and for me the gym. The paper thin walls and unsecured doors allowed sound to propagate without much filtering. We could see light under the door to the gust suite adjacent us. And we could hear people speaking, as if they were near us when we were outside in the snow and they were speaking in their rooms. We slept a total of 3 hours because of other guests running around, babies crying through the night, and guests TVs blaring. Noise ordinances must be enforced when the facilities are so poorly insulated. And, the bathroom was dirty with hairs in the shower and on the tile floor. Carpet stains were visible as well. Lastly, the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable. We will not choose to stay here again. This was a significantly disappointing wedding anniversary for my husband and I.

Hotel was nice. We stayed here last year and had no issues. But this time, the people in the room above us must have been trying to get their 10,000 steps in before bed. They walked back-and-forth constantly, and the floor was creaking above us with every step. And our bed was very hard. Not very comfortable at all.

Lovely room! The sheets were a bit scratchy and the pillows were a bit lumpy, but it was still very cozy. The chairs in front of the fireplace were super comfy. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint there is they called us at 10:58 to make sure we would be out by 11, which I felt a bit unnecessary. They could have waited until after 11 - we left at 11 on the dot.

This hotel has the most unprofessional staff and management I have ever experienced. They are rude and completely unresponsive. If you have an issue with your stay good luck getting a hold of someone cause no one is ever there and when they are there they will do anything to avoid you. I am talking about you Emily and Brianna. I am still waiting on a phone call and refund from either of you. Don't even get me started on the amenities, it is complete false advertisement because they either are non existent or don’t work. No working sauna, no working fireplaces, and no fitness center are only a few examples of this. There is also a broken glass window at the end of the hallway on the floor that I stayed on, which is EXTREMELY concerning, especially considering the fact that management is aware of it and unwilling to do anything about it. It is such a shame because I wanted to give Brians Head Lodge the benefit of the doubt but it really was a terrible establishment and completely run down. I didn’t want to have to take things to this level but they left me no choice. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else but here.

I was looking forward to staying at the lodge but I wasn’t impressed. Only stayed one night. Bed and pillows were lumpy, no hand soap in the bathrooms, floor needed vacuuming, there was sticky something on the tv stand. I needed an extra blanket at night but there wasn’t one in the closet and I couldn’t ring the front desk since they closed between midnight and 6 am. I’m hoping this was a fluke and that normally they don’t have these issues, but I don’t know if I’ll be choosing to stay there again.

We loved this place except for the service. Sharp at 11 am, as we were already leaving and literally out the door, the phone rings to remind us that it’s check-out time. Come on, can’t you give a five minute grace period? Also, front desk staff could be more relaxed and smile, to look more welcoming. The restaurant and bar staff was great though.

We booked our room through Expedia and paid fully before we go to the hotel. When we go to the front desk to check in, the staff was on duty charged us additional $50.69 as resort fee even though we showed our Expedia payment. We have already paid the resort fee which was included in the Expedia payment. The staff didn’t give us a receipt for the payment too. Also asked us to email to Expedia for a refund.

The staff here was AMAZING! Front desk staff were always polite and helpfull, Bob was super friendly and offered us a wonderful local hike. Even the cleaning and maintenance staff we ran into were all friendly asking how we were and offering a smile. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and very quiet.

The location, while off the beaten path was well worth the drive up. We were given complimentary tickets to ride the Lift up, that was unexpected. So worth it. We were here in the off season so it was quieter and it was a nice to get out of the heat. The room was cozy, some signs of ware but it didnt spoil our experience.

We were unable to eat, the food was terrible. Two breakfasts absolutely no good. Biscuits and gravy, biscuits frozen gravy cold and phony sausage. Denver omelet, discusting grease and home fry's burt and crunchy. When i complained the second day we were asked to leave. So sad!

no front desk service from midnight to 7 am Air conditioner wasn't working and without front desk we didn't get help until 8:15 am, by then we were hot, tired,exhausted which made us irritable and the rest of the time in Brian Head miserable. I hope to never go back again. Parowan is a better place to stay than Brian Head. - restaurant in lodge doesn't offer food from 11am to 5 pm- smaller towns have more options than this.

If you are driving through or staying a couple night we highly recommend Brian Head Lodge. We received a warm welcome at check in plus complimentary cookies, room was clean, great weather, ate dinner in the lodge restaurant. The fish and chips was made with Haddock and it was delicious! Service in the restaurant was friendly and attentive by Marissa. The kids had a great time in the pool and the Jacuzzi was the perfect temp. The only down side was the floor we were placed on had stairs and the front desk attendant didn’t not warn us so we loaded up a cart and then got half way down the hall and realized we needed to unload everything in the middle of the hallway to get out our room. We wouldn’t have had a problem but some notice would have been nice to plan for. The beds were hard and felt small. Sheets were clean and bathroom was nice. Sink drain was black but looks like to has been oxidized from cleaning.

Confusing restrictions in the dining room & bar. You can only have a cocktail in the bar area with no view. You can have a cocktail in the dining room proper only if you order food & only one. You cannot sit on the gorgeous outdoor balcony in the fresh air and enjoy a drink. But you can be served a meal. There needs to be an instruction manual for hotel behavior. Employee said- welcome to Utah & their rules. 🤔 not 100% buying it’s all Utah’s restrictions because I’ve stayed at other properties in this area & never experienced this.

Had a wonderful stay. The family style room was very nice and spacious. My complaint is about the restaurant. We were planning on having a nice breakfast the morning of our departure. We were told that the kitchen was 'running behind' and there would be a 15 minute wait to be seated. There were very few people in the restaurant at the time. It was not busy! My impression was that they were not prepared or staffed properly to accommodate even a small crowd for breakfast. We left the restaurant with a bad impression. Overall we were satisfied with our stay and would stay again. We would just not plan on eating there.
