Espaço incrivel e muita oportunidade de interação entre os hóspedes. Tudo muito identificado, organizado e limpo. As artes dão um toque todo especial ao lugar. A cama e confortável e os chuveiros são bons. Para a perfeição, só faltou um ar condicionado. Mas o ventilador deu conta. A localização é otima. Com uma boa disposicao, dá pra conhecer boa parte de Santiago a pé. Muitos restaurantes em volta e alguns mercados.

The location was close to bars , parks, restaurants and the room was spacious and cosy. The hostel was a nice one also, with free coffee and tea and a kitchen and a smoking area and a hangout area aswell. Recommend for a few nights for sure.

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad ganz oben auf einem Stockwerk. Das Zimmer war okay und das Bett gross, aber aus dem Badezimmer stank es. Das Hostel liegt an einer Strasse, jedoch nicht an der Hauptstrasse. Es war aber mega laut in der Nacht. In allen drei Nächten, konnten wir nicht gut schlafen, da wie Musik hörten, laute Autos, Geschrei und sonstiges von Draussen. Das Internet ging auch nur in den ersten beiden Stockwerken und reichte nicht bis zu uns. Wir würden diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

Overall, this is a great place to stay hostal-wise. The shared bathrooms were always very clean, in both the AM and PM when I used them. I stayed in a single room (room 2) and was quite pleased with how comfortable the bed was and how the pillows were the perfect blend of firm and soft. Could use just one more pillow though. Reception speaks English as well. Major props for allowing me to check in earlier after a 24-hour flight journey! Rooms are very clean and housekeeping is also offered (from an unpleasant woman, a sharp contrast from the cheery reception). Breakfast is included and pretty simple but kept me satisfied with eggs (hard-boiled and one day scrambled offered), cereals, cheese slices and fruit. There is a fridge so you can store sundries and a big kitchen to cook. Of course, you should clean up your cutlery and plate ware after use! This isn’t a party hostel which I was super glad about. I slept really well each night. The mini fan in the room is super helpful to block out any noise - room 2 is the closest to reception so without the fan you would hear any talking or music there. A slight warning that the room had a slight musty smell of cigarettes bc a patio is right next to it, and you can smoke on there. Still wouldn’t prevent me from booking this room again (and I HATE cigarettes). The location of this place is ACE, within walking distance of the historic centre, as well as Bellavista. One thing: get rid of the gross bathroom mat!

Good location both for public transport and the lovely neighborhoods of Santiago. Good value, great staff. The social spaces are brillaint especially having a seperate quiet sofa area

A hospedagem foi tranquila e o lugar é ótimo. Super limpo, bem localizado, perto de estação de metrô e de alguns pontos turísticos. Foram super acolhedores e atenciosos! Café da manhã tinha várias opções: pão com manteiga ou geleia, cereais, café, suco, frutas.

Muito bem localizado. Fiquei em quarto individual com banheiro coletivo. Fiquei somente 1 noite.

So here are the little gripes I had about this hostel: 1) the sofa in the lobby is uncomfortable it's so bad, they could really change it 2) even from inside my bedroom, the door could only be locked and unlocked with the key. So not only is this inconvenient, it's not safe in case of emergency evacuation 3) they need 2 or 3 fridges, just one is not enough for the whole hostel Like I said, these are just minor points and I had a very pleasant stay. The staff isn't only polite, they talk to you like they're your actual friends. I would certainly go back.

I had my own room with a shared bathroom and toilet. The room consisted of a double bed, a chest of drawers and a fan to give me some cool air in the heat. The hostel itself was perfect, it was perfectly located and the people who worked there were super nice and helpful. Breakfast is included in the incredibly cheap price of the night.

L'auberge était propre, bien située et le personnel super accueillant et aidant.

Easy to access from the metro and the staff were very helpful. We had an early flight into Santiago and they let us store our bags there until check in while we went out and explored the city. They were also able to point us in the direction of a free city tour and helped us arrange a taxi to the airport for our early flight out when it was time to leave.

El hostal en general esta bien, limpio, las camas cómodas, tienen conexiones para para cargar cel y electronicos en cada litera; pequeño en todos sus espacios pero simpático, el personal es educado, no sentí como mucha calidez, pero si son educados y tampoco hacen malas caras. Lo único es que a pesar de la ubicación geográfica buena, esta en una calle secundaria, que esta feona y en la noche creo que si me pondría algo nervioso salir o entrar

Fantastic place to stay. The staff is super friendly and you are central to almost everything in town. Highly recommended staying here.

Pretty clean but slightly tired hostel. The reception staff were very helpful if you needed something. Not the most social of places but maybe that was just the vibe at the time! Nice location next to Forestal park and within walking distance to almost everything
