Very nice newer hotel. Spacious breakfast area. Clean well kept outdoor pool. Pleasant welcoming staff. Easy access to the nearby freeway. Neighborhood was light commercial and residential and we felt safe there.

Friendly front staff (Bobby) and clean property. It was relatively newer and more modernly designed. It has some nice touches such as nice & bright bathroom, complimentary toothbrush & toothpaste at the front desk. Oh and free coffee all day long was great. Gym is a bonus, basic but would most definitely work.

We stayed for 4 nights with a large team of teenagers and the staff was so incredibly helpful and accommodating, the gym and other accommodations were great, and the breakfast was excellent.

The property itself was excellent. Staff constantly kept up the cleanliness of the property inside and outside. The entire staff to include the front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The full breakfast was very good and plentiful. The hotel amenities i.e. pool, exercise room, guest laundry room, were well maintained and in good working order. I highly recommend this hotel if you are ever in the area.

The property was very nice, the staff was great! It's in walking distance to the parks which is what we look for when choosing a room. There was a lot of noise, it was either the elevator or the nearby road, but if you are someone that "needs" silence to rest then maybe it's not for you. The onsite store was not well stocked and the woman behind the counter wasn't the friendliest. We walked across the street to the other hotel and it was a total different story! They had a Starbucks and the staff (everywhere, in shops, coffee place, and front desk) were great! The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. If the room wasn't as expensive as it it, then I would say I would definitely stay again, but honestly it might not have been worth it being that it is the farthest hotel in walking distance to the parks.

I like just about everything from breakfast to the pool and everything in between. One little thing at the pool in the morning there was no towels available. I just shared a towel we brought from the room.

Our top sheet was ripped, thought housekeeping would see it and replace it when they serviced the room but didn’t. Room smelled musty so we purchased air freshener and that helped. The bathroom/shower is tired, shower floor stained, tile is messy.

I have stayed here a couple of times and have had the best experience. The breakfast is not only good but the kitchen is kept very clean. The rooms are also very clean. Its helpful that toiletries are provided. All staff I have interacted with have been very nice . I will stay here with all future trips to El Paso

We asked that the sofa bed be made up as our 14 year old would be using it. The bed was unmade and there were no sheets or pillows in the closet or drawers. We sent the 14 year old down to the desk to ask for bedding and a pillow. He was sent up without the pillow. The bathroom had hair all in the shower. The caulking was done poorly and though this is a new property, mold is already seeping through. After the first night both of our keys deactivated. When I went to the desk the agent didn’t ask my name or to see an ID just made the keys for the requested room.

The stay was perfect. Everything you would expect when you book a hotel of this caliber. The hotel staff was friendly and gave you a welcoming feeling. Whole place was clean and had a pleasant aromatic scent to it. Room was very nice and clean. Included a mini fridge, microwave, and a k-cup coffee maker. Breakfast is your typical free hotel breakfast but it too was attended to with care and not stale or over / under cooked. Great stay and would recommend.

Started by checking me into the wrong room but was quickly fixed. I wasn’t told about the deposit when I called to confirm my booking a few days prior so that was a surprise. A nice lovely brown crusty stain was missed on the blue chair in the corner of the room, and fridge seemed to not be working sadly. I will say the only concern for my safety was the inch gap between the floor and the door. Other than inconsiderate people slamming doors at all hours the stay was nice and comfy.

Very clean and nice hotel that can't be very old. Great and friendly staff and good breakfast. Unfortunately is the hotel located just a few yards from the highway and the builder must have forgotten the isolation, it felt like the highway went through our room.

This is a fairly new hotel in NE El Paso. It is clean, the employees were friendly and helpful. My room was clean, and there were plenty of towels. They have lotion, soap and shampoo and conditioner in attached bottles to the shower and the bathroom wall. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were plenty, and the room was a comfortable temperature. The breakfast was plentiful, with a great variety of cereals, breads, biscuits, eggs, sausage, gravy, juices and more. This will be my go-to hotel next trip to El Paso.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted perfectly by the front desk clerk (I can't remember his name) but we was amazing. Polite, helpful, friendly, ask about my day was overall a good guy. Check in was smooth, he recommended a great place for dinner and suggested where to park to be closer to elevators. Room was clean and stocked. Overall great stay!

Our "Suite" was not...small cramped and had no sheets or pillows ready for the pullout bed despite us having to wait 45 minutes for the room to be prepared for our stay. Additionally, the woman taking care of the breakfast area was very rude to our son and rushed him through getting his food so she could clean up early. Wont be staying here again. Not recommended.

I’ve been traveling for the past 25 years and never been asked to pay an early check in fee. Arrived early in El Paso and went to the hotel to drop off our bags. Asked for an early check in if possible and was told that we could but would be a $50 extra fee. Asked even for an IHG member and was told yes. You can come back at 1:00. Arrived back at 12:50 and was told we had to sit in the lobby until 1:00. Not a good look for Holiday Inn Express or Hotels.com. Like I mentioned been traveling for work for a long time never had this happen before. Very disappointed. Strange part was rooms were available according to the front desk.

Bobby checked me in quickly and answered all my questions. The weather outside was horrible (dust storm). The accommodations were great. I was driving all day from AZ, so this was a great way to end a rough day of travel.

This place was clean and quiet! Really, that's what I look for in a good hotel stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even let me into the breakfast buffet a few minutes early to grab a piece of bread so that I could take some medication. The breakfast buffet was okay. The decaf coffee had tons of grounds in it. Other than that, our stay was lovely. This hotel isn't near anything so you will need a car. It's a short, easy drive into downtown. We rarely ran into traffic getting to and from this hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

We love the friendly welcome by staff, the room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was so good, better quality than other hotels and staff was constantly replenishing coffee and food and drinks . I’m very pleased with our stay and surely will come back when visiting El Paso.
