Shoppers, get excited! A solid choice in a great location at the Norfolk Premium Outlets. Also conveniently located close to the airport. There’s a free shuttle from the hotel to the airport. Free breakfast was tasty and kept warm and refreshed often.

The breakfast was nice. The biscuits were really good. Didn't like the coffee. The staff wasn't all that friendly. My room was very nasty! It smelled awful! The bathroom was really dirty! The walls were dirty and there wsx urine on the bathroom door! I had to go buy disinfectant wipes and deodarizer spray to clean the room. I was also disappointed that the pool was closed on Monday.

Hotel smells of cigarettes and weed. Entire hotel is hot and in serious need of updates. Water spots and mold on the ceiling in our room. Shower has a broken handle and maintenance just showed us how to rig using it. Elevators are central in the hotel so continuous walking and no easy access for a person with a disability like myself. Parking was ridiculous and had to parking in a near by shopping center bc no spots available. Pool area indoors was nasty. Paint chipping off the bottom of the pool into the water and the ventilation did not work so again everything was extremely hot! To get a towel you have to walk all the way back to the front desk. Bathroom in the lobby had water spots on ceiling, missing tiles and smelled of old grease plus was dirty. Beds uncomfortable and every door in this place is not ADA compliant for force. This was a horrible experience and this hotel is beyond needing updates.

It smelled musty. I booked a first floor as I have a broken leg. I was informed that they did not have any other rooms on that floor. I had to use essential oils to make it smell bare able . Hotel needs some serious updating ! It was gross. The carpet was sticky so you had to wear socks. Bathroom door looked like someone threw up on it. Heat/ac was broken. Shuttle is useless if you have an early flight. Didn’t run until 10. Breakfast was a joke. Clearly this is used as section 8 housing as well. People coming in with cribs, full groceries. Literally full carts of stuff. Not an enjoyable stay.

Staff was great. I was put in a room that was not pictured. I took pics, but not going there. I was in a room that was remodeled the time before last. Old bedding (not the tree design in new pics), holes in the leather skirt bed surround, hole in carpet and spots of dried mortar that wouldn't come up when i borrowed a vacuum on my 2nd day. Then the shower door hinge looks like they changed the door but the old door holes still there in completely different area. Also looked like a tape or putty was put over a almost 2inch hole. Pool was cloudy. Was a few more things that was off.

Every hotel we stayed at all across the country provided complimentary coffee for customers in a common area of the lobby. Not them. Every customer repeatedly asked where the coffee kiosk was. Their answer, only at breakfast time. Swimming pool area run down and dirty. We put money in a washing machine and it jammed. When I went to make them aware of it, the girl said we don’t deal with that you have to call the number on the washing machine. So I said what do I do about my clothes? Well you have to call the number. I said what do you take responsibility for? What a Mickey Mouse place this is. A guy heard me and as I was walking to my room, he flagged me down and said he would help me. He got a screwdriver and got our quarters out we used another washer. The whole hotel experience was unacceptable. I will never stay at a sleep inn again. Ironically, less expensive hotels provided more amenities and better customer service than this place in Norfolk the only upside was a good variety of eating places on the perimeter of the hotel. Other than that, it was awful. I would not recommend staying there to anyone.

Very loud, front desk staff not helpful. Airport transportation not available when I needed it. Pool was super crowded, people were loading coolers with ice. Air conditioner in room was extremely loud.

I was not impressed with this hotel. The walls in the bathroom was nasty. The headboard on the bed was nasty. The carpet was in horrible shape. Staff did not greet you with a hello upon checking in. I slept in my clothes as I felt the bed linen was dirty.

The room was the worse. I dont even know what words to say but what i will say i wouldnt send my dog there.. the toilet was leaking from upstairs came down on my fiance. They change my room anf then that room had bugs . We was so tired and drain. We went in the truck and slept . Till that morning than talk with management and he cursed me out and said get out. This place need to be reported like i did and shut down.

This was by far one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. There was hair on the back of the toilet in the shower. There was also large clumps of hair in the garbage can underneath the trash bag two of my pillowcases were either stained or dirty and the floor that was non-smoking smelled like marijuana. Also, breakfast was cold. Ice machine was broken on my floor. There was no extra toilet paper in my room. I was forced to go to the first floor to request toilet paper. Also, the rim of my ice bucket had beard or some type of hair trimmings in it as well. Overall was not happy with the room also did not say nothing to the receptionist about the quality out of fear of being treated worse or put into a worse room.

A live bedbug was crawling on the pillow when I arrived in the room. A pair of underwear was outside someone’s door in the hallway. The staff admitted to knowing the hotel has bugs & had been told my management not to say anything to customers in order to not deter them from staying there.

For a cheap hotel it was okay. The room was super small, the mattress was terrible and the bathroom was so small the shower door grazed the toilet if you opened it all the way. The room was very clean, and the service was decent. Great for an overnight layover, but not longer than that.

The room was not very clean, building is old, needs some maintenance/updates. Elevator was making a loud banging noise every time it moved. It’s supposed to be a pet friendly hotel however dogs are not allowed at the outside courtyard which is ridiculous because is basically outside. On busy weekends they lack of parking spaces.

The room was "accessible" to an extent but definitely not room enough to be considered truly accessible. It was tight and was hard toove around with a mobility device. The AC was not very effective either, it kept shutting off.

It was frustrating because the building holds two hotels. When I went in to confirm the address the front desk was unsure. I had to return a second time and give my reservation for them to recognize I was at the correct location. The A/C unit on cold made it to where me and wife couldn’t breathe out of our nose at night. We had to utilize it on fan. The comforter also had an old red stain.

Do not stay here. Horrible hospitality and I found black mold in the room and they refused to give me any sort of real compensation. The first night of our stay I called to request an extra pillow. I was told “you have five that’s plenty we won’t give you anymore” never in my life have I experienced that but whatever. The second night my child happened to puke on a sacred pillow. I called to ask for a fresh one. I was still told no. On our fourth day of stay I found black mold all over the bathroom ceiling. I immediately went to the front desk. They told me they would “inspect” it. Long after my stay ended they finally called me back to tell me that “it wasn’t mold” I’m highly allergic so I know what it looks like. Not to mention pregnant. They said all they would do was give me 10% off the last night of my stay. I was there for five nights. Absolute bare minimum. I’m outraged. I will never stay here again. I have photo and video evidence of the mold as well and will be posting it everywhere I can. Also the breakfast really was not great. Hardly any options and everything just tasted fake.

It was just okay. I called down in the morning to get a late check out and they gentleman said I could check out at 1:30. Then at 11:20 they were pound on my door like the police. Today me I had to pay $50 extra. I walked down to pay and the lady told me they don’t do late check outs. That part was a mess they need to get their stuff together!

I called in advance because I had a late flight. Hotel staff assured me that someone would be available to check me in. When I arrived a little after midnight, room already paid fully, I had no room , the hotel overbooked there were young people partying throughout the hotel. I witnessed guest walk out and leave their hotel room keys in disgust . I finally got a room 30 minutes away for an additional $175 at 4:30 AM, which Expedia assisted me with. And this hotel was able to keep the $185 which I paid for a sub standard hotel.

I noticed the box springs cover was torn and touching the floor. This was the bed closer to the bathroom. The rain stopped the TV from sending a signal. Maintenance did respond and verified what had happened.

Majority of the stuff was highly unprofessional. While waiting to checkin staff mentioned broken equipment in a room and how it should not be booked but staff talked about still providing the room to a family and "maybe they won't realize stuff broke". Was promised a room but was informed that they didn't have a room key available and didn't know when they would have more. Other people were in line having problems with their room keys and had no way of getting back into their room. Not the staffs fault but still unprofessional

The staff was nice although I don’t think their English was that great. Check in was great. I was 1/2 hour early they were accommodating and I only waited 5 mins. When I walked in there was very loud smell of gas and I told the lady at the front desk she looked at me like I had two heads. The smell was there all night and the next morning. I went to the bathroom in the lobby and there was two holes in the ladies room ceiling. Besides everything was good

Excellent location for IKEA and outlets. The security doors are a little strange. Room was efficient, clean, and quiet. Breakfast was advertised as 6:30-9:30a, I got there at 9:15a and it was closed (attendant) got me a couple of biscuits. Snack/food shop completely empty except for water.

Breakfast is shared with another hotel. We stood in line for 40 min and never even ate. We just went to Wawa. The breakfast area is small and needs an upgrade it can’t handle a large crowed. Then we had a false alarm go off early in the morning.

This is a kid friendly hotel with lots of children and teens. Despite that, it was quiet after 10pm, with the exception of teens running down the hall at about 4:30 am. My room was clean and breakfast may have been good, however it is self serve and the kids dominated the area, it was not clean and the kids were allowed to make their own waffles. If you're looking for kid friendly, this is the place for you. If you desire something quieter and with decent continental breakfast, look elsewhere. I also smelled weed in the hallway. It’s cheap though!

Beakfast was old cold eggs and a sausage and flat bisket Bagels and muffins verird by day Front desk not voncerned or redponsive to request Had a tv that was very dark like watching a faded black and white tv Tv asjusted one but as soon as was turned off reverted to dark Pool was closed more than open Rokm not vleaned during my 9 day stay only used towels changed mosy days
