Las albercas nunca estuvieron calientitas aun en sabado y domingo ! No pudimos meternos a ninguna alberca! Los camastros son pocos y todos rotos ! Necesitan renovarlos ! Afuera del hotel esta feo sales caminando y la calle no tiene banqueta ! Las habitaciones son muy coquetas y lindas!

La casa azul is a mini hacienda that its being renovated. We really liked the room, with a colonial style, the rooms are big and clean, with 2 large beds and a hidden tv and vault ceilings (beautiful). The bathroom is completely renovated, very pretty with a stone and brick finish and with a very good water pressure (difficult to find in cuernavaca). The linen very nice and comfortable, We tried room service, and we like it, a lit bit expensive but it was okay. This hotel is really for couples, fresh new couples that want to spend a weekend together. Things we didnt like of the hotel: La casa azul is in a bad area, hard to reach and not pleasant to the eye. Small streets with a lot of traffic. Also, they have very few (very few) parking space. Its an underground parking lot for 8 cars, you need to leave your car with someone to do all the maneuvers. It's not a hotel for kids or family, the pool is small and really cold, and there is nothing, absolutely nothing for the kids to do during the stay. Also, I wouldn't recommend walking out of the hotel, as I said, it's in a bad area, prefer to take a cab or a car and drove somewhere. All and all, if you are planning on a getaway with your love one, this is a very nice option and you will have a great time here.

Everyone at the Hotel was kind, polite and friendly. We loved our staying at the hotel. Very clean room, loved the Patio. The breakfast by the pool was very good. We felt sefe with the security of the hotel.

Muy mala experiencia. Este hotel esta súper deteriorado, viejo y descuidado. Los sillones del área común con la tela rota, las sábanas de pésima calidad y viejas, el cubre edredón roto, el bote de basura roto y oxidado. No cuentan con suficientes lugares de estacionamiento, que la entrada es una pesadilla por angosta y retacan el mismo, lo cual no cubre con la normativa de seguridad y protección civil, Tuve que esperar media hora para que la persona que se estacionó detrás de mi, bajara, porque no quería mover su auto. No había restaurante por la mañana y nos ofrecieron traer la comida de un restaurante cercano... increíble. Como compensación nos dieron a escoger un desayuno o un día gratis, ni siquiera es congruente el costo de uno contra el otro. Y nunca jamás volvería a quedarme ahí. Regresamos a las 4:30 para cambiarnos para un evento y NO HABIAN HECHO LA HABITACION. De verdad un desastre la atención. NO LO RECOMENDARIA JAMAS.

Acogedora estancia llena de detalles y buen servicio. Las habitaciones hermosas, la alberca a buena temperatura, el personal de primera, todo super limpio y cómodo. Llegamos temprano y nos asignaron la habitación de inmediato, cosa que se agradece mucho, así como a la salida, contamos con un late check out, que hizo toda la diferencia en nuestra estancia. El restaurante también muy bueno.Si lo que buscas es descansar y relajarte, éste es el lugar. Felicidades a todo el equipo de La Casa Azul.

Me gusto mucho la habitación era bastante grande, agradable y limpia, el único detalle es q el aire acondicionado no funcionaba del todo bien, no tenia tanta potencia y no refrescaba la habitación, ojalá lo consideren para q así tenga una calificación de 10, a pesar de esto si pienso regresar.

WIFI is weak. I literally had to step out of my room and sit by the pool to get a couple of bars. The front door situation is horrible. You don't have direct access to the hotel you have to press on a caller and at times it took em a while to open the door.

WIFI is weak. I literally had to step out of my room and sit by the pool to get a couple of bars. The front door situation is horrible. You don't have direct access to the hotel you have to press on a caller and at times it took em a while to open the door.

Everyone at the Hotel was kind, polite and friendly. We loved our staying at the hotel. Very clean room, loved the Patio. The breakfast by the pool was very good. We felt sefe with the security of the hotel.

Es muy bonito, cómodo y la gente muy atenta. Lo único que tiene cómo área de oportunidad es el estacionamiento, es demasiado pequeño. Tuve que esperar casi media hora para que quitarán los carros y la moto que estorbaban para salir. Fuera de eso todo el servicio y la habitación son increíbles para descansar.

La casa azul is a mini hacienda that its being renovated. We really liked the room, with a colonial style, the rooms are big and clean, with 2 large beds and a hidden tv and vault ceilings (beautiful). The bathroom is completely renovated, very pretty with a stone and brick finish and with a very good water pressure (difficult to find in cuernavaca). The linen very nice and comfortable, We tried room service, and we like it, a lit bit expensive but it was okay. This hotel is really for couples, fresh new couples that want to spend a weekend together. Things we didnt like of the hotel: La casa azul is in a bad area, hard to reach and not pleasant to the eye. Small streets with a lot of traffic. Also, they have very few (very few) parking space. Its an underground parking lot for 8 cars, you need to leave your car with someone to do all the maneuvers. It's not a hotel for kids or family, the pool is small and really cold, and there is nothing, absolutely nothing for the kids to do during the stay. Also, I wouldn't recommend walking out of the hotel, as I said, it's in a bad area, prefer to take a cab or a car and drove somewhere. All and all, if you are planning on a getaway with your love one, this is a very nice option and you will have a great time here.

Wonderful staff! Very attentive and accommodating. Charming colonial manor tucked away in the city center of Cuernavaca. Lovely decor! Only downside is the restaurant hours, we arrived after a long day of travel and it is only open on the weekends.

Muy mala experiencia. Este hotel esta súper deteriorado, viejo y descuidado. Los sillones del área común con la tela rota, las sábanas de pésima calidad y viejas, el cubre edredón roto, el bote de basura roto y oxidado. No cuentan con suficientes lugares de estacionamiento, que la entrada es una pesadilla por angosta y retacan el mismo, lo cual no cubre con la normativa de seguridad y protección civil, Tuve que esperar media hora para que la persona que se estacionó detrás de mi, bajara, porque no quería mover su auto. No había restaurante por la mañana y nos ofrecieron traer la comida de un restaurante cercano... increíble. Como compensación nos dieron a escoger un desayuno o un día gratis, ni siquiera es congruente el costo de uno contra el otro. Y nunca jamás volvería a quedarme ahí. Regresamos a las 4:30 para cambiarnos para un evento y NO HABIAN HECHO LA HABITACION. De verdad un desastre la atención. NO LO RECOMENDARIA JAMAS.

It’s not worth the price , the bed was rock solid ,the tv did not work , the room was completely dated , but some people might like the outdated look , “authentic look” but on the bright side the property is beautiful, great artwork . And gated parking . I would not pay pay more than 50 bucks
