Clean, refurbished, close to town center, quiet, however cleaning of room was only under request. In general good value for money, I suggest it for business.

Very friendly staff at check in but at check out the man was completely rude, arguing with me about invoice..he should have trains about how to handle billing! Breakfast is overpriced for what it is My room wasn’t renovated (most of the rooms at that hotel are)

One morning we had no hot water for couple of hours, which significantly disrupted our plans. The information provided was inconsistent and ultimately misleading, which made the situation more difficult than it needed to be. Following our stay, we contacted the hotel to raise the issue. We received only a generic apology, and when we requested further details, there was no response. This lack of follow-up has only added to our dissatisfaction.
