I think it was very over priced for a one night stay, I’m guessing because of the game in college station. Had to make several trips to room because lack of carts. Writing paper in room had noodles stuck to it. Didnt like the fact I was charged a 250 dollar deposit and have to wait days to get it back. Not really sure why a deposit is even necessary, first time I have had to pay a deposit at a hotel and I’ve stay at a lot of Hotels.

Great stay! Clean and comfy room. Delicious breakfast. The pond behind the building was a plus. We sat outside and watched the ducks. So relaxing.

The hotel room was clean as was the surrounding area. All amenities in the room functioned well. The daily breakfast included both warm and cold foods. We got the suite style room which was very comfortable for two people for a multiple-night stay since there was a partial wall divider between the sitting and sleeping area.

Was in Navasota on business. I am handicapped with additional knee replacement done recently. The elevator was out of order. I asked the front desk if they could get me a room on first floor. They told me since I booked through hotels.com I could not change my room. I then asked for a refund and got the same answer. I had employees with me so I didn't cause a stir and had them help me up the stairs. Coming down the next morning I fell. I spent 227 nights in a hotel this year and have done so for 10 years. This was not my worst stay but made the top 5

The room itself was quite noisy. Between the air conditioning unit and the dehumidifier in the room along with the fan in the bathroom it was constant noise. We had to dump the water from the dehumidifier which was disgusting because there was mold all inside of it. The hallways and Lobby were extremely warm and humid. The breakfast was okay however the things that were supposed to stay warm were not. The eggs and sausage had to be heated up in the microwave because they were cold. I would comment on the staff but really saw anyone. Woukd not recommend.

I like the pond and the bench the pond that is situated by the hotel I didn't like the humidity and the the moldy smell in the room. Also I didn't like that they put a $250 hold on my card for incidentals.

Two things kept me from rating the property as excellent: the AC unit in our room and the carpet. The AC unit did not pull the moisture from the air, so it was humid in the room. The carpet was also old and somewhat musty. I don’t regularly walk around hotel rooms without shoes, but I took a few steps barefoot on the carpet and it felt moist (AC problem) and sticky.

Nice, well-maintained hotel, clean, nice rooms, a friendly staff, all at very fair price. We came down for a Texas A&M football game and the rooms in College Station were so absurdly expensive we opted to make the short drive to Navasota and stay there. About 1/3 the price of the hotels in College Station and only 25 minutes away. Great free breakfast too!

The hotel smelled musty. When we got into the room we noticed mold on the ceiling in the main room. The smell was horrible and the carpet damp and sticky. I let the front desk know. I have asthma and I needed the meds to help breathing and major headache. I hope the issue is fixed before anyone else stays in 104. Not satisfied at all.

Although I don’t really think the lady at the desk is to blame, this hotel has awful service. One employee should not be working the front desk and the breakfast room. I booked and paid for a room in advance. The manager said they didn’t even know what kind of room I was talking about. I had it clearly on the receipt. We had a team of girls there and the employee wouldn’t open the dining room door to give out one spoon. I’ve never seen a hotel nickel and dime paying guests like this hotel. I feel sorry for the employees.

The facility was in good repair, clean, and overall a really good place to stay. Every staff member was helpful and professional. The general manager, Mr. Patel was extremely helpful and accommodating in helping us with an item left behind. We really appreciate it.

The staff was very friendly and made sure that we had everything we needed. The sheets were silky soft. The beds and pillows very comfortable. Lots of channels on the TV. And plenty of room to move around. It's a small town and I think that is where the extra dose of friendly comes from. I love it. I just wish there were more restaurant options within walking distance, but I can't complain about that in a small town. There were several restaurants within driving distance and the one restaurant that was next door to the property has a very delicious chicken fried steak with yummy sides. It was a great choice to stay here and we will do so again next time we are in the area.
