Excellent hotel. Right next to the metro and Hollywood walk of fame. Great breakfast with great staff in the morning who even helped plan our days with local knowledge. Would 100% stay again.

Great hotel! I was given an unexpected complimentary room upgrade Room was cleaned to a high standard, has good coffee facilities in the room along with a variety of minibar options Shame I was only there for 1 night, I didn’t get a chance to use the heated rooftop pool Breakfast was delicious. WE HAVE STAYED AT THE W MANY TIMES AND WE LOVE IT THERE. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL WITH EVERYTHING. WE RECEIVED A TEXT SHORTLY AFTER WE ARRIVED WELCOMING US AND LETTING US KNOW THAT IF THERE WAS ANYTHING AT ALL WE NEEDED TO LET THEM KNOW. THE HOTEL IS ALWAYS WELCOMING AND IN A VERY GOOD LOCATION. THE ROOMS ARE ALSO VERY CLEAN AND A NICE SIZE. WHENEVER WE GO TO LOS ANGELES WILL NEVER CONSIDER ANY PLACE OTHER THAN THE W.

This is a stunning hotel, well designed and welcoming. The staff, reception and concierge are so friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back.

My daughter and I stayed at the W so we could attend Beetlejuice. The hotel is beautiful.
