Ein etwas in die Jahre gekommenen relativ kleines Hotel. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant gut und günstig, Frühstücksbuffett OK, aber nicht sonderlich abwechslungsreich. Parken für 15-20,-€ am Tag auf öffentliche Parkplätzen oder Parkhaus deutlich zu teuer.

Badeværelset, hvis andre i bygningen tog bad var der intet vand. Indeklima rigtig godt med aircondition Kun elevator til 5 etage, trappe til 6 lidt i handy med megen bagage Men ellers ikke nogen klagepunkter

Nice Hotel Overall in good location at the entrance of the old part of town. Unfortunately the info on the booking page is wrong. The promised sauna/pool is not existing!

El hotel tiene información FALSA, dice que tiene alberca y no la hay. Dice que las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado Y NO TIENEN!! Tambien dice que tienen un ventilador, bajé a recepción a pedir uno y me dijeron que no, que no habia nada de eso. No me resolvieron nada, en plena temporada de calor y la habitacion sin nada de aire ni ventilador y no me quisieron esolver nada AUN CUÁNDO AL RESERVAR DICE QUE SI TIENEN TODO ESO! Las camas estan DURAS y las almohadas parece que nomas tienen 1gramo de relleno, estan super incomodas Al llegar fueron muy prepotentes al hacer check in, nos revisaron como si fueran aduana y la verdad en ningún hotel nos ha pasado eso. NUNCA MAS vuelvo a llegar a este hotel!!

Wir waren Anfang Oktober 2025 mit 8 Personen im Hotel. Das Personal ist überwiegend freundlich, die Zimmer gepflegt, sauber und ruhig. Frühstück und Restaurant sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Hoteleigene Parkplätze nicht vorhanden, jedoch zu Fuß gut erreichbar sind öffentliche Parkplätze (300 Kronen je Tag).

It was close to a shopping area and it’s connect to a restaurant which is really convenient.

El hotel es muy superior a lo que se puede esperar por un tres estrellas, la habitación excelente, muy limpia y el desayuno variado y bueno.

V hotelu Romania jsme strávili pohodový rodinný výlet (6 dospělých), byl to dárek pro rodiče. Všichni jsme byli spokojení. Pobyt jsme měli včetně snídaně. Hotel je klidný, čistý, útulný, na skvělém místě. Personál je příjemný a vstřícný. V budoucnu se sem rádi vrátíme.

Das Zimmer wirkte klein. Die Betten wurden an 5 Tagen nicht einmal gemacht. Handtücher wurden unnötig getauscht.Uns wurde ein Balkon versprochenen, den wir dann nicht hatten. Zuerst sollten wir am nächsten Tag das Zimmer tauschen, plötzlich wussten die anderen Mitarbeiter allerdings nichts davon.

In short, it was a terrible experience for me and my family where we wanted to relax and spend a good holiday in that amazing city. First by the check in, the reception employee said (speaking only in Czech and wanted me to speak czech) she said the reservation is not paid, so I informed her it's prepaid and she should collect the payment from Expedia, however she was not convinced and started to talk to me in a very bad way, like ... go from here, go to your room! When asked to talk to hotel manager she said no one here, he or she is in vacation. So I just went up to the room where found some parts of the sheets and pillow covers are dirty, so I messaged them through Expedia system, stating my disappointment with the check in and the room. Instead of them replying they're sorry and will try their best to help, like real hotels do, same person is reception replied to me " only ill mannered person can lie. No comment"!! ... Never see a hotel talking that rude to their guest, but later on when went through some of unsatisfied guest reviews, I found that's their way in responding to any feedback they don’t like! Of course I left the hotel only 2 hours after the check in and had to book another hotel which was double the price, since it was same day booking and no many hotels available. They took my money in full for that reservation, eventhough I didn't stay there and we were forced to leave because of their rude and aggressive behaviour!

Hotel un peu vieillot. Le plus gros problème est que les rideaux ne sont pas opaques si bien que les lumières de la rue ou simplement du jour (qui se lève très tôt) posent problème la nuit. Petit déjeuner correct.

Very friendly staff.

Lovely city and old buildings and mineral water fountains of different temperatures. Took short trip to Loket one day to see the castle. Staff at hotel was very friendly. Staff even without being asked came to our room with a big fan that made our second night more comfortable as we didn't have AC in our room.

The hotel is very nice. This is our 5th time staying at the same place. Hotel Stuff is very friendly; however, the restaurant is totally different experience. The breakfast that is included with the stay is very poor, compared with previous times we stayed, service at the restaurant is below any acceptable level, and the waiters are openly unfriendly.
