The breakfast was ok. The pool area is dirty and untended. Needs umbrellas and more tables. Spray down the chairs and lizard poop daily. But the interior of the pool was clean. Put the hot tub back. The staff is friendly and helpful.

My rating of 3 stars is slightly lower than I would give this hotel. 3.5 is more like it. The room layout is very thoughtfully done and has everything you need. However, the bed in Room 104 had the worst squeek ever. The smallest movement and it would squeek like a rusty windmill. The gym was a major disappointment. Small, very little equiptment, damaged bikes, cheap treadmill, dirty and no way to clean and sanitize equiptment after use. Although it is not entirely the hotels fault when we were there a high school age baseball team was also in residence. Yelling in the halls and door slamming until 4 am was the norm.

Everything about this stay was top notch - clean, newly remodeled, lots of chairs by pool, big modern rooms, great breakfast, caring staff. One small concern is that they have popped the fridges into cabinets to disguise as many new hotels do. The problem is, these fridge units have no way to ventilate so they don’t freeze or cool well and it is a fire hazard waiting to happen! We will definitely stay again!

The staff was very pleasant to work. They charged for items that I didn’t purchase at the snack bar and when I brought it to their attention they corrected it. The day we checked out the elevator was out of service and there was no one to help take the luggage out. I had to make 4 trips up and down the 4 flights of steps to take out the luggage. My husband was unable to help due a a recent illness and I was traveling with someone else who I had to help. The lobby was all taped off as they were going to have other work done. What a mess!!!

The beds are uncomfortable and the bed legs are noisy. The bathroom had limited amenities, and the training room equipment was old and noisy. Check-in was slow, and the door’s magnetic lock was defective or had dying batteries.

The facility is in the process of renovating. Our room was all brand new, clean and comfortable. The pool was very relaxing. Breakfast was good Value for the dollar! Great overnight before beaches.

First room had a strong bleach smell upon entering, and then we discovered a window leak, but was promptly moved to another room. Second room smelled of old bleach rags, in the bathroom and around the bed area. Other than the rooms, Outside and inside was nicely decorated and service was excellent!

My stay was not good. The first room I was given had a strong smell of urine. They are pet friendly so I assumed it was from that. The second room was fine however they pump air freshener through out the hallways and I am very sensitive to fragrances. I didn’t check in until 11pm so I decided to take a chance. I woke up with a migraine so I had to check out and find a new hotel to stay at. The only positive was obvious that the rooms had been updated so that’s good.

I did not have a shower curtain in the bathroom, upon arrival (which was a minor inconvenience). The room looked clean, but upon inspecting the room the mattress cover was very, very dirty, also the next night I saw a roach in the bathroom. They pulled up the carpet in front of my door and I had to walk on the sticky dirty floor to get in my room. Two men were working outside of my door in late evening which made me feel very unsafe. The area has a lot of construction including the hotel, when leaving, I heard a thump, thump as driving out, upon checking my car I see a large nail sticking out. Went to a Walmart tire service and discovered I had four nails in my tire. Thank God, I discovered it before heading back home for my 500 miles drive.

Only c/o is no power, yet other hotels around us had power.we did have streaming on phone. only one desk employee was kinda nasty and a know it all who knew nothing. also emergency lights weren't even on for 12 hrs. Dark and dangerous. One employees Raquel was a angel! so good at her job.

When we got into our room there was something in the drawer. I was not sure what it was. I went and got the clerk and they assure me it was cigarette butt. They did offer us another room and wanted us to look at it first to see if we were satisfied. We were. They did go above and beyond helping us. We will stay again

This motel is conveniently located to the highway and a great base for day trips. We stayed here six nights in 2025 and the fan ran all night to lull is to sleep. Beds are comfy, rooms of a perfect size and with a fridge, microwave and small table, we ate leftovers and small meals with ease. Staff are super friendly and helpful, the grounds and interior clean. When I mentioned our sink was slow to drain it was fixed and free-flowing before we returned from our day trip. We hope to return in 2025 and will stay here again.

I was visiting for a wedding that was at 4pm, I called for an early check in and TT was very pleasant and understanding and was able to get me in at 1, which was perfect. The hotel and room were clean and in great shape. I had an excellent stay, thank you!!

The floor in the room by the window was not clean despite me mentioning it to the front desk. The air conditioning below the window had leaked and the carpet was soaking wet. They had fans in the hallway & in our room to dry up the place! Breakfast was below average; running out on peanut butter & the selection was minimal.

Lobby and halls all under maintenance. Spraying texture and wet paint. Would not have stayed here if I knew in advance. Wall paper peeling in bathroom and soap dish in tub missing from wall. Breakfast area doors locked at 930 when breakfast ended but I was still inside. Had to unlock to leave. This is an egress fire hazard.
