Room smelled like mildew. Holes in the walls and tub, tub peeling , blood stains on towels, green pool, poor breakfast 1st day stale cereal no milk at 8:30 am staff especially manager were extremely rude. Hotels.com provided no customer service for app dissatisfied customer

The room was dirty. Half of the items in the room were broken and/or missing. The bedsheets and the couch had multiple stains. The floors were not thoroughly vacuumed, because there were large crumbs scattered throughout the room. The hand towel was dirty. The washcloth had tiny, curly pubic hairs, stuck to it, but I did not realize it until I tried to use it in the shower. Luckily, I remembered to look at it before using it. The microwave plate was not centered, so I was not inclined to use it. However, even if the rotating plate worked appropriately, I most likely would not have chosen to use the microwave because of the awful stench emanating from it. There were no outlets near the bed. Of the two bedside lamps, one was flickering at a rate that would cause a seizure to those who are prone to having seizures. The parking lot has so many potholes that I felt like I was driving on the moon trying to avoid the massive craters that would pop a tire.The lone compliment that I can give is that the A/C worked well. Overall, if you are OK living uncomfortably without worrying about feeling dirty, then this is the place for you to stay at a good price. However, if you have any standards regarding cleanliness, and if you are unable to sleep well in dirty environments, then I suggest paying the extra money. I know I certainly will moving forward.

We would stay there again, the only thing I would change is that I am a disabled veteran and have a hard time with stairs and they put us on second floor with no elevator.

Room was ran down. The room was on second floor and the floor sloped. The ac never fully cooled down the room. There was a ceiling fan that didnt work. Inquired abought ceiling fan and they said there was a short. The bathtub was slipoery with no security bars. And the tub didnt seem secure. The grout around bathroom was not clean. Aksed about the pool and was told oh its been closed for months. The breakfast wasnt very impressive.

Checkin was easy. Room was clean. Breakfast was very limited barely anything to eat and what they had was almost out. Potholes everywhere, one was so deep it stopped my car from backing up.

The best thing about this place was the pricing is reasonable. With that being said though, my key to the door didn’t work, the water & ice machine do not work & the Continental breakfast consisted of nothing more than bagels & grape jelly.

I couldn't check in until after 4 pm. We had no wifi and no cable. I'm not happy.. feel like I should get some of my money back.

There were young adults loitering around the property after 3am and a couple of guys sleeping in a pickup truck. A lot of rampant pot smell around the grounds the night I stayed. The property is run down and in need of refreshing. Dirty walls in the bathroom, Dingy lighting, parking lot is full of potholes. The list goes on. I was surprised to find a place this run down in the Woodlands area. Please put money and personnel into this place. It’s in a good area. Also invest in a security presence. Beds were clean though and toilet also.

I stayed at this location for 3 weeks while I was moving into a new house. I new it wasn’t the greatest going in, but property was not up to par. I had to get my key card reactivated almost daily. There was no working ice machine on site. The laundry facilities did not work. Towels and toilet paper were hardly ever replaced, I had to go to the desk myself for items. The complimentary breakfast was a pre-packaged oatmeal cup and muffin, sometimes there were yogurts. It is rather noisy so close to the expressway. If things worked as they should, key, ice, laundry, I could except the run down property, but those made the stay worse than it should have been. I don’t think the management has any plans to fix anything either. Despite, the staff was friendly enough when they had to reactivate my key almost daily.

The office was dirty when we arrived. Once in the room the carpet was dirty and stained. The love seat’s cushions were worn and broken down. There was an earwig bug in the bath tub. While sleeping, I was waking up in the middle of the night to bugs crawling on me. I was to stay there for 3 nights, but checked out after the one night. The place needs a massive make over.

Worst motel experience ever. Check in went fine and the clerk was friendly and courteous but the room was horrible. A/c worked intermittently, bed just had a sheet and a thin bed cover so thanks to the a/c I kept going from cold to sweating. No shower curtain. But the worst part is they have a german roach infestation. I've never experienced that in any hotel or motel before. I had to get up a couple times during the night to go to the bathroom and when I turned on the light I was having to avoind stepping on them with my bare feet. Stay away! You have been warned.

Older hotel. It was clean. Towels were outdated. I read the reviews and they were pretty accurate. We did have a very big coach roach in the bathroom on the wall. The beakfast was just a grab and go. Also evidence of roach activity in the breakfast area.

Hotel seems to be a transitional place. Carpet was filthy and there were cockroaches. Linens and towels appeared clean.

This property was okay enough when I stayed 4 years ago. This trip it was horrible! Nasty. Dried soap and hairs in the bathtub, hairs and stains on the bed linens, and the toilet ring was unclean. No coffee with the coffeemaker. I forfeited my $$ and left.

Bathroom was very dirty with mildew and rust along the bathtub. Room just smelled wet as you walked in. We also found a cockroach in the bathroom as well. Bed was ok and staff was friendly but no one was at the first desk when we left at 6am to check out so we just left the keys in the room

There were cockroaches in the room. Also spiders. There was a washrag hanging behind the shower head, obviously wet, obviously dirty. This place is disgusting! Also, the toilet was so small that it was difficult to use!

Most Wyndam properties seem to have dingy tubs. The bed was comfortable enough, but had a big dip in the middle at the foot of the bed.

Area is safe. Property is old and run down. Had to move rooms twice.

This property is located near I-45 and the noise will keep you awake if the road noise doesn’t keep you awake the room AC unit will surely keep you awake

The property hasn’t been updated since it has been built and I’m not exaggerating, it gives vintage and antique with a lot of ran down

Do not make repairs. Wi-fi and television is bad.Inabiliy of some of Staff to speak English.

Despite the noise of the freeway close by, the rooms are very well sound proofed! Staff was very friendly and accomodating... great for a pitstop.

We couldn't control the Air Conditioner. It read in the low 60s but it was hot in the room. No matter what I did the only control I had of the Air conditioner was power on off.

The smoke detector was located though, in the bottom dresser drawer. The person at the desk for check out was missing for a few minutes and when she did show up she was kinda rude.

I was was charged for an extra night did I did not reserve nor ask for I checked out early left room cleaner than what I got it when notice the extra charge I couldn’t even be contacted by management and front desk offered no help whatsoever I work for my money and being charged an extra night stay is a lot of money especially if I had wanted to pay that much I would have actually selected a much cleaner hotel the price I pay is what I get but they should not be making unauthorized charges they say your information is secure when booking with them online now I know that’s a LIE worst service ever.

Very clean room, and friendly staff.

The check in and check out ladies were fantastic. It was the the guy at the front desk that worked overnight that was not helpful at all. We called complaining about the room upstairs being too loud at 2am and all he said was sorry, he didn’t know the room number or he would give them a courtesy call.

The hotel was dirty and things broken. Including a cracked wall. Pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. Remote dor tv didn't work and check in and out was horrible customer service.

I booked a room for 3 people. Room had 1 king bed. Front desk and manager Gabriel did absolutely nothing to fix the situation. Wouldn't give a "free rollaway", said they'd never had those. Wouldn't find a couch (like the picture) or a mattress or blow up... nothing. Hotel room looked gross and smelled bad as well. Had to pay for an Uber and increased price for a new hotel at 10pm. Super sucky with 2 kids in tow. Would never, ever stay here again - pretty ironic since I stayed there a little over a year ago and it was fine - basic but fine. Now, it's terrible with super incorrect listings and rude staff.

All four of my friends' tires were slashed overnight in the parking lot and police were called. The room was decent and inexpensive, but I would recommend a different property if needing to stay in the area.

Our room was never cleaned, and the maintenance man had to fix our door because we get into our room. The key would not work but he took an hour to fix while letting mosquitoes in our room. Also, they have a man that cleans only the downstairs rooms which is where our room was. He opened our door while my wife and I were trying to get dressed. We tried to speak to the manger about our concerns, but he never spoke to us about and he didn’t seem to care. He has horrible customer service and never once apologized for anything or tried to compensate me for anything. They also did not give me the room that I originally booked. They put me in a different one. The pictures to this hotel are very deceiving, and I will not recommend it anybody. I will never stay here again or any Days Inn or Wyndham Hotel for that matter ever again.

The staff at this property is extremely polite in very helpful

Accessible to Interstate

Breakfast was very minimal. Only yogurt, beagles and oatmeal were available. The orange and apple juice dispenser was out. But the room was good. Carpet was really dirty. My socks got really dirty from walking around in the room. But it’s near the pavilion which was benefit.

Hotel is decent the area however isn’t the best. Lost of transients. Building and the parking lot have cracks and partial new paint in some areas not in others. Breakfast wasn’t terrible and the lobby is well kept. Staff were nice and polite

This hotel is right off the freeway, of course there are shops nearby, but i wouldnt suggest walking to the one gas station that is in walking distance, as it is not safe.

Check-in (10/25/24) guy was great - super nice & professional. But there was only yogurt & 2 rolls for “breakfast” (guy said they were waiting on the truck), the water was turned off with no notice to repair the pool just as I was about to take a shower & I couldn’t wait until it came on. The next day the shower drained so slow I had to stand in the dirty water. Never stay here again.

I have never rated a hotel before. But the “breakfast” wasn’t. There was terrible coffee with no cream. Bagels no cream cheese and cereal with no milk or spoon!!! I questioned the staff during my 6 day stay. Nothing was ever done. I suggested they call the owner who was at another of his properties to go to the store and purchase these items NEVEr did they appear. I will never stay at a days inn again

The common issue of shower curtain poorly fitted and funky water stream in shower leaves water on the floor. The bed was decent, some minor stains on carpet and blanket. The breakfast offered severally limited. The price was excellent and staff was friendly.
