No towels dirty tub no hot water for 2 days

We were not able to access as no one ever came to the door to allow us into the room, can not get a refund.

The A/C didn't work properly. There was no hot water. On a king bed there were 2 square throw pillows. There was 1 set of towels. When asked for a refund they stated it was up to the manager during the week but she doesn’t really do refunds.

I won’t be back again had wait a long period of time at night to check in nobody was in office… didn’t bother to ask how my stay was and breakfast was only a bagel
