Everything was great! My only complaint is that the pool was closed when we got there and that was could not get a hold of the front desk. I called about five times trying to get a hold of someone and no one ever answered.

Lots of construction next to hotel that goes on from early morning to afternoon and you can hear it pretty loud even from the 5th floor on that side of the building, would love to have smart tvs instead of the few regular channels, just one small bar of soap you have to ask at desk for anything else, hot tub was broken and there was a sign saying pool would be heated to 80 degrees but it was not - room was clean other than some stains in ceiling- bed was not neatly mad at arrival- quick check in but had to call several times to get my receipt emailed after checking out - breakfast was good lots of options -overall good but they could add more for the nightly price you pay

We stayed here for a couple days while our AC was out and our stay was amazing! The room was very clean and spacious & we even took advantage of the pool. The staff was very nice and accommodating and gave us reccomendations for restaurants and activities in the area as there is SO much to do near this property. Plenty of restaurants, game rooms, a movie theater and more. Perfect place to stay if you’re not wanting to go far for some fun.

Everything is nice. Pool is nice. Rooms are clean. Nice TVs where you can connect and watch movies streamed from your phone. Pretty great quality, definitely worth the price.

So we went with a group of kids for a baseball tournament and several of the amenities we picked the hotel for were unavailable. The lobby bar closed early, they would not let the kids use the pool. All in all the hotel is nice but I wouldn't come back due to our experience.

We stayed last year in a suite and really liked the room. We stayed in a one bedroom this time. Room was fine but not happy with bathroom. Shower was in much need of grouting and cleaning hardware stains. About foot and half up the wall in corner was white. Caulking around the sink also needed redoing.

The shower cutoff during my gf taking a shower. There was hair on the floors and towels. The shades didn’t work so we had to call and get it fixed. The air doesn’t get cold when you turn it down, so they have it controlled. Not horrible, but Won’t stay again .

The room was good except for the shower it only had two water temperatures cold and warm. The staff were nice. The room was never cleaned. I had two rooms. One from Wednesday to Sunday and another from Wednesday to Thursday. Neither room were ever serviced.

Need to clean the rooms better.... Vacuum, clean shower better. Found hair in our bed first day. Made my wife nervous to sleep under the covers... Had to put our own blanket on the sheet to make her feel better. The pans in the room for cooking were un-useable.

Very clean hotel with nice rooms, my wife and I stayed for a long weekend trip. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. We did not try the breakfast though. Overall a nice hotel for the price.

The bathroom floor was not as clean as it should have been ... hair (not mine) on the floor. The carpeted areas needed vacuumed...especially around the baseboards. I have stayed at this hotel as few months ago and i was great. I am disappointed that it has not been kept better.

Place was very clean. Good lighting. Bathroom was very small. Bed was not comfortable and it felt that the head was lower than the foot. Pillows were too soft. Sheets and bed cover arrangement was frustrating.

This hotel is clean, quiet and affordable with free parking and breakfast. The front desk person Ariana is fantastic, very professional and welcoming. Be careful of rooms on the top floor until they insulate the ceilings or fix the roof A.C. unit(s). The night staff assigned me the furthest room on the top floor. The room was nice, but there was a continuous fast-pulsing, low-bass, low-volume sound and vibration that 'revved' intermittently throughout the room. It made it impossible to sleep. The staff were able to reassign me to a lower floor and all was good.

It was definitely a no-frills experience. In fact, it took me twice as long to take a shower because the low volume of water. I assume that’s part of their eco-friendly attempt, but it would be nice to have enough volume to get the soap off my body. The pillows in the bed were very uncomfortable. The room temperature was comfortable, but I didn’t sleep well either night because of the pillows more than anything. The breakfast that was included in the package price was again bare minimum. Not very impressive. But all in all the facility was clean in the staff was friendly enough.

The Hyatt house is a new property and the room was modern, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast was great and they even have a bar you could drink at! The area around it is walkable with plenty of activities and restaurants to eat at if you’re looking for something to do nearby.

Everything turned out to be as expected. Only downside was the bathroom. First, personally I do not like those sliding doors that do not "isolate" the bathroom from the room and second was this strange thing with the shower water where one is left feeling that tha soap is still on you skin, like it did not washed away.

Staff upon check in questioned my payment method even though it was the credit card I used to reserve the room. Even went so far as to ask whether I had another form of payment and then ASKED if I had stay there before which we had in May and looked on computer to see if we had. In May we booked a suite which this time was just a standard king. All this because my name wasn’t on the card. I guess he doesn’t realize that when you go to your banking institution and get a replacement debit card from lobby they don’t put your name on card. Had valid identification and yet he still wanted me to use another payment, finally he ran payment and guess what no problem. This is the area we use to live in and come back occasionally to visit and have stayed at the other hotels in the area also. Now the issue with the hotel. Dirty shower, no bartender present for a nightcap, people visiting and loud in hallway, room next to us had dog that like to bark and whine. People brought own music to pool which was rather loud and inappropriate considering there where children in pool. Overall a bad stay..

The staff was very nice. Taylor, the bartender, was very friendly to talk to. When I was leaving, someone at the front desk stopped their conversation and asked me if I needed anything. I asked for a to-go cup for coffee and they ran to get me one. I used the gym while I was there and it had more equipment than most hotel gyms I’ve seen. The pool temp was perfect when I dipped my hand in. the breakfast was better than most hotels I’ve stayed at. I got eggs, sausage, yogurt with granola and a blackberry topping. I will be back when I’m in town for work again.

The front desk lady was rude, and unhelpful. We picked this hotel because it was close to the memorial Hermann at the woodlands. You need to have friendly staff that works the late shift, because she was NOT helpful at all!!!

Beautiful hotel. Room next to us was very loud 2 to 4 am. Call front Desk and no answer. I called in the morning to ask for late check out because we couldn't sleep and the lady say such thing wasn't available. When a checked in inwas told the bar closes at 9:30pm i went down for wine or cocktails and the bar was closed at 8pm Next morning breakfast was busy they run out of some items early and did not bring them back. We stayed in Hyatt Regency, Grand Hyatt and we haven't had this kind of experience

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was clean, modern, and located in a quiet, pleasant area. I especially appreciated how walkable the location was — there were several restaurants and fun activities nearby. Plus, it was just a short distance from The Woodlands Mall and the Waterway, which made exploring the area super convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

The hotel itself was very nice and exactly what you would expect from a Hyatt—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff was friendly, and overall the property met our expectations. While we were there, a large off-site children’s event brought in big groups, and unfortunately most of the issues we experienced stemmed from that crowd rather than the hotel itself. Noise levels and congestion were noticeably higher than normal, but this wasn’t the hotel’s fault—just the timing of our stay. The location is excellent, with plenty of food, shopping, and entertainment options all within easy walking distance. On a typical weekend, I imagine the experience would be fantastic. Overall, we would stay here again, but ideally not during a major event weekend.
