Both nights we were woken by loud people well after the quiet hours of 10:00. The room was very hot and stuffy even with the fan and windows open so it was not an option to shut things. There are lovely courtyard spaces. But the couch area outside our room was usually littered with empty bottles and food wrappers. We were not able to check in by 3:00. We arrived quite early and waited patiently (understanding early check in is not guaranteed). Twice we were told 20 minutes until we had to leave for our tour. Seemed very disorganized. There are so many options in central Antigua. I’d check out a different place.

Excellent location for wander around Antigua. Beautiful property and our room was facing a waterfall on a semi private courtyard. There is a bakery around the corner for breakfast so we did not go far and did bot mind they did not offer breakfast and we took back our coffee and croissant and sat in our courtyard. Overall an excellent choice.
